Green Power Energy has been a great solar company to work with. They have been extremely easy and informative on all the benefits of going solar. Also, they were very patient with me. I started looking into solar in Oct 2023 and did not make a decision until Feb 2024. During that time, they sent me very few emails just to know that they were around for when I was ready to make a decision. I decided to go with Green Power because of their customer service. Anytime I had a question, I was able to ask via email or phone and received a response within a day. I would expect that if I ever had any issues, they would respond similarly. I'm very happy with the service so far and am referring them to anyone I know who is interested in going solar.

My husband and I highly recommend Green Power Energy. We have not had one problem and were amazed at the level of professionalism from installation to service! We have had our system for 5 years now and not a hitch. Recently we needed a new chip installed and the service technician Dave was very knowledgeable and reviewed our system again for us. He really took his time to explain everything to us and helped us with questions about our upcoming home siding change....and he has been with the company and remembered us from the installation process! The company has been quick to respond with each need we have!

We have had on overall excellent experience with Green Power Energy. During my evaluation of Solar installation options the Green Power Energy solution differentiated themselves is a few key areas. Each solar panel has its own inverter, this configuration eliminates a single point of failure and also eliminated the need to mount a large inverter in my garage which saved having to dedicate wall space. The panels themselves are of high quality and the solar metric application is very informative. The solar system installation team impressed me as being quite knowledgeable and their work was very well executed. I was also kept informed of the status through all the phases of the service deployment.

I researched a lot of companies before going with Green Power. The Green Power sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient as he worked on creating several versions on my panel layout. The onboarding process was easy and simple as it can get. Green Power sent over reps to install the grid. Took them a few hours and they did a fabulous job. They even cleaned up after themselves. The system has been turned ON for a few months and I already see benefits with solar. The folks at Green Power are great team and highly recommend them.

Green Power Energy (GPE) completed our Photovoltaic/Battery installation in August 2022. It is a very nice looking and clean installation. Where we live we lose power quite often. Since Aug. 2022 our battery/solar backup has kicked in automatically for over 20 hours of blackouts or brownouts. No more waiting and wondering when the power company is going to get our power back up and running. Austin Dow and Kevin Nally have been great to work with regarding answering any and all questions regarding the design and installation.Update - We lost power for 46 hours on 1/9/24 to 1/11/24 due to a winter storm. The battery/solar backup powered our house the entire time and worked perfectly.

I found and selected Green Power Energy through EnergySage. At every point of the process, the entire team was nothing short of excellent. The initial proposal's competitive pricing and transparency regarding warranty gave me confidence going forward and that confidence was not misplaced. The final engineering proposal was extremely detailed. The contractors that did the install were professional and polite. The quality of their work was like they were working on their mom's house. Everyone was responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. I could not be happier with my choice to work with Green Power Energy.

Great experience from start to finish. Our initial contact and consultant, Austin Dow was knowledgeable and patient answering all of my many questions to help me understand the complexity of everything that goes along with solar panels. Austin and everyone at GP made the process easy and stress free and kept me updated every step of the way. The install crew was professional, clean, and did a wonderful job installing the panels. Once the panels were installed Kevin Nally walked me through a very detailed step by step process of how the panels work and what I would need to do to get the most out of our new solar production. We have had our system up and running since 6/17/22 with no issues and have been pleased with the production and SREC credits that we have received so far. I highly recommend using Green Power Energy for your solar power needs.

Green Power installed my panels at the end of 2023 and so far the experience has been great. They were very easy to reach, worked with my schedule for every step, did a very clean install, and there was detailed communication from their team through every step. I highly recommend them for solar needs!

SOOOOOOOO glad I went with Green Power Energy to do my solar install. It was a painless experience from start to finish. From the first meeting where I explained what I was looking for in design, through the entire design process the permitting and the install. I had very specific requests to have the system look flawless and didn't want ugly panels on only part of my roof or conduit or huge meters/boxes all over the front of my house. We went back and forth with several designs until it was exactly what I wanted. They worked with me and did it the way I wanted and not "the easiest or cheapest" way. I basically gave them the okay and they did everything. They applied for all the solar in incentives, rebates and assistance programs I was eligible for. They set me up with a GREAT solar loan at 0%. After the install, they handled all the inspections by the power company and the town. After all the inspections, they turned the system on and it was fantastic. Our power bill has been $0 for the last several months and the power company even pays us for generating power! We had one issue with a bad inverter afyer the install and they came out and fixed it with minimal delays. I can't say enough good things! As a note, they were even very carefull not to dam(0age any of our extensive gardens around the house, my wife would have kicked them off the property! Big shout out to Bart George! He's the best!

I recently contracted Green Power Energy to install solar panels on my home. Throughout each step in the process - Sales, Applications/Approvals & Installation - it was clear that Green Power Energy is the gold standard when it comes to solar providers.During my sales process, not once did I feel pressured into choosing Green Power Energy. All of my conversations were about educating me on solar and discussing what Green Power Energy could offer. That knowledge helped me sift through all the other offers I had, where it became clear Green Power Energy was the right company to go with.During the Applications and Approvals phase, I was regularly provided with updates on the status of my project. If I ever had any questions, they were very quick to answer them and help provide clarity on upcoming timelines.The installation team was efficient and friendly. They completed the install process in a morning's time and were sure to walkthrough all of the details of the new system with me. I could not believe how quickly the system was installed. It was very cool to see how well oiled of machine the team was.From start to finish, Green Power Energy provided the exceptional customer service and knowledge transfer that I was looking for when going solar. They made what seemed to be a daunting process from my end feel like anything but.If you are looking to go solar, your search for a provider starts and stops with Green Power Energy.

Used Green Power Energy for our new solar roof last year. I got bids from several companies when we were looking to add a solar roof but decided on GPE over the rest due to their knowledgeable and low pressure sales person. Their whole operations team did a great job of communicating the various steps in the process with us from design through installation and system activation. All in all GPE was easy to work with, they're local to the area and I would recommend them to anyone looking to add a solar roof in New Jersey.

I m very pleased with my install by Green Power Energy. I was particularly concerned about the aesthetics having seen solar systems with conduit running all over the place. The install team was sensitive to this and we came up with a solution that hides as much of the system as possible. Now we re just watching the savings roll in!

This is a very reputable and service oriented company. Michelle handled our case and service was scheduled and occurred on time as promised. Mike and Matt were very thorough in the diagnostics they performed and provided the solution we needed.Overall, very happy with the team and would definitely use them again!

Don't do it. I pay more yearly than I paid for electric before solar! Now I'm trapped in a huge solar loan for another decade. The loan is massive and payments are outrageous! Oh and I still get an electric bill in addition to my loan monthly. The numbers I was given before signing aren't even close. I can't replace my roof because they are covered in panels. Unless I go back through this solar company and take out another loan higher than the ridiculous amount it is now. If you want to sell your house, the loan puts a lean against your mortgage. You can't transfer the loan to the buyer. I was stuck in my property and had to refinance my current home because I'm trapped in this loan for 10 more years. Worst purchase I've ever made!Update: I magically got a call after Green Power's response below. I was told I never replied to an email I needed to update something. They had my email wrong. I did not receive one phone call about it nor anything since installation. I walked them through the projection savings the salesman sold me on. I said my numbers aren't even close to what it said when I agreed to sign.

Everyone was on top of things through the whole experience. Installers were great, excellent follow-up, quick to address any questions or concerns, and smooth inspection process. We look forward to seeing how much energy we draw in and enjoying the savings over the years.

I met with Chris for a potential design on my home. The service was excellent from introductions to scope of work presentation. I liked their vast flexibility of integrations, they also have their own full service install teams- not third parties-which was hugely important for me as it provides for best continued service. Due to my estimated timeframe at this home, I actually ended up not moving forward with the project as the timelines didn t align. Nevertheless, the product and customer service was impressive enough that I m leaving this review as an endorsement of their professionalism. They have a direct consumer approach- which is most appreciated.

Your experience helped my family navigate the Solar landscape and we are forever grateful. Bart s ability to run forecasted energy figures, financing options, and solar layout styles helped make our dream a reality. The Green Power Energy installation team was tidy, communicative, and effective. They were the first contractors to listen to my requests and helped explain technical terms simply. I will return to Bart / GPE for renewable resources in the future.

Very good install experience at every step in the process. From my initial discussions with: Tim on designing a system, the Engineering Team, Install Team, and post-install assistance (meter set-up, getting SREC program set-up ,etc.....), everything proceed on time and as expected. There are lots of solar companies one can pick from, Green Power Energy's level of experience in this business and professionalism really stand out compared to other Solar Providers that I spoke with.My one open question is that since my system was activate right near the end of "prime solar season", I will need to wait another 8 months to see if the actual system generation matches the estimates that Green Power Energy provided during the system design. I plan to update the review in the Fall-2024 with that information.

Overall experience with Green Power Energy has been amazing - and has exceeded expectations. I wasn t originally planning to go solar, but Green Power talked things through with me, and by the end I was kicking myself for not considering solar sooner. From the initial meetings, to the actual implementation, the staff was nice, informative, professional, and responsive. At no point were they pushy. Austin Dow specifically has been great to work with. Even post installation he still consistently reachs out to check in and ensure everything is working properly. I am very happy with the end product, and highly recommend Green Power Energy!

A solid solar experience with green power. System is up and running and working well. Sales guy Bart was responsive and worked with us to strike what we felt was a very fair deal given the competitive solar market. If you re looking for a tax credit i would suggest getting everything signed up early in the year. I signed on in June and wound up with install in December so was sweating getting it in for tax purposes. Install team seemed very knowledgeable and was in and out in one day, but did leave a dirt stain on our carpet.

Great experience working with Green Power Energy to design and install my solar system. I had talked with a number of solar companies, but ended up choosing Green Power Energy after meeting with Austin and going over the options. I appreciated the various system sizes, panel and component options, as well as different designs. Austin provided all of the various choices and benefits of each in order to help me decide, and even after the initial design i ended up making some small changes, which they were very open to. The installation team was great and finished up very quickly with everything looking great. It's been fully operational for about 8 months now and working beyond my expectations so far! The company was also great about helping with the financing, tax credits, and signing up for the NJ solar benefits, they send out plenty of guides and instructions, and set up a meeting to go over everything if you need it. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone thinking about going solar.

Just wanted to share the experience I had with my solar panels installation. Green power energy and their support team were extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process. The installation was seamless and they make all the paperwork very user friendly. Austin their sales rep was always available to answer any questions with extremely fast turnaround. Highly recommend Green Power Energy to anyone who is interested in solar panels.

There are tons of companies out there and I am sure there are some good ones but I am glad we went with Green Power. From the Quote to the post installation meeting the GPE team treated me with respect made me feel like a team member instead of just another client.

Green Power Energy is reliable partner for installing and maintaining solar energy systems. My neighbor referred Austin to us. The design Austin provided perfectly matching the roof shape. Both installation and electrical teams are very professional. their response to system issues is very quick and efficient. My Solar system has been working perfectly so far for almost two years after installation.

I recently had a new solar panel system installed by Green Power Energy. This is my second solar panel system (it replaced my original aged system). Green Power was great to work with and they helped me through every step of the process since there was extra confusion around replacing an existing system. They did a great job with the up-front engineering and the installation and I am very happy with the overall experience.

My experience with Green Power Energy has been incredibly positive. When I first started looking into solar, I did a lot of research and contacted several different companies. I found GPE to be the most responsive and professional.The process takes quite some time (in my case several months), but GPE took care of everything and kept me in the loop the entire time with the status of our project, which included the installation of a new roof. There were even some curveballs thrown at us with the installation happening in Vineland, which is unique with Vineland Municipal Electric, but GPE handled everything!Post-installation support has been terrific. GPE scheduled a meeting to go over expectations and the process going forward with the solar tax credits (SuSI program). This included instructions on using the Enphase monitoring app. Their customer service has been great through the entire process.My system has been up and running for about two months and is producing as expected! I got my second consecutive electric bill where I have banked kWh (produced more than I used).I would highly recommend GPE to anyone looking to go solar!

We have 53 panels installed on 09/16/2022. I worked with Austin Dow up front and Kevin Nally after install. The bottom line is it was way better that my previous home solar with Tesla. Green power made me feel like a partner and not a number. Strongly recommend Green Power Energy!

I am one very happy customer! Every aspect of my solar install with Green Power Energy went swimmingly.I spoke to a few different companies. GPE was the only one I felt comfortable with.Every person I dealt with at GPE has been professional. Most importantly, my Sales Rep Austin Dow was super responsive, answering all my many questions, never pushy, and remaining engaged throughout the installation process and beyond.Within a day of the approval for install, GPE reached out to schedule. Cue Austin reaching out with some advice about a couple of considerations for the install. Within a week the installers arrived. I was consulted onsite regarding where the conduit should go, and where the main panel, PV meter and disconnect should be located. I knew what to ask for. In less than 2 days, everything was complete. A couple of weeks later, the Township attended for inspections .. everything passed first time. The only waiting I did was on PSEG and the Township; GPE was always prompt.My system has been running for a month now. I have had zero issues.
