We've rented 3 times from them. The vans are brand new every time and sparkling clean. Little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! Great service and beautiful vehicles

I will Never rent from here again, Brad!!! My family has been renting from you for over 30 years. As soon as there s a problem you don t have the decency to return a phone call to address the problem. My family will never again rent from you! And Brad wasn t retired when the situation happened. He was right there in the office . I saw him when I rented from there.!!

Very disappointed and will never use this car rental company again in life!! We use to use this rental place, at least 4 times a year. We haven t traveled in the last few years so, it was a shock to find out, there is no longer drop offs on Sunday and No drop off for holidays/New Year s Day. That being said, I m expected to pay, two days, I don t need the car. Talk about ripping customers off!!??!! That is definitely a scam on the owners part, not allowing rental returns on a Sunday. At the cheapest rate, $79.99 a day, to have a car sitting for two days and not using, the daily price, adds up.Needless to say, we will be using Enterprise. They have Sunday & holiday drop offs and don t charge extra days, when you re not using the vehicle because, you re allowed to drop it off!! Not sure how this place is still in business running a scam like this? I m sure going to find out and take this to my social media accounts and see how many others were taken advantage of. We shall see, stay tuned. You ll see me on TikTok, IG & FB talking about this and going viral. From here forward, I recommend people to use, Enterprise.

What a horrible experience.I have rented from here before without any issues, but it s been a while. Did they change ownership?Anyways, I rented a 15 passenger last week for a family vacation. When I picked up, the van looked like it was 20 years old even though it was a 2020 model. It was very dirty, even the seats. There were broken and missing parts. I asked for another one, but they said they didn t have any more available. We were leaving early the next morning and noticed one of the seatbelts was broken. Since they were still close and we had plans we could not change, we had to leave and one of us had to sit without a seatbelt. I called as soon as they opened and was informed that they were not aware of the broken seatbelt. I also told them about a strong noise every time we accelerated and was told that it was normal and that they take good care of their cars. Yet, they did not notice the broken seatbelt? The acceleration on the van was horrible and we spent a fortune gas alone because of the condition of the van. I ask to speak to a manager and was told someone will call me back, however no one called the whole week we were away. Needless to say, we had a terrible experience with this van. When we finally returned the van, they offered a miserable $200 credit for all our troubles when we spent over $2000. They also charged us over $300 for extra insurance even though I told them I wanted to use my own insurance . I m not sure what is going on with that company, but you should stay away from them.

Awesome! I've been using this place for years. Great people who are friendly, accommodating, happy & thoughtful from management to car cleaners. Nothing is ever a problem. Pricing better than anywhere else I've checked. Good vehicles, never junk. They're busy, so sometimes have to wait if you don't have a reservation. This is a testament to their superior service. Highly recommend!

We wanted to return the car on Sunday. They are closed on Sunday so you have to keep the car until Monday and they charge an extra day. What a rip off!

Called at 9:30 am and picked up a brand new Nissan Kicks by 12:00 noon. Smooth process and great communication. Had been trying to reserve w my usual Enterprise for 2 days but they had no cars available. On the day of my trip, I called and Enterprise had a car and a price of $500+. I reserved it but cancelled, too much for 4 days. Had my car packed for my trip. I decided to try here to see if they had something...it's been about 15 years since I last rented here. They did and alot less expensive.

Wow what a God awful place to rent from. If you are like me and depend on ratings like this to help make an informed decision please take this to heart. We have rented here before and never had a problem but today was different. The owner took care of us and from the very start there was an issue foe some reason he couldn't accept that my daughter was over 21 and had a major credit card. As other people were coming and getting there rentals and going we were waiting for all of our information to check out. No one else was going through this and the owner was helping them also. Needless to say after seeing several suspicious young people come and go and hearing people talk outside it is apparent these people choose to rent cars to people who sell drugs rather than respectful people who have never even been pulled over! It is good to see business is going so well for him My suggestion take your business somewhere it is appreciated and needed these are hard times you work hard for your money take it to someone who appreciates it! NOT HERE!!

Wonderful place to rent a vehicle! First of all, their prices are excellent. I rented a moving can and saved myself nearly a hundred dollars as compared to another truck rental place that starts with a U. Second, I work for a church. They are very kind to us and extremely flexible with our needs. Lynette is a pleasure to work with each and every time I call. I would highly, highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately I cannot give them zero stars , but I should be able to give them zero stars.No respect, no service, and no customer service. I madervation for 9 AM, I went there and no one was there, I waited for more of two hours. The sign and website said that they open at 8 AM, plus no one answer the phone. Thank to them I have to changed my plans. If you need to rent a car please go to Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Pleantsenville, they really know how to help you and provide you really great customer service. I called them and they found me a car in minutes plus they give a special deal.

I was humiliated today when I went to get my rental. Was not allowed the rental cause u had a debit card. The lady there said" well thats why it states we only take credit card" instead of saying i apologize however, we only take credit cards. Do not go there. They are too hosh posh and shouldn't be considering their lot is shabby. Enterprise doesn't give that much slack. I only choose them because I needed a pick up truck. Was cheaper in just for wheels. But at what price. My dignity??? No thanks. Will NOT EVER RECOMMEND IT!!!

This is an Amazing rental business. I love renting buses and cars from here. The ladies are extremely helpful. Always informative and customer service skill goes above and beyond. There price are very reasonable compare to other car rentals and you can never go wrong. Thank you Just4wheels. It's always a pleasure

Previously rented before without any complaints. Called reserved a vehicle & upon arrival I was informed my Direct Express & PNC bank cards were insufficient & they now require major credit cards. The lady also said whoever I spoke to told me so. Being a sick disabled person who previously use my Direct Express Madyercard/debit card, I just left. Best part was they never said anything about the policy change. She was right about telling me about change. While returning home I cked my phone & there she was. SHE CALLED & LEFT A MESSAGE AS MY RIDE PULLED IN THEIR DRIVEWAY. Not a very kind way to do business & I'm being a gentleman ...Don't waste ur time...

Been renting vehicles of all sorts from here for decades. Always the same friendly service, great fleet of vehicles from economy cars to large box trucks. The office is very small and gets full with just a few people. Never a bad experience though.

I love Just For Wheels! I use them for all of my rental needs. Fair and honest pricing, great selection of vehicles, super friendly staff. Have used them for over a decade and they never disappoint. The only place to go for Rental.

I recently went to Just 4 Wheels with my friend Tanya C. who has been a very long time customer. She was told after doing business with them for over 20 years that she needed a $1,000 deposit on her debit card to rent a car now, that the business has been sold and they no longer take debit cards or rent to anyone that does not have insurance. I did notice most, if not all of the very long time personal were missing and I really did not recognize the new owner. Sad to say, we will not be returning. If you don't have a major credit card, or were used to special treatment, those days are OVER don't waste your time. Debbie L.

Just four wheels is everyone's answer to renting a car with reasonable rates. Brad the owner is a really great guy. His staff is very efficient, fast, courteous, and informative. I would recommend for a quick rentals to monthly rentals.

There was a small hiccup, which was resolved fairly quickly. Customer service was attentive. They are the least expensive anywhere. I was pleased with the vehicle that was provided.

Been doing business here for years, both for myself and for a business I used to work for that rented their trucks. Their cars may not be new or pretty, but they are reliable, cheap, and easy to deal with. You also never know what they are going to have on the lot, so variety is the name of the game

Their sales dept are liars. I was approved for credit but then they i was told they would work with me on buy here pay here. So i come in with the down payment for the vehicle we agreed upon and there was a complete 360� on said agreement.So evidently their word is not their bond.Liars not trustworthy, a very arrogant entitled environment.
