Sunday evening, driving back from PA, not even five miles from home, my engine overheats. I assumed it was the coolant/a leak, which I didn t check since I recently had work done on my truck (different shop) and thought everything was good to go. I called Monday morning and spoke to Rob and wanted to know when he d be able to look at it. He said he d try to get it to Monday and honestly, I know the shop is busy, so I wasn t expecting my truck to be a priority for that day. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Rob on Tuesday morning. He explained what was wrong and his other recommendations, which I agreed with. He said he d be able to quickly get the parts and again, I wasn t expecting my truck to be completed so quickly. I was expecting at least a few days, maybe until the end of the week. Very appreciative of having my truck back within two days.Definitely recommend - quick service and great communication.Also, note worthy - this shop is very reasonably priced. From previous work with Ford and other shops, I believe Patrick s prices out at the lower to mid range of the average repair cost.

Do not go with this mechanic, very bad service. I stopped by to ask for an estimate and he told me, come by another day, I don't have time, in a very bad way, they recommended it to me but it was a mistake I made. It made me think that maybe it was because I'm Latino? If it was like that, it's bad because their mechanics are Latino.

We were on our way to Hershey Park when our 24-year-old CRV started to become overheated. We were able to stop at Patrick s Automotive. A gentleman named Robert at the station took the time to look out our car, diagnose and explain the possible issues. He spoke with my mechanic over the phone and even took a test drive to test the car. He advised us to go back home to correct the issue. Robert was very kind, patient and honest with us. We greatly appreciated him, his time and wish/pray for him and his family all the best. If you happen to stop at Patrick s we would recommend to speak with Robert. Thank you, Robert. God Bless You.

While on Maui, I was using a friends vehicle. Unfortunately one afternoon the transmission had gone out and left me stranded on the side of the road. My friend was off island so wasn t able to come assist me.I found Patrick s company and gave him a call.Patrick assured me that he would be there asap (he arrived in less than 15min). I can t begin to express how thoughtful, considerate and professional Patrick is. He fixed the transmission roadside in just a matter of minutes - a testament to his skill set.I highly recommend using Patrick for all kinds of tasks. Give him a call, knowing you are in very capable hands!

Came highly recommended from a local towing company after a failed tensioner left me stranded while on a road trip. The guy who runs the place, Robert, provided fantastic service, got my truck in ASAP and back on the road just as quickly with no BS. I spend a lot of time on the road and away from home and I am always worried about being taken advantage of when broken down with no other options for repair. Great shop, Robert is a standup guy. I can not recommend them enough!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was in the middle of a long distant roadtrip when my alternator failed. What an awful feeling to be far from home and at the mercy of an unfamiliar auto shop.I was so relieved when my van was done in a timely manner and the bill was fair and affordable. Fantastic experience and would definitely recommend!

Best car repair center in the area, really good. Always friendly and honest. Great prices and workmanship. I go there with 3 different manufacturers of cars and they are always knowledgeable about each brand. Old fashioned garage where they get to know the customers.

I was out of town and ran over a nail and got a flat. Looked all over on a saturday and was actually on the way to it when I saw this garage and quick pulled in instead. They were super nice and helpful! Told me the price up front when i asked, even put the tire back on and checked all the other tires to make sure they were okay. Very glad i went there instead.

I cracked the oil pan on my car driving over a pothole and had it towed to Patrick's. It was Saturday so no chance to get a new or used pan until the following Monday. Besides, this is a big job that would be expensive.I asked the mechanic to epoxy it knowing full well that it might not hold (there was actually a hole in the pan along the crack). I told them to do their best and the responsibility would be mine if it didn't work. He agreed (first giving me a warning about the risk) and went to work. He did a great job making sure the pan was clean and the JB Weld was properly applied. After they closed at 12pm I waited another 11 hours or so to give it more time to cure (it properly takes 15-24 hours). Instead of continuing to North Carolina where I was headed, I decided to drive about 100 miles back to my house on Long Island because I wasn't sure if it would hold. It held perfectly. Not a drop of oil. I might as well have continued my trip.The best part was the price. If this had happened on Long Island where I live, there is approximately a 0% chance of me getting out of there without paying at least $150, if they were even willing to try the epoxy. What did Patrick's charge me? Let's just say it was less that what I've paid for some oil changes at Jiffy Lube.I am going to try to give him whatever business I can even though he is located over 50 miles from where I park my car at work.

I called "Patrick's" the morning after my check engine light came on. Rob said "come on by and I will check it out." He was extremely honest and professional. He did not try to "sell" me on parts that I didn't need (as most repair stations). The repairs were done in half the time as expected and "Pop's" was awesome! This is my "new" go to station for repairs!!!

Patrick's is our local icon. They, especially Robert are always on your side with your vehicle repairs. They are knowledgeable, and affordable. Even with our older "not so sure I want to fix it..." Vehicles, they always help us find a solution.

Took two weeks to get my boyfriend s truck back for something that only took literally an hour of work while we saw multiple cars go in and out of the lot. Even though he called and told them what was wrong prior and was told to drop it off Monday morning (Sept 30th.) And, no, they weren t waiting for parts. They didn t appear to have even started working on it until my boyfriend and I showed up at the two week mark to see what was going on after no call or updates from shop. Then it suddenly gets done for the next day but only after I had to call multiple times in the day to see what was going on, let alone someone to pick up their phone. The excuse? We re busy. Completely unprofessional, go somewhere else.

do not trust this mechanic. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY IM SERIOUS. Theres another mechanic shop right down the road and another not to far further down the road.
