Ditmire is where you come when you want your car treated right. These are folks who know about Mercedes Benz cars old and newer. Let them keep your classic or your daily running like new. They'll even fix your BMW, if you must!

The only place to go for foreign cars. Had an SRS AIRBAG URGENT message on my Volvo 2012 XC60 T6 R-Design. Since I m pretty fond of living and a lot of South Jersey drivers don t fear death, I wanted it looked at ASAP.They had my car for less than two hours. Fixed, safe and back on the road. Any number of less scrupulous garages could have played this out for days wiring, wiring harness, modules, etc. The work was solid and explained in detail, affordable and fast. Very grateful.

INTEGRITY is the best word for me to describe this auto repair company! They are knowledgeable and exhaust all aspects and resources to evaluate my foreign car! They kept me updated and never did anything without me knowing the cost! Great intelligent staff!

Ditmire has that family owned business feel, and I feel very taken care of (and so does my car!). Highly recommend for anyone with a German car that prefers a personal experience vs a dealership experience. Super nice and friendly staff!

I have been going to Ditmire for years. Great customer service and professional workmenship. Joel and his staff are amazing. Always courteous. Joel goes over what is needed to be done right away and what can be delayed when you are on a budget. I highly recommend Ditmire Motorworks.

Brought my truck in on a Saturday, Roger came out to look at it, showed me the issue with no pressure of having the company fix it, I then asked if he was available to do the work, he said let me bring it in, "wow" on a Saturday, they had me back up and running in a few hours. Roger is, straight facts and customer service pro. Grateful for the honesty, affordability and timely manner in which the work was done, easily could've been a "come back monday" job. Ask for Roger, he'll go above and beyond.

2014 Volvo XC90. Been using Ditmire for service since we purchased the Volvo used from Pumpkin Fine Cars in EHT (they recommended Ditmire). The staff are always pleasant, they provide you with appropriate information and unlike some other shops, we have always felt like Ditmire was being honest with us. Definitely recommend them if you have a European vehicle.

Extremely thorough. Extremely knowledgeable in the Mercedes brand. Previous auto service co. did alignment but didn t have tool to straighten steering wheel. Truly knew what was wrong and fixed it promptly.

Have an 18 year Jaguar 4.2 S Type. Had issues with transmission fault warning for years. Other mechanics could not correct the problem and indicated probable replacement. EXPENSIVE! Ditmire analyzed the tranmission fault and corrected the problem for less $120 and runs like it just came out of the showroom.

Have been a customer at Ditmire several times.Brought my 78 Mercedes SL to have flasher/ directional switch repaired. Made an appointment for 11:30 on 8/1. Mechanic did not arrive until after 12:30. I was in the shop for over four hours before the repair was supposedly completed. He found a couple of minor issues that I authorized. After paying for repairs, I drove home and discovered that switch was not fixed. I immediately cal led Joel, the manager to advise. He told me the mechanic would explore options to fix the switch. I called back on 8/3 and 8/4 to follow up. Joel was not in shop either day. Called again on 8/7 and finally spoke to him. Requested a solution to problem or a credit on my credit card. He said that he would call back in short order. Never heard from him. After paying him n full for a repair that was never properly completed, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.They did not prioritize my issue, especially being a prior customer.Will never engage their services again.No way to treat a customer s issues.

Honest and dependable. They are reasonable without costing an arm and leg. They even informed me of an issue that Mercedes never told me about. They also informed me that this issue was covered by warranty.

My family and I were on a weekend trip to AC and I noticed my car was braking funny on the highway; the steering wheel would shake or vibrate. It was 10:30 am when I called on a Saturday and their hours were short (closing at 12 noon) but after I explained my dilemma they told me to bring my car by and they would look at it to see if it was safe or not for a long drive back to NYC. I got there and they checked out my brakes and told me what was wrong and it could wait til I got back home to fix. They were very courteous and made us feel comfortable while we waited. I almost want to take the 2 hour drive back and have them tix my car !! Oh and they gave me an invoice detailing what they found free of charge!Service: Vehicle Inspection

This shop is really the best! Today was my 2nd time using Ditmire and I could not be happier! Courteous, efficient and most of all, they don't charge for things that are not needed! My light came on for a B6 service (Mercedes) and Ditmire checked everything and said everything was fine and nothing needed replacing (I only put about 2800 miles per year on my car). They changed the oil and filter and I was in and out in like 45 mins! Fabulous! Thanks Ditmire!Service: Oil change
