Very appreciative for the professional folks here. Jay was amazing handled it all. Always kept me informed of the process and when my car would be done. I was referred here and I am so happy with the results. The gentleman who towed my car confirmed the pick up and deliver with photos. This is unheard of theses days. Keep up the great communication and customer service. He was a pleasure to work with and very understanding and knowledgeable. Fonzarelli's did a great job with the repair on my 2019 F150. With frame pulls needed on both the front and back of the truck. The finished product is excellent, you can't tell it was ever in a wreck that was enough to tweak the frame.Services: Body & Trim, Wheel alignmentServices: Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Outstanding quality and fast service. They fixed our SUV faster than expected. If you were in an accident and need repairs I highly recommend you take your car here. Friendly atmosphere, detailed explanation of repairs, answered all our questions, nice clean showroom. So much better than you would expect from a body shop.

I used them for a 89 camaro and had them do over 4000 thousand dollars in parts and labor. They replaced the fuel tank and pump and now the pump doesn't work and I can't pump fuel into the car. Tried to get them to warranty the pump and now they said they don't work on cars that age anymore.

Harry and Al here at Fonzerellis are one of a kind. The mechanics and the body shop work absolute wonders here. Not only are their prices absolutely reasonable and fair, their work speaks for itself. I use one place, this place only for aby issue I have. They give it to you straight, No BS, and treat you like family. You're never shocked by the Bill and you can rely that what work is done, is done right. I posted three pics of my Jeep Wrangler. All done by Fonzerellis, the bumpers, rims, side rockers, everything. Harry is the best! Extremely professional and up front. This place is straight to the point and won t jerk you around like other car places. Very timely and great quality work. Have been going here for over 2 years now. I find the quality of their work to be high as well as their honesty. Albert, the owner, has always gone out of his way to help me out when our car kept having issues. I was driving one day when my engine light came on and he told me to bring it over so he could connect it to the computer and figure out what was going on. It ended up being an issue I had to bring to the dealership. They are reliable, fast, honest, and I won t bring my car anywhere else.

They do fine work and work effectively with the insurance companies However, it takes forever. We waited a month for our body work to be scheduled after a deer leaped into our car. It took 4 weeks for Fonzerelli s to complete the work. We did not get accurate estimates on when it would be completed. It was painful since we were renting a car so each day was $25.Service: Body & Trim

After trying a dealership and a chain auto repair place, they were the only ones who could change my headlight bulbs after one died. I was told they were HID bulbs by the chain place, I was told they were aftermarket headlights and the dealership couldn't get the bulbs. But in reality, yes, they were aftermarket LED bulbs in the car already, but that was the only difference. The sockets were just the regular ones for regular bulbs, someone had just retrofitted LED ones in! Fonzarelli's noticed this instantly, put regular bulbs in, and done. No problem! They're the only place I'll go from now on for my auto repairs.

I can confirm all the reviews which state that the gentlemen at Fonzarelli's are indeed honest and fair! I brought in my Mazda 6 for a potential brake issue, having heard metal-on-metal screeching. They politely informed me it was nothing more than brake dust, and that I had 50% remaining on both fronts and rears. Very relieved. Their shop has comfortable seating, an area with children's toys, a desk/wifi for those with laptops, in addition to a handful of retro pinball machines! I will be a customer here on out for sure assuming this type of integrity continues!

I brought my 2016 NIssan Pathfinder in a couple of weeks ago after hitting a deer. The whole front needed to be replaced. The guy i spoke to said it might take a while because of Covid. I got it back a a lot earlier than expected and it is awesome. It looks brand new, no one could tell it was hit. They even vacuumed the inside if the car.Great job, Thanks so much.

Very personable staff, Harry gave a very fair estimate and car looked beautiful when finished. Unfortunately I ve had to use Fonzarelli s 3 times for body work and have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.

Harry at Fonzarelli's in Augusta is amazing! He immediately saw my vehicle was unsafe to drive around with my children, and helped me greatly! So kind and clearly does what's right for the costumer! So grateful I went there! Highly recommend to anyone!

Took my car in a couple weeks ago and what a great experience. Super patient with my questions, prices were more than fair, they even offered to give me a ride home since they had to hold onto my car. Great customer service! Thanks Albert! Definitely recommend the shop.

Harry and his staff did a wonderful job performing major bodywork and mechanical work on both my Nissan Xterra and her Chevy Traverse, following simultaneous accidents. We are always thrilled with their professionalism and expertise and they are truly pros with wonderful customer service. I see a lot of 5 star reviews. That was not my experience. One of our used car customers was considering purchasing a Jeep Patriot from us(Subaru World of Newton) and decided to bring it to Fonzarellis to have it looked over. Upon returning to the dealership they stated that they were told the transmission in the Jeep was bad. The vehicle had received a clean bill of health from our service dept so naturally I was surprised. I told our customers I would drive the Jeep to check it out and because Fonzarell's is only a couple miles down 206 I decided to stop by and find out what the diagnosis of the transmission was. Upon entering I was greeted by what may have been the service manager, but didn't introduce himself, so I'm not sure. When I asked for the diagnosis he said he would ask the tech. He went into the shop and returned shortly and asked for my card, presumably because he couldn't find the tech. He stated the tech would call and asked me for my business card which I gave him. I then asked for the name so I knew who would be calling. The man curtly stated "what difference would that make, I will call". Feeling like I was being rudely dismissed I quickly left. Well, I'm still waiting for the call and the diagnosis. Pretty sure I'm not going to get that call and equally sure that there is nothing wrong with the transmission.

There is a reason Fonzarellis has been around for so long. They do amazing work, have great customer service, and keep billing very fair for customers.I had a quote from another auto body shop that was $5,100 for my car repairs. They flat out refused to fix my vehicle and claimed the quote would likely rise a few more thousand dollars before the project was complete. Fonzarellis repaired my car in just a few weeks for hundreds - nearly a thousand - less then the base estimate from the other shop.My family has trusted their mechanics on many vehicles and will continue to come to Fonzarellis - even though it means an hour and a half drive for some.of us. It's worth it!

Fonzarelli's collision and auto repair.I didn't know it at the time but my battery had completely shorted out. I literally coasted into their parking lot. I was not local to the area and stranded. They had every opportunity to take advantage of my situation to make an extra buck. It has happened to me before and I figured it was going to happen again. But, these guys really help me out. They diagnose the problem, found and ordered an inexpensive replacement battery, and got me back on the road.Obviously a local business doing a good job, wanting to maintain a good reputation near and far. This was my only experience at Fonzarelli's collision and auto repair but I highly recommend them.Busterp.s. Just talk to people and you'll understand. This shop will do that for you. I understand more now than I had previously. If you have any questions, go here and they will not only answer your questions but solve the problem.

Had my car fixed here after a collision. After getting the vehicle back there was water leaking into the car soaking the driver's side floor causing an awful odor and mildew. When I called Fonzarelli's I was first told that it could not possibly have been from anything they did or did not do. After convincing them that it was they took the car back giving me no indication of the problem, when they were going to look at it, or how long it would be. An hour later I was called that "the car is fixed". I needed to ask what the issue was and he simply told me that something wasn't tightened when they replaced the hood release. He did not apologize once. When I came in to pick the car up the man did not say a single word to me and simply held my key out. An apology would have gone a long way. Mistakes happen but when you run a business it is important to apologize to the customer when you make a mistake to their detriment and not make them feel like they are putting you out when it is your fault there is a problem.

A deer ran into my car a few weeks ago and fonzarelli's repaired it perfectly, 3 days later someone hit me in the passengers side door and again they said that the shop would take care of this right away to get my car back to me. I wanna thank all the guys at Fonzarellis, after my wife backed into my brand new truck I took it here, they did such a awesome job you can't even tell it was ever damaged, they also detailed the whole truck inside and out, these guys are the best around, thank you to all the guys there!
