Great place with honest people. My daughter's @ Stockton in college and i was recommended by somebody else to go there when her call was dead who they also had an awesome experience going there as well with their son's car. Joe had my daughter's car for 2 days we thought it was the starter and he finally said I'm really not sure if that's it you should take it to the dealer it's a Jeep I don't want to charge you and put in a part and that's not the problem. I went and took my daughter's car, he didn't even charge me any diagnostic 2x!!! I went to Jeep back in New York and it was something else. So hats off to Joe at Integrity for his honesty and integrity! Thank you Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Joe and Dennis are fantastic mechanics. They exceeded my expectations and repaired my Toyota Sequoia faster that I expected and had me back on the road the same day. When I came into their shop I thought my engine was toast. It sounded to me like a valve knock. Joe and Dennis found the real culprit (a loose spark plug that was mis firing). They repaired and replaced all damaged parts and even showed me the old parts. Being an old yard tree mechanic it really made me feel good to see the integrity and professionalism in this shop.

Well , the guy acted nice , a little snappy . I get it he's busy. But we made an appointment and we were there on time. They were not opened tho, they came late, not a lot late but late non the less. The car was having problems coding and it wouldn't pass inspection. So he drove the all over, trying to get all the codes up to pass inspection. All codes were good except one, and for some reason, it wouldn't tell which thing was having the problem, so he blindly changed a sensor . He more or less said he didn't know if that was going to do the trick. We would know after driving it again. So anyway we paid over the phone 400.00 dollars plus we were charged a 12.00 fee because we didn't give cash. So he left the keys in the car and when we tried to pick up the car it wouldn't start. I was out there trying to get his car started, we got it started finally and made it home. I have a feeling this sensor was not the problem, I believe it's the battery. Not saying this place is too bad or anything, This place is not for us.

Joe is top notch. The mechanic experience is one of vulnerability and once they have your car, you're at their mercy. Put all those fears aside. Joe is thoughtful, professional and more than fair with his prices. It may take him a couple days extra to get your car fixed, but you know it's done right. If you work with him he works with you.

Best auto repair shop in the Galloway area. The name speaks for itself. Integrity!!! I had my van towed to this shop due to what sounded like an alternator problem. Joe was very professional and explained what needed to be fixed. He did not do any up selling like typical commercial auto shop. The price was very reasonable and the work outstanding.

Not being from the area, I was referred by a Stockton University Facebook page as to an honest mechanic in the area to fix a car in a pinch and this place exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them!

I had a concern with my older vehicle regarding possible frame corrosion. I stopped by Integrity Auto and Joe the owner happily agreed to inspect my vehicle on 10-27-2022. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning an received a call from Joe about an hour later. The frame corrosion was so severe that I was probably just a couple of big pot holes away from a potentially dangerous condition that could have caused loss of control while driving. The car has been permanently retired. Joe saved me from a potentially dangerous condition and I will always be thankful for his prompt attention. You will not find honest mechanics better than Joe and his partner Dennis. Joe tells it like it is . Some people may not like to hear the truth, but if Joe says your car needs work, heed his advice. If Joe says putting money in a car is a waste of time and effort, you can be sure that such is the case. Joe will not try to up-sell service that you don t need. However, you will be well advised to take his advice. This repair shop is an honest business with a couple of hard working guys that know their stuff. And they are quite reasonable with their labor charges. I will continue to use Integrity Auto and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. I was visiting Smithville Village with my daughters and when we got out of the car there was a loud hissing and I noticed a big nail with a washer on it sticking out of my tire. I called Integrity since they were a mile and a half away and they said come over and they will fix it. No lie I was there less than 20 minutes. They stopped what they were doing and fixed it and were nice too. Plus it only cost HALF what I thought it was going to be. Amazing place and amazing guys. Highly recommend!!Service: Tires

We had just moved to the Smithville area. I have a 2000 Nissan and I always believed and mechanics family-owned not the big box corporate places. When I googled the mechanic that was just down the road from us Integrity Auto not only was he nice and professional he understood the average guy the one that doesn't have a ton of money like some people he treated us with respect he treated us kindly we laughed we joked he made us feel very comfortable and that he would take care of us it is so nice to know that there are still people like that out there he has earned a new customer I will always bring my car back to him and I would definitely 1,000% recommend you to bring your car to him for repairs. The level of professionalism and caring is above and beyond what I had ever expected. I appreciate the kindness and level of expertise and comfort that everything will be okay and I wholeheartedly trust him and he has now earned a customer for life.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service, great price. These guys are NOT crooks. I went in looking for front end work they checked the front & sold me 2 tires which I knew I needed. Did several other things N/C including finding an AC leak which I will be back to have fixed.

The owner Joe is the most honest mechanic I have ever been to. I thought I had a blow bearing, and Joe went for a drive in my corolla and he realized it wasn't that at all, it was just my fender rubbing against my wheel which he did a quick fix on, instead of the $400 to buy and put in the new bearing! Joe is the best!!!

Integrity auto works diagnosed the issue with my car and found it it was covered by an extended warranty through keep so I didn't even have to pay to have it fixed. It's always hard to find a reliable mechanic, but integrity lives up to their name.

I've been to Integity Auto many times over the past 15 years. Joe and Dennis are the most honest and experienced mechanics around. Great service and fair prices. I'd give them a 10!
