Jason and kyle created a very welcoming and easy going environment. They were very informative and helpful. No ego or condescending talk just straight help with good common language for me to understand. Highly recommend anyone to stop by!

The employees at the jiffy lube in Oaklyn, NJ, on the White horse Pike were excellent! They were very friendly, he explained very clearly what they were going to do and how much the cost was, they had me in and out within 25 minutes!! I will return tomorrow with another vehicle for the same thing I had gotten done today! Overall I was very highly satisfied

Definitely time to stop using Jiffy Lube. Went here when it was 38 degrees outside and there is no heater in the lobby. Stood at the front desk for 20 minutes before anyone greeted me even though they saw me walk in. Waited another 30 before my car was taken back. Oil change took 45 minutes (I was told 15).

I drove to Jiffy Lube this morning to get my car serviced because the maintenance required light came on. I pulled right in no waiting one car in front of me which just pulled out. I was waited on by Kyle and Jason. They went over my car and found out everything was OK. They did make a couple of changes And I was totally satisfied with the service of both of them. It was great thank you.

The folks at Jiffy Lube were quick and polite. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. I arrived a little after 5:20pm and was the only customer onsite. There was a truck that was being worked on and they apologized for the wait, though I thought it was perfectly acceptable. The cost was a little over $100 and they accepted my $25 off coupon. There was an error when they inputted my odometer reading (100,000 extra miles), but I corrected it on their touch pad. Very speedy and stress-free experience. Will definitely go again for my next oil change.

In and out in 15 minutes. 4 guys jumped on the car all at the same time. They reminded me of the recommended tire rotation. They even looked up a $25 coupon for me.

I drove up without an appointment in the morning and was seen right away! Kyle was extremely helpful and got me in and out for an oil change. He even helped me with my air filters, which I didn t realize needed to be changed. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing car services.

I came with a car emergency (basically no oil), and I was helped immediately. They calmed down my embarrassment and fear with ease. They were kind, helpful, and made the process of getting my oil change a breeze. I highly recommend coming here if you ever need your oil changed!

Kyle M and Jason W were very kind and efficient with changing my oil. The whole process took about 30-35 minutes and since I never had gotten the oil changed they talked me through everything. They even told me about the coupons on the Jiffy website which saved me $25. Not many mechanics would be so nice as to tell me how to save money.

I just cannot believe the wonderful service those guys do! They're quick, efficient, friendly... I get the same experience every time I get my oil changed. I used to have to make an appointment for an oil change at my old place, but the Jiffy Lube guys always took me right away! No appointments! Super grateful!

Above and beyond for me. They took the time to test my battery and confirm that a battery cable was not connected to my battery that I was worried about. I bought my vehicle second hand and it was first time a mechanic looked at it since I bought it so it was a little worried they were patient and helpful. I don't know what else to say

Overall, good experience. Thought they were thorough with everything and shared options with me. I was told a filter needed to be replaced (after seeing how dirty it was) and was told it would cost $24. When it came time to pay, I was told they had to email the receipt since the printer was down. Once I got home, I checked to see the breakdown and they charged be $36 for the filter. I don t appreciate the miscommunication and now lack of trust moving forward. It s only $12, but who knows what else I was over charged for.

Do not go here! I went in for an oil change. They tell me they can t do it because theres an issue with the engine splash panel and they can t remove it. I ve changed the oil in my vehicle many times and have never had to remove the panel.A few days later I notice oil on my windshield and I realized they never put the oil cap back on so oil has been splashing all over. They left the cap wedged under the hood.Service: Oil change
