Flawless, streamlined experience with Vincent and Lee. I called, Vince found a corvette in stock with most of my requirements, and 15 minutes later I reserved it. They Fedex all the documents overnight so that I can arrive with all documents signed. Pickup was seamless. Lee did the orientation and 20 minutes later I'm on my way. Thrilled with my new baby!

I bought a 2024 Corvette Stingray from here. Most of the paperwork was done days before I came to the dealership. The day I picked up my car, it took me about just 20 minutes! Lee Guarnere helped me out. I recommend going here because of the streamlined process and no shady tactics.

Everyone I dealt with from the time I arrived until I left was super nice, very professional and very outgoing. I couldn't have had an easier experience. Unfortunately I forget the name of the sales manager, including him, I dealt with Mike Wheeler( finance; he makes the process easy, fun and very honest, great guy!) Anthony Melton(sales, this guy is great. Doesn't try to fast talk you, keeps it real and honest. Like dealing with a friend, which is rare in this business, ask for him you wint be disappointed), and met Rob(I believe I have that right) from service. All were great to deal with and I look forward to becoming a loyal, repeat customer. The staff was great.

Dealership service department experience was average. Don t understand how two GMC s we bought with the same motors thermostats went bad at 60k miles. There must be an issue with these cooling systems throughout GM. Bought both vehicles brand new, have done all maintenance as recommended at GM dealership. Thermostats and sensors needed replacing at 60k ? I will not buy GM again!

Brandon is an excellent sales agent! He is extremely responsive to any question asked and addresses every question/issue that comes up! When you're purchasing a vehicle as expensive as this (especially out of state) this is extremely important! I am very grateful to him for this! He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process! I recommend him and therefore Ciocca highly!!!

The sales help has been excellent with Corvette knowledge and always a quick response to my questions. The friendly service has always been the case on my long road to finally getting my Corvette after a 16 month wait from the time I put down the deposit. Jeff and Brandon have been a great tag team for which I am grateful for. Keep those informative videos coming!

Overall bad experience ordering my C8 Z06. Lack of communication, information and disregarding customers who put deposits down on their reservation list. Ordering process was a joke. They never went in numerical sequence where you was at on their list. I was originally #268 (no constraints on my order) on their list and recently received my car. The guy that was #267 received his in mid November. How can that happen? My salesman repeatedly disregarded my questions about my allocation. I have also left several voicemails to the sales manager about an ongoing issue but never has return my phone call. If your out of state and looking for a corvette I would definitely call MacMulkin.

I appreciated my salesman for keeping me updated even when he was not at work. The finance department was very helpful when I had to wire money. They worked as a team so I felt like everyone was part of making my experience easy and efficient.

After having a new baby in November 2023, my significant other and I decided that we wanted a SUV that had great safety features & reliability, rather than a car. The car buying search was starting to get tiresome and overwhelming as we were also lugging our infant with us, yet Gabe Velasquez & Chris Fernandez made the search all worth it and made me feel that I chose the car that was perfect for my family. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a good car buying experience with Ciocca and we will recommend them to others along the way. Thank you guys.

The experience from the start to finish was absolutely fantastic!! My sales representative Dane was very informative and kept me abreast of the ordering process every step of the way!! When it came time to actually order the car Dane reviewed my build and offered suggestions based on his vast experience with the C8. Once the car was delivered I made an appointment with Dane to pickup the car and the car was prepped and ready togo! I m not sure why anybody would order or buy a C8 from any other dealership.

The main reason I brought the car in which was the ticking noise coming from the engine was not addressed. The mechanic performed the recommended bulletin, but the ticking noise is still there. Also, I was told the repair would take a week, but it took almost a month.

The sales experience was Top notch. Very friendly all around. Service however is work in progress. But I will be going back.Just an FYI.. The car was not fixed properly. picked the car up and the engine light was still on. After they contacted the wrong service contract provider and told me the repair was not covered. We split the bill and when i got home I called the contract provider and was told it was covered. I called the service department and spoke to them and was told that they would re summit the claim to the correct provider. And i would receive my money back. They have not done that. Why ? at this point my faith in your service is not strong. I am going to bring the car to another dealer to hopefully be repaired correctly . I purchased the car on Aug. 15th 2023 and have not been able to drive it or get it inspected. I am not angry or upset I just want the car fixed correctly.

The dealership's pricing structure proved equitable in contrast to competitors, who often impose surcharges. Upon identifying the desired Corvette model, I opted for nuanced modifications, including the replacement of the spoiler with a high wing and the addition of a hood decal. Additionally, we have enlisted their services for Expel PPF and ceramic coating to uphold a pristine appearance. In summary, for prospective C8 Stingray or C8 Z06 buyers, this establishment is highly recommended, with particular commendation for Brandon's dedicated assistance.

My experience was wonderful! From the jump Carlos was friendly and helpful. I was flip-flopping on a few different subcompact vehicles and through it all Carlos was putting in the work for me. Eventually, when the crazy dust settled, I landed back at Ciocco. Best deal, great atmosphere and excellent staff :)

Just started a lease with them and so far not impressed. No one does what they said they will. No one calls back. Each step of getting my car was like pulling teeth. The whole experience was so stressful it took the joy out of getting a new car. Last time I deal with them. Also be careful they do credit checks without your permission

The Ciocca service team was very coureous and helpful. Rob was patient and supportive working thorough my chuggle issue. I have not had a chance to get the truck on the highway, but seem to be noticing some vibration and shaking still. Will know more in the next couple of days.

I have purchased many new vehicles in the past. That being said, my purchase experience at Ciocca Corvette was by far the best. Overall disappointed with this establishment. I visited this morning, around 1030/11, with the intention of purchasing a new SUV. After driving around the lot I proceeded to enter both of the sales buildings without being as much as acknowleged. I approached a staff member in the Corvette building but they were apparently too busy visiting with another adult who was holding a model car to be bothered by me. I then went into the Cadillac building and approached a counter at which 4 staff members were seated without even as much as a gesture to "hang on". After a couple minutes I exited, walking passed a "greeter", who failed to greet me as well. I was not dressed in rags, unkempt or talk to an invisible friend while at this establishment. I certainly didn't don an invisibility cloak prior to my arrival either. Maybe this is ops normal here but they lost a sale and any future business from me.

My new 2023 C8 was delivered to Ciocca Corvette and hit by a vehicle in the parking lot a few days before I was to pick the vehicle up. Although there was a slight delivery setback with the damaged vehicle, Mr. Salvador's and his manager agreed to make the situation favorable for me. They re-ordered a new 2024 C8 an exchange the vehicle when it was delivered. Mr. Salvatore General Sales Manage was very informative while keeping me updated with the new delivery. I would like to thank Mr. Salvatore for stepping in and going above and beyond in making my buying experience for my new C8 exceptionally outstanding. I would also like to thank Dane Defeo for providing me with a detail over view of the equipment in my new C8 and for having the vehicle detail on my arrival. Thanks for all of your support. Very courteous staff. Although my appointment was at 1:00 the service dept. was exactly on time and took my car in right away. They finished up earlier than expected. Nadia gave my cousin and me a ride to the boardwalk and back after lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the video of my car being inspected and serviced. Neither me or my cousin have ever seen this level of service.Kudos to all with a special thanks to Joshua, Timothy and Nadia. Yours, Lee

I liked that that the Atlantic City dealership was all prepared to service my car as soon as I walked in the door. There was a special agent assigned to manage how the details of my Encore was going to be fixed and that I didn't have to wait. There was a driver available to take me home and pick me up later that day. He also knew that the parts I needed were under warranty and that I didn't have to pay for the parts. All in all it was a great experience! Kudos to the service and special attention at the Atlantic City GMC Dealership.

Saw the car I wanted on display at the AC convention center. Went to the dealership a couple weeks later, looked around test drove one and they brought over the one in the color I wanted. Nice, easy and Comfortable working with Carlos Rocha in sales and Bill Germana in finance. Overall a positive experience
