I m so glad I brought my car there. I needed tires and Mel the manager made sure to let me know the deals. Let me know what was needed to be done and priced everything. Steve who was at the container was extremely kind. And remembered me from my last vehicle. And David who put my tires worked fast and efficiently. The whole time was awesome and really kind. I will be back asap. My permanent place.

Got a flat tire on the GSP long story short had to get towed to Pep Boys. With just a short time left before they were closing Noel was very calming and assured he would get me back on the road. Within no time Nelson got my car in the garage and put my new tire on super fast! Great service with great attitudes!!! Thank you!!

I was very impressed and pleased with the service l received. They are extremely professional, courtesy, knowledgeable and caring. They went above and beyond to keep me informed what was going on with my vehicle. Not only face to face but also through my email step my step. When l had questions they took me step by step until l understood completely. In their examination they discovered a problem went into great detail about it explained everything to me including the price, labor and time it would take to fix it. I am extremely satisfied with them and their service that l will be a returning customer and will let all my family and friends know to go to them.

I had a great experience here. This review is long overdue, almost time for the next oil change.I appreciate being told of possible issues/services needed and option to go ahead or wait on them while your car is in the bay. I also appreciate the pictures to show someone after to make sure I didn t get beat. Everything was great but what set them apart from good to great is being asked about issues with my new tires from Sam s.After spending the summer going back to Sam s (4or5) times & tires still losing air (faster than the old tires & one had several nails in it!) I was dreading going back yet again. Customer service at Sam s auto is not what it used to be (used to write compliments every time-the one employee was great)& no response from the company when I finally emailed about this issue. All this and pep boys fixed it on their first attempt! I appreciate them trying to resolve an issue another shop couldn t and even more elated when they were able to fix it.

I used the 1 in Absecon Nj. Needed tires mounted and balanced. They did a good job. Also gave the car a once over inspection told me what I needed I knew some of the things but they caught other things I needed . I usually go there for service. I worked on my own cars for about 15 years but now I'm disabled can't do what I used to. I still do basic maintenance but when I need service I use Pep Boys.

Very happy with the service I received for my truck in absecon. Steven was very nice, helpful and kept me updated. David the mechanic did a great job and was respectful of my vehicle. I will definitely be going back for all my service needs.

Staff and service outstanding!!!! Our car was damaged by debris on the parkway and they were able to pin up the issue to make the car safe for travel home. And they did it at no cost!!!!!!! Please go there if you have auto issues in AC you won t be disappointed. Very impressed!

While service was eventually completed, my 10am scheduled appointment for a tire change took over 6 hours to complete. The reason given was that "waiters", no matter if they walk-in or have a later appointment, take priority over those with earlier appointments and decided to drop off the vehicle and not wait in-shop. My vehicle was also missing a tire component that was not missing prior to checking in for service, but nobody seemed to know why or how it became missing, and the clerk was very eager to sell me a new one.

They did a great job changing my oil and it was reasonable. I use all synthetic oil in my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus so it does tend to get pricey but they were pretty good. I just bought four tires from tire rack and so far they have the most reasonable price to mount and balance them. I will be talking to them tomorrow. They have done well to keep me as a customer

NO Stars - ZERO, except the application Makes you choose at least one. After having my vehicle serviced there for over 2 years, I know now, I was Bilked-out of my money. When I recently had it towed there, they didn't even look at the vehicle. Well, Lesson learned. They will never see (me or) my vehicle Ever again. I found an Excellent Mechanic with reasonable prices & faster service & maybe they did me a favor. So, BYE-BYE Pep Boys!!! Good riddance!

Excellent honest service. Bought a car from Matt Blatt Kia, they told me nothing was wrong and Pep Boys got me new brakes and an alignment for a great price. Fast and honest service. Greatly appreciated.

Total waste of time and I was not at all happy. Manager tried to sell me a $ 350.00 tire that I did not need. I went down the street and had my tire repaired so I could make it home. Rude staff and way overpriced. Think twice before going to Pepboys.

On 2 separate occasions I asked a staff member to do something & they did not. I had 4 brand new tires put on 6 months ago & asked them to save 1 of the old tires (the better of the 4) so I could have it as a spare & they didn't do it. Then my tire was pierced by something with the circumference of a nickel the other day & I asked them to save the object once they removed it so I could see what it was, but they didn't. And just a few minutes ago my brother noticed that one of my lug nuts on the same tire I just had fixed was not tightened all the way.

I took four wheels, tires, and TPMS sensors to this Pep boys to get them mounted and balanced to my wheels. My wheels are not brand new but they are Audi wheels which are not cheap, and in good enough condition to take care while handling. The first red flag should have been when the "tech" told me he was going to program my TPMS sensors when I didn't even have a car to program the sensors to... Then I proceeded to watch him stack my wheels on top of each other causing more damage to the faces. This is an extremely unprofessional practice, but I figured if he was careful I'd let it go. Then after waiting a bit, my girlfriend and I took a drive and came back, while we were sitting in the Pep Boys parking lot we see the same worker moving cars in and out of the bays WITHOUT WEARING A MASK. This worker is actively getting in customer vehicles without using ANY protection and could potentially be contaminating the customer cars. Completely unacceptable. Then this same guy mounted a tire of mine on backwards, then pressed it pretty much in half on the second try to get it mounted. Then when I was outside he said to me man that was a tough bead. LOL he had trouble mounting a 40 series tire that wasn't even stretched. Now here I am putting these wheels on my car this morning and noticed he used a metal pry tool on my wheels to get the old wheel weights off and are gouged all over. This guy should never touch anything automotive again. He has a man-bun, so if you do ignore my advice and go to this location be sure to avoid letting him touch your car at all costs. All of the included pictures are of different wheels. The guy also put wheels weights on an edge so the probably won't stick long.

Best Pep Boys to go to I drive 40mins out of my way to come to this location. The customer service here is amazing. Never had a situation where I felt like because I m a female I got taken advantage of. Prices are reasonable and I trust their work. Staff is great and treat your car how they treat theirs. Wonderful at answering questions and helping if you trying to compare things.

A few weeks ago I ve noticed that my mother desperately needed new tires and decided to take her car to pep boys absecon for some new tires. I was highly impressed with not only the service provided but the friendly and welcoming staff who helped us through the process. If you need to get your car serviced I recommend asking for Dylan, who was more than helpful for making sure that me and my mom were provided the best service possible!

Got some new tires for my classic corvette and everything went perfect. These guys know how to take care of your car. The experience of the staff makes all the difference. I'll never take my corvette anywhere else.

The staff was very professional very knowledgeable about their job inform me about my warranty on my tires I didn't know when I first bought them I told my boss about my great experience. She said when it time for to get her tiers she going to pep boys in Absecon.
