Very helpful. I mean extremely. I was in a situation where my windshield wiper just blew away. I was miles from home and clueless on anything about it or how to put them on. I don t know the name of the man who helped me and even put them on for me but if he didn t I would have been screwed. I appreciated it so much. Great service, above and beyond what they could have done especially with COVID.

Have used this NAPA for many years, knowledgeable auto mechanics that will do their best to help. Small inside... don't be fooled. If they don't have what you need they will find it.

The men behind the counter were so helpful! Very knowledgeable and even helped guide me with the replacement of an air filter! I would definitely recommend this store!!

Excellent service, and very knowledgeable! Went to two other stores before going here that were of no help. The staff member, Tommy, was able to answer any questions I had, and was also able to find the part I needed. I'm definitely coming back here in the future.

Very unprofessional and rude Joseph Leo of the Asbury Napa was asked to look up a belt tensioner when I asked if it was for the primary or secondary belt he informed me that there's only one but that wasn t the case I asked him to pull up a picture to see if it would show both belts and tensioners to ensure I receive the right part. I then asked if he could pull the part he rudely replied that's what I was doing before I was interrupted. I Told him there was no need for an attitude I just want to make sure I m getting the right part, and his attitude severely worsened. He said you want an attitude I m not helping you hows that for an attitude now leave. He failed to provide me with the parts or service needed. If I could leave zero stars I would. Joseph is not a good asset to the store and is extremely nasty.

Napa refuses to pay warranty claims for labor on failed parts. We purchased brake pads and rotors from them and had to replace them for a part defect. When we called to submit a labor claim for the hours we wasted replacing their defective parts they said they will only pay labor claims for company's who are official dealers (paid a fee and put signs on their property). If you parts are defective you should be held to the same standard I am as a shop. It should not me who eats the labor cost because of a defective part.
