I wanted to find a local mechanic for some work on my Mazda CX-5. I called up and spoke with a very patient representative who answered every question.I brought the vehicle in the next day for the alignment we had talked about, but at the last minute, I asked for a tire rotation and balancing. That would irritate me if someone did that to me. So I should have done better. But I'm telling you, he didn't look upset at all and said , "Sure. No problem." So even though it's not an enormous task to add on, it's the principle, and that means something to me. Excellent customer service!I was called within 2 hours to let me know the job was done. I picked up the car and asked even more questions. So, for future reference and for anyone who is interested, the only thing they don't do is body work. I would and most likely will use them again.

Very honest and Great service. Pleasant to deal with. I had a concern about my car, they took the time to check it out, put it up on the lift, he drove it around, then drove it around with me, and finally let me know there was no concern. After all that they refused to take pay for it!

My engine cover partially came off today as I was visiting my parents from out of town. It was rubbing on the ground as I drove. They were super busy but they told me to come in and they would help me out. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend them. My parents only use them and they are also very happy with them.

They were horrible have my oil changed two new tires put on And we picked the car up. The oil light came on that I need a new oil change and the tire pressures were low like 21 pounds on a brand new tire.

This morning while taking daughter to work, car started acting like it never had before, wouldn t accelerate past 3500 RPM, called them and was advised to bring it right over, brought it in, super nice guy behind the desk, said leave me your keys, give me your number, will get you all squared away. About an hour later I see my car being pulled out front, now I was already for the bad news.. to my surprise it was fixed, minimal cost, and is running amazing, they didn t try to screw me, I will go here over and over again! My Mom and Dad used Mainland for all their auto repairs, new tires, and general maintenance. They had older cars. My Dad was a handy person. He could fix most anything but when his health started to decline, he relied on the help and honesty of Mainland Auto & Tire. He told me how good everyone treated him and Mom there. He said he was always treated with respect, the crew was good at solving problems and generally got things fixed on the first try! Dad said the prices were more than fair. Well, recently, I needed help with a few things and had tried to get the problems fixed with another shop closer to my home. After some frustration, I decided to give MAT a try. Sure enough my problem was fixed on the first try! I will make the trip for all my auto needs in the future. Customer for life and thank you for taking such good care of Mom and Dad when they needed service they could rely on. Five stars all the way.

Got scammed for a couple hundred bucks and a few tires. Had to buy my own air pump after they "fixed" my flat. After buying a few tires, they told me the rim was bad. I bought a new rim, but they wouldn't out the new tire on it. Told me to buy more rim's from "their guy". Had another mechanic put the tire on the rim and haven't had a problem since. I will NEVER use this business again. Frank on Old Port Rd is closer and actually an honest businessman.Service: Tires

What a refreshing place to take my vehicle for repairs and service. I have been a customer for years!!! The team working there is always straight forward and very reasonable with pricing and ALWAYS TREATS my vehicle as if it is their own!!! Had my car towed there to give an estimate on repairs for my check engine light. After a week and two misdiagnoses, They quoted me over $5000 in repairs. I ended up getting my car towed home & they wanted $250 for the diagnosis. If that s not bad enough, when I received my car back, my entire intake system was left out in the trunk, along with my O2 sensor left detached. Price gouging and horrible service, am never going back for any maintenance.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Hands down the best auto repair/maintenance shop in the area. Honest, quality, straight forward and thorough job. I have 4 cars in my household and we take them all there. Whatever you need, go here. Don't be a fool and take it somewhere else. Trust me! I learned the hard way. Mike and his team are the best.

Way overpriced. Charge $25 to plug a tire. Without even removing the tire. For that price, they should have taken the tire off and patched it from the inside and not used a dangerous plug.

They may charge you a wee bit more, but they are trustworthy. In life you need a good mechanic, lawyer, doctor, plumber and accountant. You can check off good mechanic.
