Jeep is the worst service department there...first they give you a list what they want to do for over $2500. Your car did not come in for anything that they suggested. Came in for a recall and brake always going on...they went around in circles never once addressing the real problem. Keeping your car for over a week. They knew about this service bulletin and problem since 2016...Dave and Nick are terrible they promise you the car and you never get it back...They put others before you and your car is still in limbo....If they would have just addressed this problem it would have been done by now..Still at this point I still didn't get my car...This was from an appointment at 7 am one and a half weeks ago...I would really think about ever bringing your car here..JEEP SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND NICK AND DAVE ARE NOT RELIABLE AND HONEST...

Went in for a recall, asked for an oil change and said I need to wait. The service was done super quick. Thanks Manny and the service Technician for a professional job.

The service staff is indeed professional and eager to serve . Had a wonderful experience with David while I was servicing my Chrysler pacifica ehybrid. He has provided excellent support and able to resolve the issue swiftly. Poor Customer Service. Unprofessional. Stole cash from my vehicle!On 02/02/23, I scheduled an appt for an alleged coolant leak that was brought to my attention during my oil change I had them complete a few days prior. I arrived and the customer service (spoke with Bernard Scelzo) was awful from the beginning to the end. He maintained a unconcerned, standoffish attitude throughout our encounters. Additionally, he tried to overcharge and double charge me for services that I specifically did NOT request to be done, nor did I actually need. They also did a poor job in explaining the maintenance that my vehicle supposedly needed. Mr. Scelzo advised they would call me when my vehicle was done. The day was over and I received no phone call. Therefore, they kept my vehicle overnight and I had to find a ride.As a Uniformed Service member that lives an hour away from my workplace, inconveniences like these are unacceptable and prevent me from conducting my job and responsibilities.The next day after, 02/03/23, I returned back to get my vehicle and they advised that my vehicle wasn t even worked on. I left with my vehicle not being serviced that they kept overnight, and they also stole $10.00 cash from my glove compartment. Will NEVER go back.

I would highly recommend Sansone Jeep Service dept. Brought my Wrangler in for a hand brake issue & they helped me promptly, professionally and with so much care! Bad patchwork of puncture on new tires they sold us.They repaired the puncture twice and it defleted in hours of drive. We told them to be honest with us as we were headingout for long drive on vacation.Now we are left with a flat tire without a spare, during our vacation away from home.They are incompetent & dishonest & will make you come often to the sevice center by not fixing issues completely.They have no regards to customer safety.DO NOT service your car here.

Been here several times but the last time i have to say that Kristina went above and beyond. She is very responsive and extremely helpful. I was informed of everything in a timely manner and she seems to not go home until every person is updated and all issues are resolved. Kristina if you are reading this thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I only trust Pat when it comes to all my oil changes! pat sold me my first car and what a great experience!! Highly recommended to all my family and friends GO SEE PAT SADKOWSKI!!!!!!!

Just like all dealers, they wanted 750 bucks to put batteries in Jeep Compass. Did it for 1/3 of that at Advance Auto Parts.
