Rick is one of the finest people I have ever known and would trust him with just about everything. On top of that, he just happens to be the best mechanic I have ever known. He knows the cars, specifically BMWs inside and out and can do any job. His knowledge and skills are truly second to none. Jamie, as well is a very skilled and fine gentlemen. Excellently serviced and helpful. My car left there driving better than it did on day 1, anyone who gets in my car can tell the difference. Also there is that cut in price than you'd get anywhere else. I've found my mechanic and if you're reading this you've found him too

Did a repair locally, issue came back a year later "same problem but a different fix needed". Went to Kiceniuk- fixed permanently. No other place to bring your BMW.

We own 2 late model BMWs and both have had repairs and service at Kiceniuk Automotive. They use genuine BMW parts and do a fantastic job. You get the peace of mind of having the work done by expert BMW mechanics without the Dealer overhead. Highly recommend.

I do most of my own maintenance and repairs on my BMW s. But when I need someone who is honest and has with deep expertise I would recommend Rick. Simply the finest BMW mechanic out there. Mr. Kiceniuk's shop doesn't look like much, but his knowledge of these (and other) vehicles is unsurpassed and, he is fair when it comes to cost. He will never suggest something needs to be done simply to make a buck. He is completely fair. I must add that he is also one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met. Bring him potato chips when you bring in your vehicle!

Rich & Jamie are absolute BMW mechanic wizards. They are honest! When I get my car back from service I have no issues with work performed or bill for service performed. Highly recommend them as BMW mechanics.
