We hired the Mercedes Sprinter Van for my twin daughters' 13th Birthday party and it was perfection! Making the reservation was easy, the driver was prompt, kind and super courteous and the van was a great surprise for the girls! I would use Advanced Car Service again & again! Thank you for helping to make an awesome memory for my girls!

I only used this service once and will certainly use them again if i have to go to anything in the area. Service was seamless, roads were treacherous, and my driver was carefully efficient. I got home to Forest Hills from Closter, NJ safely and he got back as well. I had a sick family member at home and was concerned about being away for a few hours in the first place. From the dispatcher, who reassured me to my driver, all went well. Rates were reasonable, especially during the Christmas - New Year week. Call Advanced!

I have scheduled Advanced Limousine & Livery Services frequently over the last two years for medical and work related appointments. The drivers were always on time, courteous, professional and very skilled in their driving techniques to arrive safely at my destination.Each driver's Goal appeared to be Service Excellence and that was achieved when they drove for me! I was very pleased!

Advanced Limousine & Livery Service has become my car service of choice on my trips in and out of NJ. Their service is reliable, punctual, and price competitive and their drivers professional, courteous, and on time. My wife and I always feel comfortable and safe when being driven by these pros. I have been using Advanced for years. The vehicle always arrives on time, drivers are friendly and courteous and the reservationists have even booked cars for me in different states depending on my travel needs without a hitch. Knowing my family is safe with an insured and licensed company is a great piece of mind. Highly recommend!

Going to the airport at 5AM with a family of 4 could be stressful. That is why we use this car service. They arrive early. They track your flight. They bring a car seat. I do not need to worry about who the driver will be or the condition of the car. This is the best you can possibly get.

Have used them multiple times, and always an amazing experience. From a birthday group trip to and from a Yankees game, or tailgating a Red Bulls game, they do it all. Even recently for a group of couples to go out for a steakhouse dinner followed by bar hopping and safe home drop offs later. These guys are the best!

Hey guys, I would use no other car service for our next family group travel with family and friends. They accommodated us well with professional, friendly, on-time service. This service is great! I ve used it a few times to go between New Jersey and JFK. They are always 10 minuted before the time you schedule your pickup, drive carefully and ask you how comfortable you are with the temperature inside the car and the radio/music volume.They help you with your luggage and, when picking you up from the airport, track your flight so they are waiting for you when you arrive.Finally, this service doesn t cancel you last minute and never say I don t go to New York

Just terrible. Was supposed to pick my wife up at airport. Requested meet and greet inside terminal. When my wife was waiting for driver, dispatcher called and told her the driver was having "payment issues" and could not park his car and could not meet her as promised. She took a taxi home instead. Two weeks later get a bill for $225, tip included! Complained, just transferred me to voicemail.In an era of Uber, Lyft etc., why bother with such a service? Take you business somewhere else...

I needed a car service to go to JFK @ 4 am. I was sort of worried. I received an e-mail the night before and the vehicle arrived @ 355am. Driver was very professional and the ride was comfortable. The reservations staff was excellent. The return trip was excellent. My hats off the Advance. Thank you all.
