Take your Nissan car to Mr Raoul, even if you didn't buy here. He is the best person for Nissan Service. Very cost effective. He spends time with you. There is a car wash you can use it for free, if you don't know about it, ask him, he will help.I have done my first 2 services, very happy. I took my car in between, they didn't charge anything.Overall best place for nissan car services. This place have coffee machine. No vending machines. So plan accordingly.

I've been a Nissan client/driver for over 10+ years. Purchasing a vehicle at Sansone Nissan may not be my best experience, nevertheless, the service provided by Sansone Nissan s Auto Service is outstanding. I may come to Sansone Nissan to replace my vehicle, but I stay for the excellent service and maintenance. I ve been fortunate to have dealt with fantastic Service Advisors, but one in particular stands out. Kevin Cantigas is reliable, honest, knowledgeable and a true professional. I prefer scheduling my service and maintenance when Kevin is on the schedule as I know my vehicle is in good hands, and will return to me in a better state. Kevin values my time and provides me with updates while I wait. I don t have to chase anyone or ask questions, everything about my vehicle is shared with me. If my interactions are always with a skilled Advisor, such as Kevin, I will be a Nissan client for life!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

Don't take your car here if it's olderMy friend took my car here and they were quick to say "it's time for a new car" they misdiagnosed an engine and recommended a catalytic converter.. because it "has to be changed with the engine" ... in addition to that they condemned her transmission by adding MOTOR oil down the transmission dipstick ... who even does does that ? CriminalsWent to another honest shop watched them check the car an imminently saylw the dipstick over full with my own eyes .... who else touched the car ? Nissan only don't trust this place with a nickel and stay as far away from Norah as you can because she is condescending and unprofessional

I was recommended the service dept after moving here out of state. The service clientele were all so welcoming and honest- they sent me pictures and videos of my car for everything that they said needed replacement- this built my trust and I won t be taking my vehicle anywhere else!

Ted (sales rep), was terrific helping out trying to make the process happen & he did. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional.The finance mngt also terrific.The only issue I had was the process took a while waiting for the car detailing.I have been dealing with Sansone for 17 years now & will continue as I would recommend Sansone.Thank you Ted & the team.

I had the most amazing experience with sansone Nissan. I usually go elsewhere and have a long wait for an oil change, I was in and out in 30 mins. Thanks Nora and Jaime!

Worst place to get your Nissan repaired/inspected they are the stealers specially the servicing crew is soo sooo rude worst experience ever, I had a meeting once so I got the morning slot for the repair and when I asked how long would it take Jamy said it s not the Macd where you come and go . I had a tire insurance when got the car when I got problems in the tires they just switched the back wheels to front and front wheels to back and when I came here for the servicing they told me where ever you took your car for the tire replacement/repair they just switched the tires nothing else. They will charge you insane please do not come here. I waited for 2 hrs they came with the all the false problems then again took 2 more hrs to fix them. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE just on the name of so called Nissan Authorized RepairServices: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair

I took my car in the replace the blower resistor. I asked for a breakdown of the price and they wanted to charge me $140 for the part. When I pointed out that the part is $90 from their own parts department they refused to match their own price. I told them not to touch my car and had it done for less than half the price at my local mechanic. I will never do business with sanson again. They are crooks.

My 81 year old mother took her 2019 Nissan with 18,400 miles for a oil change and left with an estimate of $758 and final bill of $862. Service advisor Maria told her she needed 2 new tires, wheel alignment, and air and cabin filter replacement; these services were listed on the bill as customer requested but that is completely untrue. Called Sansone service dept and no one returned my calls or voicemails. Went down to Sansone and spoke with Maria who insisted the work was needed. When speaking with friends familiar with the car in question and car repairs they disputed the claim. I am shocked to see a reputable company take advantage of an elderly woman for profit. I advise others to avoid this company in the future for any and all services.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Bad communication. Service was terrible. Went here with good faith in Nissan samsone, applied extra fees and charges on services that were not needed. My car s front brake pads were changes when it was not necessary and was charged an extra $300. Please go to ANY nissan, except this one.

I made an appointment a week ago and took a personal day off from work, not knowing that it would turned out to be a bad weather snowy day. I got there on time for the appointment and I got service done quick for a recall on my car, everyone was pleasant. The waiting room was nice and clean.

I went there for oil change and to services my 2022 -12,200 mile-pathfinder because one of my front rotors seem to warped. They changed the oil, but claimed nothing was wrong with the rotor. I went next day to another dealer and told them the same thing. They changed the rotor and problem solved.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

The service advisor was rude and uncooperative. This is not the only Nissan service center. You got options. I suggest you take advantage of that and go elsewhere.

Denied services because I was told my appointment was at 3pm only to find out that department is closed at 3pm and I would have to make another appointment. Wasted a whole day of my life and 2 managers blew me off like I as a customer did not matter

Every time you call it rings and then hangs up. How about investing on hiring one person to answer the phones? oh, and if and when you do, spot check by calling and see if they put you on hold for more than a half hour and then hang up on youService: Oil changeService: Oil change
