Rich is a pleasure to work with and is genuinely great to his customers. I ve had 3 cars repaired here and he has made sure the best parts are used and treated my car like it was his own. It s the type of local business everyone should support, and once you try them, you ll see why.

They did a perfect job on my Audi A5! Busted up the quarter panel pretty badly and the lines are mint! Rich and his team really do take care of you and take the time to explain everything. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!Edit: Rich absolutely never returns phone calls after the job is "done." Realized after taking my car back that the job wasnt finished i called several times to have it completed but he never returned phone calls. My mom and dad had the same experience. My mom had to get several additional days for the rental car because Rich never called back. Great work when it's all said and done (although I never got the rest of my work completed..) but absolutely not worth the hassle. Go to New Egypt.
