Everything was above and beyond.Rich took the time to explain every detail of the process for repairing the car.He had it on time, and the result was.... like having a new car.I would recommend him

My family member's vehicle was stored here because of a violation. When I tried to get the VIN number to insure the vehicle. The older woman behind the counter gave us the incorrect Vin # three times. On the 4th try. She finally gave me the correct number. Now the place was closing which caused us to pay an extra day. When we arrived the next day. She started giggling and began to say. I see you got the vehicle insured. Not in a timely manner no thanks to her. These people were so pleasant when I brought my buisiness here 1 year ago. That same woman who gave me incorrect VIN #'s was consistently unprofessional and incompetent even at that time. I recieved a call to pick up my vehicle. When I got their no one knew who called me or where my car was. The final bill was not complete. 1 yr later I was standing by the hatch which was repaired by rich auto leaned against the door and it dented again like cardboard. Shabby and cheap materials used to repair my vehicle. All this company want is money. I give them one star for being beings masters in deception.

I have never been to an auto body shop before and had no idea where to go. All roads led me to Rich s Auto Body Shop and I m so happy they did! Rich was SO super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He kept me updated when my Jeep was in the shop and it came out so good!

Rich and his staff are the best you can get in Monmouth County. Their attention to detail, care for their customers and the job they perform on your car is nothing but a 10/10. Rich is extremely personable and made me feel a lot better after talking through the process of how he was going to fix the repairs.I was hit in my brand new car and had several issues that needed to be completely replaced. I was hesitant to go anywhere but a VW dealership and boy, was I wrong to think that. He was quick, efficient, EXTREMELY professional, meticulous and my car looked better than when I bought it! If you want a professional with an amazing team, you should be coming to Rich s Auto Body. I will be sending all of my friends and family to him after my incredible experience.Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Rich's Auto Body. I've used this shop 3 times in the last couple years and all 3 times received superb, quality service.No one wants to deal with having a vehicle repaired after an accident. From the initial phone call to picking up the vehicle, Rich and Vicky turned a dreadful ordeal into a genuine pleasant experience every single time. All I had to do was get the vehicle there and go back to pick it up. Everything else was taken care of by Rich and Vicky. The car rental company came there to pick me up and Rich arranged for my rental to be comparable in size to my vehicle. My vehicle was beautifully repaired and ready to be picked up on the exact day I was initially given. I conveniently left my rental at Rich's and drove my vehicle away. No hassle, no worries.When I picked my vehicle up this last time, Rich said he hopes he never sees me again, and the feeling is mutual, Lol! 3 accidents in a couple years is 3 too many!I'm truly grateful for such a wonderful, friendly, professional, and most importantly trust worthy auto body shop. I can't say enough good things about this shop and all the great people who work there!

I know I don't get into accidents often but when I do I see Rich's!Made my trip from East Windsor just to have my Jeep fixed correctly! Thank You Rich's!

Brought my car to get bumper damage fixed after the person who hit eme left his contact info. Rich was super pleasant on the phone, broke everything down for me, not owning a car in almos 20 years. The estimated time for it to be done was accurate and he dealt with the insurance company for financial info. Car looks great, super happy.

Awesome Customer Service!!! I was amazed at the personal service. Rich and his staff took care of everything, dealing with the insurance carrier, the car rental vendor and working within my time frame. I was involved in a minor accident with fairly extensive damage, my car was returned like it had just been driven from a new car dealer. I am one very satisfied customer and HIGHLY recommend Rich and his team.

After having been hit I took my car to a competing auto body shop. The damage wasn t extensive and they wanted to just pop out the dent . This , combined with a low-ball offer from the opposing insurance company was completely unsatisfactory.I took my car to Rich s Auto Body based on reviews and boy am O glad I did . They basically fought for me and won . Rich and his staff of this family owned business were extremely friendly , empathetic, and professional. Trust me , this place is where you want to go , if you don t want to be treated like the insurance companies treat you.

Went in for some minor work to be done for my cars lease turn in. Rather fix then have the dealer charge me out the nose. Rich and his staff took care of it and probably saved me hundreds. They are always available to answer questions along the way and the work is amazing. Great job guys. Thank you so much.

If you are looking for quality customer service and the top of the line body work on your vehicle look no further. I was beyond satisfied with my experience at Rich's auto body. Excellent communication, seamless work, and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Rich's did a complete scratch removal, compounding and polish on my car. The finished product was a car that looked better than new! Great price and completed on time. I will not go anywhere else.

Gold Standard Customer Service! Rich and Rich Jr. communicate effectively, finish work at lightning speed, and go above and beyond to deliver the best. These are people who actually care. I've used them for small jobs to rear end collision work and they are awesome at it all.

BEWARE: extra fees and neglect of administrative duties.Our car was impounded by Rich's Auto. We called early Saturday morning various times, but no one answered. We arrived on Monday morning, and they charged us for the entire weekend to hold the car even though they were closed. They claimed they were open till 12pm on Saturday.We explained that we called way before 12pm. During the conversation, the receptionist confirmed our calls before 12pm on their caller ID, and the police officer calls that called on our behalf, however they claimed we wouldn't have been able to make it on-time from the police station, which is not true, since it's only a 5min drive. The receptionist was rude and the manager was dismissive of us. They didn't want to acknowledge that they refused to answer calls before their closing. We had also left a voicemail, which they never returned. To add insult to injury, they charged us $9.25 for using a debit card. Incidently, Google Maps says that they are closed on Saturdays and should have been updated.The Asbury police alternate tow companies. Rich's Auto is one of the two companies they use. If you ever have an issue with your car while in Asbury, hope that its not a day when Rich's is on-call.

Don't not ! I repeat do not leave anything in your car if your car is towed by Rich's..He we keep all your personal property . Make sure to take all your stuff out your car before they tow ur car or call AAA if u have it..i had to buy new car seats for my kid because he would not let me to my own car because he said it on his property..P.s. And he and his driver is a racist!

After the accident I didn't think they could make my truck look like new again but I was pleasantly surprised at the results. My truck looked the way it did when I first bought it.
