My wife and I were searching for a used vehicle for our children and visited Clinton Honda to see what might be available. We were approached by a salesperson named Feliks and found him to be very helpful in guiding us through the process. He was informative, but not pushy, and he was willing to spend the time necessary to make sure we ended up with a vehicle that would serve us well. Feliks and Chris in the financial department worked very hard to make the purchase as smooth and efficient as possible. It was an excellent experience!

I thought I needed both and oil change and tire rotation, turns out I did not need tire rotation - Clinton Honda could have done it and charged me more - but they are very trustworthy. I made the servie appointment online which was super easy. I decided to wait, they said it would be about 90 minutes - it was less which was a nice surprise. Everyone very friendly, kind, and efficient.

Charlie and Ajay were GREAT. I liked that they weren't pushy about me leaving with a vehicle or adding maintenance services to my contract. The process was smooth and fast. It's also the reason why I left with my new 2024 HRV Sport. I will definitely be back at this dealership once my new lease is up.

I always have a good experience at Clinton Honda, which is why I come back to NJ from Philly to get my 2013 Fit serviced. Understanding my need to economize, they are always great at telling me what has to be done NOW for safety and proper maintenance--and what might wait until next time. I trust the advice I get from the service department, and the work is always done well, clearly by excellent mechanics, and in the time frame promised. My car is 11 years old and still runs perfectly. This time my thanks go out to Debbie G in Service, who was professional and relaxed and kind.

After over 12 years with a Honda Fit purchased at Clinton Honda, I came back for another vehicle and was lucky enough to get Joe Vizzi as my sales agent. Starting with an initial phone call that helped speed up the process, he made this entire experience absolutely stress-free. I want to thank him and Ajay, who did the finance paperwork, for their support and engagement with my needs--never once pushing onto me a deal that didn't feel right. When the time comes for what would be my fourth vehicle from Clinton Honda, I hope that I get to work with these folks again--or ones as devoted and caring in their approach to customer service.

The experience at Clinton Honda couldn't have been smoother. Alex, Joe, and Chris were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, their friendly energy and expert knowledge put me at ease. After visiting a couple other dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Clinton Honda. I knew within 20 minutes after entering the showroom that I would be making my next new car purchase at Clinton Honda. It was over an hour drive for me. I probably have more than six Honda dealerships that are closer. In fairness, I didn't visit them all but my first close dealer experience was terrible so I went through the Costco program who referred me to Clinton Honda.I committed to buy the first visit and picked up my new Ridgeline the next day.This is what car buying should be.

Needed a battery and got appointment ASAP. Check in was easy and waiting area comfortable. Looked at new model cars and Felix was very nice to show me what is new. Service was fast and checkout easy.

We had an amazing experience at Clinton Honda. We worked with friendly and honest people through every step of the process. Charlie, Jeff, and Ajay were all wonderful. They helped make sure we got the car we were looking for and were very transparent with the prices and rates (at MSRP) the entire time with no added pressure. They also accommodated our busy schedules and made sure we got through the process of buying quickly and were prepared before picking up. There is a very positive energy at Clinton Honda unlike any other dealer we ve visited. Charlie made sure to walk us through and set up all of our preferences on the car before we drove away and contacted us multiple times to check in and make sure everything was going well with our new car. If you are looking for a Honda this is where you should get it (even if you have to come from farther away).

Purchased a CRV from Clinton Honda via the Costco program. Over all a very pleasant experience without the typical haggling and ridiculous fees like 'key fetch fee' that a local Honda dealer wanted to charge us. It was a welcome change since Joe Vizzi our Client Advisor handled the purchased process very professionally. Initially had some trepidation about going through the Costco program based on the negative reviews in Google. However Joe made sure he was upfront about the purchase process and how the 'out of the door price' was calculated. Once it was laid out the cost did not change with additional fees. I would highly recommend looking at this option if you are in the market for a vehicle purchase via the Costco program.

Highly recommended especially if you are a member of Costco! Joe Vizzi was fantastic to deal with! He knew exactly how I wanted my 2024 CR-V Hybrid AWD Sport-L and delivered it even ahead of schedule! No hard up-selling; just friendly, great service! It was also a pleasure to meet with Ajay Sharma, the Business Manager. It was a truly a great buying experience.

I would like to thank Mike Racano and his whole Staff at Clinton Honda. My niece and I brought a car the same day. I called Mike to inform him that we where on our way when we arrive Mike and a few of his staff greeted us at the door. I have brought may vehicles before but I never felt so at home there was no pressure Mike took his time explaining everything to my husband and I. He answered all my questions which I did have a lot of. I want to also thank Charles Bippart and two other gentlemen that made this process a breeze. I live one hour away from Clinton Honda I fell in love with driving my new Pilot Elite home. Anyone that's looking to buy a Honda please go visit Mike and his staff you will not be disappointed they will make you feel just like part of the family. Thank you again Mike and Charles.

Everyone was very attentive, pleasant & helplful. From me initally calling to make an appt to scheduling. Paul Sigler was our Service Division Associate who has helped us numerous times in the past.. He is very knowlegable, He asks lots of questions and listens to what we are bringing our 2009 coupe in for. The repair of our low beam headlight were completed in a timely manner. Thank you!

Updated review February 2024:Joe Vizzi, once again, came through with flying colors. I wanted to upgrade and purchase the 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport in Canyon River Blue color and he found the vehicle I exactly wanted within less than a week. Thanks to Joe and Clinton Honda for their continued excellence through the years. The paperwork was painless. They don't play games and are straight-shooters.Previous original review in 2021:I leased a 2021 Honda CRV in April 2021. The salesperson, Joe Vizzi, was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn t waste my time. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I provided Clinton Honda with all of th e information needed for the dealership to provide me with a lease qoute for a new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Spport. Their automated on-line sytem promised me a quote first thing when they opened in the morning. Not the case. I recieved repeated messages from their internet manager Joe Vizzi asking me to make a totaly unnecessary trip into their dealership in order to recieve a lease quote. Steer clear of this dealership as they like to play games rather than provide a legitimate quote for the lease of a new vehicle. Any dealership that truely wants to earn your business should provide you with a quote subject to the inspection of your current vehicle at signing. On-line shopping is becoming more and more common and this dealership is obviously not willing to accept this.

Went to Clinton Honda bc high recommendations. Initial contact was amazing. Salesman referred us to their website pricing and we confirmed pricing. When ready to buy at their published price, we were informed that it was an error. If we wanted the vehicle, then it would be thousands beyond the advertised price. This was followed with drama and theatrics involving visible meetings with high management only to let us know that this was a sincere error, not a bait and switch. No movement on the unadvertised price regarding their "error". The management did zero eye contact and gave us "backside" when walking past us.We failed to reach an understanding due to their refusal to meet our offer of "let's meet in the middle" of the advertised price and their verbal price. We are confused and frustrated because their business focuses on advertised pricing and selling.

Brought my daughters 18 HRV in for service. My service advisor called me and advised me what repair was needed on my car as well as some overdue services. They took care of the car very fast and I she was back on the road.

Clinton Honda doesn't charge more than MSRP even when supply issues are happening or a particular model is hard to get. They also have the lowest dealer fees that I have found.

I had originally given a 5 star review that I've since deleted. I spoke with Amely Osorio about how if they didn't stop contacting me several times a day about reviews and surveys and feedback that I would leave a negative review, and a week later here I am. I've unsubscribed from emails, I've called asking them to stop, I've blocked them. It's Clinton Honda, Honda corporate, Carfax, some survey company, and more.I called after receiving my third notification in 3 hours about feedback on my recent service appointment, and spoke with Amely. She was rude and told me this is just how it is and get over it. No thanks.For that matter, I almost didn't get my registration in time for my new car because they were just sitting on it. When I called and the receptionist wouldn't direct my call to Felix, she started telling me it was my fault and that I lost the registration! After all, people sometimes drop it when they hand it over with the plates. When I told her that the plates came off my old car the day I bought the car she accused me of not listening to her (about how it was my fault lol).I promise that I will fill out every single survey and feedback request that Clinton Honda and it's affiliates sends me and they won't like my feedback.

We have been driving a Honda for 4 decades and I will tell you, the dealership REALLY does matter. The professionals at Clinton Honda were fabulous, straightforward, patient and experienced. We could not be happier with our new car, or the experience.

I have never in my life dealt with such horrible communication. Customer service is not part of their vocabulary or work ethics. It must be because of all the rain in the past two days and because no one can show up to work. I have reached my wits end with new car stealerships. They act like they care but they dont care to even sell you anything, especially when you get it from True Car or Sams Club discount programs. They only stock high-end vehicles, and you can't get a deal on those vehicles. You have to order and wait for the base ones and they won't apply the deal or discount to one above the base level like ex-l or higher. Buying from Lexus or Toyota its a whole other experience. Every Honda Dealer there were shysters there. We ask for a lower-end one; they bring a touring model and try to upsell. They keep you there for hours and hours waiting as part of their mind tricks. It should not take more than 1-2 hours to complete the purchase. Going to go to boston or CT or PA where they have actual cars in stock and will have some well-trained salespeople. Blame covid for everything, right? Yea, thats why everything is the way it is now. huh. Best thing before you even fill out anything is to call the dealer and ask them for the stock # and vin numbers of the cars they have on the lot and tell them, Do you have this in your inventory? Not get it from another dealer with a swap and have them bring the car. if your ordering one then you can do everything from home. Double check the prices, and they wont tell you the out-of-door price, then you can use that to leverage other dealers; they will say and keep the info to themselves for the out-of-door price. I hope one day dealers get regulated more and we get more transparency, and you buy from any dealer with the same price with 3% profit and thats it. Click and buy and do everything online.
