Brought my vehicle for scheduled maintenance service today (11/7/23). After I paid and was ready to drive away, I found a plastic cover that conceals the vehicle s electric components on the floor with a dirty shoe print on it, as well as a large grease stain on my leather seat (this is the second time this has happened at this location). I asked the person who worked on my vehicle to reinstall the plastic cover, which he did, and he then proceeded to not clean, but rub the grease stain into the seat with a dirty rag. The attached photo is the end result. I am furious.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Literally the worst service known to man not only do they take 6 hours for a single tire change but they run the money out your pockets 20 times faster.

Customer service is not top on their to-do list. Terrible signage. I actually made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to go into what they advertise as their "express service" setup. What a joke that is.I didn't know who was a mechanic and who was a service advisor. I had to walk in for somebody to tell me to pull up to the door and then I didn't receive any assistance for 10 minutes. I didn't really see a lot of people waiting but it took two hours to get an oil change and tires rotated.Won't be returning and won't ever buy a car here knowing this is the customer service they offer.

Currently under remodeling so it's a mess. The staff is doing their best to get us in and out quickly but with the care and understanding to get satisfaction. Be patient, this will pass.

The service is always at least an hour for an oil change, but they have a lounge area that's pretty nice.

It has been an ordeal dealing with this dealership. I have a faulty battery still covered under warranty but THIS dealership told me no i dont corporate told me i have a 3 year 36000 mile warrenty for my battery my car is not 3 years yet nor does it have nearly that many miles. Service told me i do not have warranty and that i was only covered for 1 year and that its prorated so i would still have to pay out of pocket, first they said they would scan the car then said no you need an appointment, Then they left me in the lane for at least an hour with no communication so i called corporate as well they told me another dealership would be 2 weeks. My car does not start. They did not try to rectify situation did not offer a loaner but said roadside assistant can jump your car. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to change a battery. Raoul or whatever his name is i asked him for a shop manager or service manager and he could not give me a straight answer. I told them i worked for ford/lincoln and had a mechanic take a look at my car and its a faulty battery. I have been dealing with this since 12:30 in the afternoon (while at the dealership) to 5:30 (calling corporate) with still no help. I asked as well if i can pick up battery from them and have it installed elsewhere and bring battery back they told me no (again no help) . So now FORD dealership, theyre getting me the battery from another hyundai dealership (will arrive tomorrow) and will install it for me and corporate will pay me back once i submit the receipt and paperwork. This dealership acts like my engine was an issue when its literally a FAULTY BATTERY. I WILL NO LONGER BE BUYING CARS FROM ANY HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP.

BEWARE, Skip this place at all cost. Took my Hyundai sonata 2013 which had a engine stalling issue while driving, where the power abruptly cuts off and engine dies. My car has the same engine which is affected by the Hyundai theta engine failure campaign, where one should drive the car around to figure out something malicious is going on. Instead the only diagnosis which they performed is to hook up the OBD scanner and see if any codes appeared. Why would i need a Hyundai authenticated dealer to do the DYI scan, where one could do with a $10 scanner. To top if off, they charged an outrageous $170 fee calling it as diagnosis, seriously ?? They did absolutely nothing and I have been told that I don't need to pay anything if there was nothing serious identified, but instead they went ahead and ripped off. The lady whom I dealt with was super rude and not ready to listen to the Theta engine recall which Hyundai specifically has a campaign for proactively addressing these engine failures before it becomes catastrophic. Relying only on the OBD codes for a model which has high engine failure rate and ripping off the customer with $170 is unacceptable by any means. If you are not covered by warranty, i wouldn't recommend anyone to trust this place with their car.. I hope the car doesn't give up on me one more time where it needs a bigger repair.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

NEVER GET SERVICE DONE HERE !!! Booked an appt for a oil change and recall .. when I picked my car up the recall was done but the oil change was not .. I had to double check my email to see if maybe I forgot to book it .. nope it was there when I called back the lady was so rude to me and well it was a mistake my bad , so I brought it back a few days later and received my oil change .. had another recall on my car so I brought it back it was the clips on the winshield it was done I picked it up and brought it home I then noticed the clips were not sitting correctly so I called the dealership brought it back showed them the problem so 2nd time fixing it and when I went to pick it up the other side was out smh so I showed Allen and he said at this point we will have the glass company just come to you .. well they just left my house and said all they do is take the glass off and place it back on Hyundi does the clip mount .. they did not work on my car .. this place has always given me aProblem and I mNot the only person either .. I will go back to where I bought the car in north Plainfield but do not go here .

I'm looking for another Hyundai Dealer! Why? For the past two service appointments, the service advisor suggested a date to bring me in. When I told her that date won't work for me. I gave her the day and time I suggested. What she did TWICE was text me Her date and not the date I suggested to confirm the appointment. I had to call back to correct the date. I figured she would get it right for the next appointment.NOPE She did the same thing. Disgusted. There are Dealers closer to my home, I will be planted somewheres else!
