I have been with Jeff and Jenson's for over 20 years; Jetsons is the only honest and reasonably priced professional mechanic in North Jersey.I.E I had my sons suv there for a bearing, with 200,000+ miles I requested all of them be replaced, Jeff's reply "I checked then and they do not need it".Other places would have killed me with the bill.Jenson's is the place to go. :)

I have had repairs done here with excellent results. I took it in yesterday with battery going dead for no obvious reason. They found nothing wrong and told me to come and pick it up.

Lets start with the young lady that answers the phone very kind and very sweet full of energy. If i could give them 10 Stars I would!! absolutely the best in the area and honest. I took my car there for front and back brakes because I was told from another place that it needed it so I brought it over to Jensen"s for the service and they told me the brakes were near brand new and that it's not necessary. With that being said I will bring all my vehicles to Jensen's

Jeff has been my family s mechanic for 3 generations now. Always honest and honorable. Calls with things he finds prior to doing work but always puts my safety and my children s safety at the forefront of suggestions of repairs to be made. Work is done correctly the first time. Make sure you compare apples to apples. Happy to support a local, family owned , brick and mortar business. Class, honor, integrity that is Jensen s Service

They have been my go to choice for auto care for over 4 years now. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting the best possible price. My windshield smashed in last week and within a couple hours they found a used windshield in perfect condition and replaced it in a day, in turn saving me a small fortune. Grateful to have a small reliable group of people like the ones at Jensens. Thank you!!!!

May 27th, 2021 my husband and I was staying at Panther Lake Camping Resort and was leaving to drive back home to Brooklyn. This was our first tent camping trip in our 11years of marriage. I had received a 2006 Mercedes Benz E350 for my birthday from hm last September and since it is driven only once a week to move it for groceries or alternating parking, I was still getting use to the car. Our last day of camping my car (Sadie) was making pressure noises from the radiator area, but the bonnet release latches would not open. Being concerned it could be a radiator problem and away from home, the office staff at the campsite suggested calling Jensen s Service Center. My call to their office was met with a friendly professional lady that explained Jeff (the owner) was busy with another vehicle and would be almost an hour.By the time we arrived at Jensen s Service Center, Jeff had just finished with his previous customer. He asked how he could help and I explained the situation. He was able to release the bonnet hood and after inspecting the hood release latches he offered to spray them with a lubricant so they would work better. Jeff also walked us through the correct water and coolant levels in the radiator. He set our concerns to rest and declined any payment we offered.This might not sound very important of an ordeal, but I am 70 years old, we were out of our comfort area and was helped by a very kind, professional and informative business owner. I was stressing for almost 4 days because I thought I had to put over $1,100 into my car. I called Jensen's for the first time, and they fixed my car for half of what everyone else was quoting me. Not only that, they had my car fixed in one day. This was my first time with Jensen's, but it won't be my last. I highly reccomend them.

I have to say Thank You !! Again to Jensen s for coming to the rescue for great service on diagnostic issues and quality repair services -I have taken all of our family cars for repairs and servicing - Nissian , Jeep Wrangler , Kia and AudiDebbie always calls advising me of issues with my repairs that are needed. she searches for Best deal on part that need to be repair and Jeff u make it happen - I m back on the road - safe and sound within 24hrs - have recommended this local garage over and over !!!

Disappointed, said the car would be done by the next day, after many calls and waiting...took longer. Also said it would cost $400 and ended up being $300 more than that amount, in the end $700 total. Very unreliable, what a shame. In the past I was happy with this place, not anymore. They have grown so much they can't accommodate like they used to.

Went there to have an oil leak fixed. Oil leak was caused by prior oil change done by an unprofessional place (I'm looking at you Mavis Tire!). The drain plug was not installed with a washer - DUH! They put a new drain plug and washer and did the oil change. Not more oil leak. Highly recommend them.

I brought my car in for a 89 dollar smoke test to be done so I can pin point my evap leak. Next day I get a call saying my car is ready and they fixed the purge valve solenoid for me and my bill is 320 dollars. I was taken back that they did the extra work without calling me to okay it or even give me an estimate of the price before hand. I go to pick up my car and explain to them that I didn't authorize the extra work and that the point of me doing the smoke test was so I could buy the part needed and fix it my self as I am handy with cars. The owner apologizes for the lack of communication with me but then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't have been able to replace the part my self becuase it was so rusted and that he's lucky he was able to get it off him self. When I asked him why he thought I couldn't do it, he said that I wouldn't have been able to get under my car to do it and that the screws were too rusted. I guess he thinks I don't know how to operate a jack or use a can of pb blaster...So after he's done insulting my car repair abilities, he says the best he can do is give my 50 bucks back to make it even for purge valve solenoid (which I could have bought on Amazon for 27 dollars and they charged me 106 dollars for it). I accepted the deal but I'm never going back to the shop again after the way I was treated.

Great place. I highly recommend Jensen's. They are always honest and actually fix the problem. If you want honest and good work, you should go there. You won't be disappointed.

Always top notch service, prompt & professional. Each time I'm there for some automotive need, there are always other customers pulling in and dropping off. Mechanics are constantly moving. No screwing around.
