Our family ran into car troubles on a holiday road trip, so we came to Bob Phillips Auto for help. Anthony and his crew were so kind and accommodating and were able to get us back on the road quickly! 10/10 service - would highly recommend!

i was in a pinch with a dead battery and my car was near Bob Phillips auto. He had the correct battery in stock and gave me a very fair price. He stepped away from a car in order to ring me up quicker which was much appreciated customer service.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I found a new mechanic and I am very impressed!! After AAA towed my car to the wrong place, it was Bob Phillips to the rescue. They did a thorough job getting my vehicle safely back on the road and they did all the work the same day. My car hasn't run this smooth since I bought it. I highly recommend! Big shout out to DON who moved my car off his property and to the right place.

Bob and his team are great! Fast diagnosis of a hydraulic lifter issue in my truck. And they made everything simple and painless going forward with the warranty company to get my repairs complete. And his pricing was on point and Extremely fair. I will continue to go to bob for anything I may need and will never hesitate to send my friends and family to Bob Phillips Automotive. Thanks again for all your hard work guys!

My daughter's car had to get towed here as it overheated on her way through up to NH. All folks that we encountered at the shop were wonderful, extremely helpful - especially given our situation of being stranded for a day. We felt confident in the work they did, (they even picked us up from the hotel we were staying at) and we made it safely back to NH. Many thanks to you all for your work and kindness!

Adam and the staff at Bob Phillips are wonderful! Trustworthy and very great to work with. We have been using them for the last three years on two vehicles and feel good knowing that are cars are being cared for. When they notice something is wearing on the car (such as tires or breaks) they provide advise and a heads up before your next scheduled appointment. They are flexible and allow for before and after work pickup and drop off and always call in to provide updates.

Honest and trustworthy! Stopped in because I thought I needed new brakes. After a quick inspection was reassured, educated and sent on my way, as no work was needed. Could have taken total advantage of my lack of auto knowledge, but instead they were really kind. Will definitely be headed back for all my future automotive work.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Bob Phillips was recommended by one of my coworkers who has been going there for over 10 years. It is very difficult to find an honest, good mechanic and kudos to Bob for being both! Anthony was very professional with the scheduling and the service was quick and exactly as required. Great find close to my workplace and I will continue to go here!

These guys saved me. I was driving on 78 and my car started having what I THOUGHT was a transmission issue - I pulled off and ended up at Bob's - despite being appointment only on Saturdays, they took me right in and looked at my car. The mechanic helping me quickly identified the issue as a misfire and got the parts and had them swapped out in under an hour for an extremely reasonable price. I lucked out with this place big time. Thanks guys!

My tire started going flat on the interstate. I pulled off and was lucky enough to run into Phillips Automotive. Anthony quickly got a crew member to take a look at the tire and fix the flat right away. I was on my way in no time. Broke down on highway, called Bobs and they hooked us up with an affordable tow truck company called Fords. The staff is so nice, did a great fast job! Reliable and trustworthy. Annandale is lucky to have them!

The entire crew there is fabulous. Paul, Mr. Singh, Certac... everyone... they are always friendly, personable and accommodating. Best of all, the prices for things are reasonable, the coffee is always good and fresh, and it's always clean. Bob

Traveling thru from Maine(2days before X-mas),thought I had brake problem.Bob,Anthony&crew found the problem,fixed it AND took my u-haul off & on.This business is one of THE best emergency experiences of my life(and I'm 66)Thanx again.

Not saying anything about the work they have done but absolutely a rip off in what they charge, they replaced 2 brake lines for me charges me $805 dollars and told me they did all four brake lines, I was at my regular mechanics today getting an oil change and my mechanic showed me exactly what they replaced and I was absolutely dumbfounded at the 7 hours they claimed they worked on it, to make things worse they also said it was because they had a hard time getting under the fire wall which from I seen that was all lies, my mechanic was stunned at what they charged and the amount of time they claimed they spent on fixing it, anyhow, that being said, I m not saying they did a bad job but defiantly would not recommend them as they are a rip off and it probably would of cost me less money going to a dealer and we all know how much they charge.

I'm wondering if this garage was built in the mid-1950's and originally owned by Ed Payne and Stanley Lipinski. It was Beaver Brook Garage.
