I had my 2 vehicles serviced today. Black's auto repair has been doing service and repair work on all my vehicle since the 1990s. They communicate, first, always if they see any additional work needed other than what the vehicle was scheduled for. Prices are reasonable, better than the dealers price. They are trustworthy and reliable to get the job done when stated. Black's is a locally owned, independent and honest repair business.I am not a relative just a satisfied customer.

Black's Auto is a business is one of those businesses where you just come across once in a lifetime. You have thoughts about what is happening to my car when you leave it at a garage, or are the mechanics loosening something up so you can come back and pay more money for it? Now this may sound like I'm paranoid LOL but Black's Auto Service gives you everything you asked for and more not only is the staff friendly but they are people who go Far and Beyond your needs. If I can give them more than five stars it wouldn't just be six it would be 10. 10 stars for one of the most trustworthy garages in the South Jersey area or east Philly area. Trust me on this you are in good hands here and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg.

Everything about getting my car worked on here was easy. My appointment time was honored and my car was immediately in the garage. The service was done accurately and explained (and showed) to me. Mark was hilarious to talk to and kept me entertained in between handling his other clients. I ll be doing more car work here in the future!

My catalytic converter was stolen out of my car and Blacks got me back on the road quickly and worked with me and my insurance company, and made this process as easy as possible. Will definitely recommend.

My car broke down in the middle of a Sunday night, and I had it towed to Black's. Monday morning Black's called and immediately started accessing the issue.Great service and fast. I have been going here for years, and I highly recommend their auto shop!

This was my first time using Black's Auto Service. I needed a general look over for my son's car to make sure everything was running safely. Black's suggested a few maintenance type things and took care of it quickly. When I got my oil change, I was told that I would need a new muffler soon. I stopped in 2 months later and made an appointment to bring my car in for the muffler. I took it in and they called to tell me an estimate of the price and when the job would be finished. By the end of the day I had my car back and the price was what they has quoted. The muffler is quiet now, so GOOD JOB.Service: Exhaust

My engine light was on and my regular mechanic said I should not drive far but could not get me in for service for 3 weeks. Black's got me in same day and had me in and about in 3 hours even though they were booked and I am not a regular customer. Mark and Mike are both honest and great guys to talk to at the front desk. They've done good work on my truck and have never taken advantage of me. Best service!! Called for brakes, set the appointment, dropped the car off, they called to give a heads up on other things ( was never pushy or made it a dire situation) , They called back when the car was ready ( exactly when they said it would be!) paid and picked up the car with a customer service team that was happy to see me! Black s Auto Service is a great shop with excellent mechanics and reasonable prices. A chain auto repair shop near my house had no idea how to fix a squeaking / slipping belt. Black s got my issue fixed pronto at a reasonable price.
