I purchased a Cadillac XT-5 and it was a very enjoyable, no stress experience! I was greeted by a salesman named Brett who was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me a variety of cars in my price range with no pressure sales. When I selected my car he made the process of purchasing the car a very pleasant experience. The Finance Manager Michael was very knowledgeable on getting the best financing rates in line with my requested monthly payments . He also throughly explained the extended warranty and his recommendation and again with no pressure sales. There Service Department was excellent and prepared delivery of my car with great detail and care that I have never experienced in past purchases from other dealerships. If you re looking for the best you have found it with Ciocca.Mr. Ciocca you should be proud of your team and the customer satisfaction that they provide.I m updating my review because of my experiences with Ciocca Cadillac s Service Department.Like I stated previously the purchase process was excellent in all aspects . Now that I have experienced their service department I ve had some reservations about the 5 star rating. In my 50 years of buying cars I must say their service advisor Josh is the best of the best! He has gone above and beyond to address my service issues but the service department have not been able to find my problem after 3 consecutive service appointments. Also when I purchased the car I specifically asked if they would supply a loaner car if service is needed since I m almost 30 miles away and was told they have many loaner cars and there would be no problem. To my dismay I find that they have very few loaner cars and I ve been offered a car only once in my service appointments which caused me to spend many hours waiting around for my car to be ready. I think servicing is just as important as the buying process and so far I ve been very disappointed and dread the future.

Leased 2 vehicles from Ciocca Cadillac, our sales representative Alejandro was knowledgeable and personable. Nick walked us through the process with ease. They are 2 great representatives of Ciocca Cadillac and that s why we came back and will return for another lease vehicle in 2 months. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs a vehicle and wants to be treated like they should be treated. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Terrible fiance person,I was told that I had to lease 2024 cadalac xt4 (which cost ($39,000)for payments to me be in 500 and all money from lease would go towards in to car if decide to buy.my payments are 570 month for 39 months which comes to around $22,000 put $5000 down,plus trade in for $3,000.Thats around $30,000 for a car that was $39,000.If I buy car after lease term would be $22,000 left.If I chose to buy car it would be close to $60,000,with tear 1 credit.Not fair,not good business, be ware Iam just out of $30,000 for 39 months. Where did $5,000 cash and $3,000trade in credit go to cause it sure ain't go to car.

Bought a new xt4 about 6 weeks ago. Just realized there is no inspection sticker on the windshield. I called the dealership about two weeks ago and informed them about the issue, they took my phone number and said they would get back to me. Haven't heard anything yet so I'm riding around with no inspection sticker not happy about it.

We had called because on the way here we had popped a tire. We had called ahead to see if they had the tire we needed. We then went it because the receptionist ended our hold on call. When we went in, they said they don t have our tire, but would be able to order it and have it in tomorrow around 3. They said they would call us back. We had to leave that same day since it was a two day trip. They never called us back so we did only to learn that it s being delayed and later finding it is on a nationwide back order. I can understand that, but they had never called to inform us. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased a 2023 Cadillac CT5V from Ciocca. The customer service from the initial contact was extremely impressive. Helene, Lauren, Anthony, Nick and Josh were all fantastic. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them.

My wife and I purchased an Escalade here this weekend. We really thought they were different than the typical car dealership.. My wife worked everything out online and over the phone as we live in Maryland and have young kids. They gave us an appraisal for our trade in site unseen and stated they would up it once they saw it. The negotiated price was worked out based off the low end of the trade. We arrived to the dealership, met with Scott our sales guy who was amazing. He was respectful and professional and just a great people person. He was helpful and very Informative of everything. Then it went downhill. Clarence the finance manager presented a monthly payment to us. It was higher than the agreed to price. We questioned what they were giving us for our trade and he proceeded to to tell me that our trade wouldn t get that much at auction and they couldn t go higher than the site unseen offer. I told them that I wasn t there to play games and he came back $2K higher after talking to his sales manager. We didn t drive 2 1/2 hours for the typical game playing of going back and forth with the sales manager. Then we sat down in the finance office to sign all the paperwork. WOW I really thought I was in a room listening to a typical time share pitch. It was scripted and silly. The whole process of drawing a graph to show me how much we would pay in repairs and maintenance and asking us questions like we were kindergartners just totally turned me off. All of this just to pitch their extended warranty and Maintenance packages. At that point I just wanted to sign our documents and leave. They are no different than any other dealership. They showed such promise before hand, but not once you get there. We love our new Escalade and enjoyed Scott s interaction and help but the rest was a total turn off.

I went any other day Saturday to be exact to have my oil changed. I asked for a ride about a half mile away. I was told they couldn't do that because it was a skeleton crew on a Saturday. The service department closed at 2. At 1 they called me and said I had a nail in the sidewall.. there was no nail in the sidewall it was in the tread an easy fix.. then they gave me a list of things including the air filter, coolant that had to be replaced and to clean and desludge the throttle body.. all these things they want to charge me for. These are all things that should have been done prior to me buying the car since it was a certified pre-owned.. all the sudden the same people that couldn't give me a ride had extra time to do these extra things as long as they were getting money out of me. If I would have asked for these extra things they probably would have told me no because of the so-called skeleton crew ... I don't appreciate being lied to in particular about the tire.. I refuse to pay for things that should have been done before the car was sold.. more than likely I will never return for any service even though some of it might be free

First time there! Will be a repeat customer! I worked with Randy the GM of Cadillac and his sales associate Nick. They were WONDERFUL, easy to work with on my new lease. Made the lease process super fast so I could go about the rest of my day and not be there for hours. The car was ready to drive off with when I arrived at the dealership. 30 mins later I was out. Loved the excellent customer service they provided to me and my family. They will definitely have my business again in the years to come.

This review is specifically for Joshua Souvannavong.I am using my daughters profile my name is Edwin Joshua always helps me all the time when I go in. He is always positive and eager to help. He goes above and beyond to help with anything I need when I go in. This industry need more people like Joshua he is a true representation of what customer service is he deserves all the praise and recognition. We travelled from Cape May to Atlantic City to purchase a Cadillac CT 5. We are delighted with the car, and were very pleased with the service.Both Anthony, our sales agent, and Lauren , the finance manager, took extra steps to make sure that our needs were met in a timely manner. They were courteous, helpful and expedient in all matters.The entire dealership appears to be geared to customer service. We would not hesitate to suggest Ciocca Cadillac of Atlantic City to all our friends and family.

Anthony Perez is a superior salesmen who met and exceeded our high expectations. Sammy the Sales manager was able to make a clear cut transaction in a timely fashion. Kerbeck Cadillac had in stock the vehicle I requested in both colors I wanted to see with every amenity I was looking to include. No one could ask for more. Purchase was a pleasure, will refer family and friends without a doubt. Showroom is clean and well maintained.

Would give ZERO stars if it was an option!*Being posted for a friend who took his Cadillac to Ciocca - absolute worst service!!!On Friday, 4/1/2022, I took my Cadillac XTS to Ciocca Cadillac of AC for an oil change and tire rotation. After a 2.5 hour wait, my vehicle was finally "done". I definitely would not recommend coming here for service if you value your vehicle and want it back in the same condition you leave it - with nothing missing. Staff was unprofessional and as I was leaving, my brakes - that were fine when I got there - are now grinding. All of my chrome valve caps were gone from my tires. (I can see misplacing 1, but all 4 missing? Rather suspicious and unacceptable!!). I reached out to Ciocca and they said they'd be replaced. However, a week later, I still have no valve caps, nor have I had any kind of update as to when I can expect to receive them. When I got there I was also told my car would be washed - it wasn't, so after I was told my car was done, I had to wait longer for them to do the wash.update 4/7 - My 2013 XTS that has only 28,000 miles on it and has never had an issue - until going to Ciocca for an oil change/tire rotation last Friday - now also has the check engine light on. So, missing chrome tire valves, grinding brakes and now check engine light on. I only went there for an oil change and tire rotation - however - received my vehicle back with problems that weren't even a problem prior to the oil change/tire rotation. Be very cautious about entrusting your vehicle with this company!

Jim greeted me promptly at the door. He showed genuine interest in my tire situation. When he wrote the work order he recognized a factory recall and added it to the work order after explaining the recall. Waiting area accommodation were very nice and other Kerbeck customers were nice and friendly in the waiting area!

I made my purchase from out of state. I let it be known I wanted the CT6-V that was advertised on their website. David Long, in less than an hour had me all set with my purchase. Additionally David quarterbacked delivery logistics to my front door. My CT6-V was delivered quicker than I expected. The team dynamics of Kerbeck Cadillac is amazing. I felt valued as a customer and respected as a person. I highly recommend Kerbeck Cadillac to anyone in the market for a new vehicle purchase. You will not be disappointed!

Went to trade in a car, after dealing with them for a week and getting approval for said vehicle. They were supposed to go get it from another dealership, pushed me back a day then come to find out the vehicle was sold out from under me. After approval and credit app we re already submitted. Shade and dishonest. Would never ever ever recommend

Our service department experience on Saturday, September 29, 2018 was not a pleasant experience. An oil change and tire rotation took an hour and a half. The person taking in customers was rude and surly. And there were no wiper blades to fit my vehicle. On the way home, we discovered a flapping noise that my husband had to fix by putting a shield back in place. At the same time, we noticed that a protective shield that is typically under the engine on the bottom of the car was missing. When we asked them about it, we were told that they "wrote it down." They wrote it down on their office copy and never even mentioned it to us. We have taken the car to no other service place and the dealership can say only that they are sorry and offered nothing further. We will not be back for either service or a car and will do what we can to be certain others do not. The dealership and service office and bathrooms are disgusting and need some cleaning and a little TLC. It looks like they just gave up.

This was our first time leasing an XT5 from Ciocca Cadillac of Atlantic City, but our 5th XT5 in total. We shopped many dealerships none of whom came close to the deal Ciocca Cadillac gave us. Lauren worked tirelessly to meet our needs and was pleasant, efficient and honest. The final quote over the phone remained until our lease was finalized. Once we arrived at the dealership, the Ciocca Team was friendly and helpful and worked swiftly to make our experience quick and pleasant. Very friendly. I brought in my 16 year old Escalade for an oil change. I was only there maybe 20 minutes, and it was done. I was amazed at the cost, as it was inexpensive. Great job guys!!!

This is my 4th vehicle leased through Kerbeck Cadillac in Atlantic City. Each time the process has been efficient. The sales team and the finance team are always well prepared and ready to complete the transaction.They all understand how busy folks are these days. The fact that I can turn in a vehicle and get in and out in under 2 hours with a new vehicle is a tribute to their commitment to the customer.

It's a car dealer, so be careful! That said, this is my 3rd car from Kerbeck. First two sales were great. Third, not so great. I take my car there for service and the service department is great! I am always treated like their best customer and they are pleasant and respectful! I always know upfront what they are doing and what the cost is. If I can't afford to have something done that day, there is no pressure! I travel to go there for a reason, the service is wonderful!This is an update. My new car's engine light went on with 3500 miles on the car. Called right away to make an appointment. I was told it was a sensor and would be ready Monday afternoon or Tuesday. This was Friday. Said they were going to give me a Chevy Silverado. I am 60 years old. I am 5 feet tall. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis. I could NEVER pull myself into the cab. When I said that I couldn't drive that, the young man became visibly annoyed. Angry even. It went downhill from there. I am driving a Mitsubishi Outlander. They gave me just enough gas to get home. A block away from my house the almost empty light started flashing! I will never get another car from Ciocca. I will only to the business that is necessary. I am sorry Kerbeck sold. My experiences with Kerbeck service were always good. My first experience with Ciocca was more than awful!

The gentleman I dealt with wasn't pushy and was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to see and test drive. The type of service I received might persuade me to return my business.

Kerbeck still maintains the utmost in professionalism and customer service. My keypad battery went out I stopped, immediately went to the parts department they replaced it right there in about 3 minutes and it cost $9. Amber was very helpful. James is on the ball, and always has good advice. Kerbeck is a five-star establishment.

My experience overall wasn't bad. I went for my free maintenance. I sat for about 2hours.There was a young lady who was very courteous and offered to get refreshments. My only issue is they say they did an oil change however, they didn't change my sticker in the window. ???

Crazy how things work out I originally wrote how much I enjoyed my experience at Ciccca well I went back and traded my CT4 and leased 2022 XT4 thanks again to David Loftus who didn't see an obstacle just a solution he and the dealership worked hard delivered exactly what they said Great Job !!!!!!I never gave any Dealership 5 Stars except the day I came into Atlantic City to lease a new Cadillac, I was looking for XT4 they didn't have any so I was going to keep looking David and Sam listened to my needs helped me choose my new CT4! They where very professional and upfront with everything no pressure this is why we are now leasing another vehicle a new Buick Envision at the same dealership. Other dealers should take notice of how to treat customers Great Job!!!!!!

Every time including this time I feel very welcome as I come in the service writer acknowledges me by my name and is very pleasant. The service writer goes over what they are doing to my car and then I step into the customer waiting area, have a cup of coffee and work on my computer while I wait for my car.When I go to my car to leave it is always clean and well cared for.I will continue to be a Kurbeck customer and when the time comes to purchase another car it will be from Kurbeck of Atlantic City.thank you for all you do and for the professional way you have treated me.Jim Leap
