Tom was amazing!!! I needed a new battery and unfortunately this location was unable to accommodate my needs but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of by calling other locations and giving my dead car a jump!!! Thanks Tom. I appreciate it.

Went this afternoon & for the second time in a few months I had a terrible experience. I purchased a lightbulb for my stop light. Older man tells to open my trunk that another guy was going to put it in. I waited w my trunk opened for about 5 minutes went back inside to get attitude from t young girl. Returned tbulb & quietly left. Worst Auto Zone in t Country

Roger Franklin went above and beyond to assist me. I own a foreign and rare vehicle and the installation of my new battery was highly technical due to the location being underneath a rear mounted engine. Roger was professional and diligent he did not quit until he was able to successfully advise me on the parts and equipment I needed to do the job the right way. This was gold standard service. I have had only great experiences at this auto zone location, but it was Roger s service that urged me to leave this review and publicly share my enthusiasm for this location and the great staff like Roger and his store manager (also terrific) who work there.

This Autozone has a very neat and organized auto store.The staff especially Stephanie was very knowledgeable with my questions and selections. This Autozone location is less than a ten minute drive from The Atlantic City Boardwalk.

Just went to this location and got a new battery for my car. James helped me to get the battery and installed it. Within 10 minutes everything was taken care of. James was very friendly and helpful. He has flawless customer service. Overall good location and amazing staff!

I've used Pep Boys for years but this location is undesirable: service is so-so, even w an appointment t wait is always long. Not impressed with the work they did on my vehicle

Great store stocked with everything you're looking for. Very helpful associates. They have an answer for all of your questions. They make sure the customer is satisfied before they leave the store.

I walk in get my stuff go to the cashier he asks are u paying with cash or card I say card he says u wanna use self check out I'm like no not really if I wanted to use self check out I would've went over there. It was almost like I was bothering him and there was no one else in the store. These kids these days are lazy punks

When calling the store the associate James Davis was helpful and informative when asking about offered services. I went to get my battery changed and he was very helpful and explained everything he did and didn't take long to replace the battery. Overall a very pleasant experience.

They usually always have what I'm looking for/need and are friendly and helpful. I wish I got his name but a couple nights ago there was a young man who works there who was not only helping a customer with his truck but he made sure I was ok as I was checking and filling up my oil. Truly the one of the best customer experiences I've ever had, with ANY company! He went above and beyond when it wasn't even expected. I can appreciate that!

Let me tell you something this was my first time at this particular AutoZone went up to the counter the guy who checked me out his name was Steven and I'll tell you what had to be the luckiest person I'm at that day I had him come out and check the car check my battery brake lights diagnose some things let me tell you he's even funny, what a great sense of humor but anyway he ended up doing all the work and he had a great sense of humor I'll always remember that and if I'm ever in that area I'm definitely going back, of course I'm going to look for his help, if I had any say in the matter I would probably give the guy a bonus or raise or probably both, sorry if you're at this store stop in and ask for Steve you will not regret it and I would have given them a fifth star but I usually don't award that until after 3 over the top visits that goes for any place

These guys are extremely helpful , knowledgeable, and show exceeding customer service to their clientele. Frank, whom I believe was the manager of the location, did above the beyond in trying to help me with an issue that I had with oil filter. Stopped everything that he was doing and gave me his full attention and tried seeing if we could resolve the issue with some elbow grease. Thank you guys, it was much appreciated .

I needed coolant for my car and not only did Frank ask me the make and model of my car to check if I am buying the correct one but walked to the back of the store and changed bottles to the right one. He didn't just send me back and wait and the cash register. I asked him if he could help me and he did with a smile. He was extremely helpful and so nice. I was not happy bec I had to stop for coolant but I left smiling and thankful. AutoZone needs more employees like Frank.

I walked in yesterday afternoon and was helped by Tyler Y. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of battery my truck needed. He was also kind enough to install it for me as well. Great customer service!

I had the best encounter when I went to this store. There was a salesman by the name of Matt L who was very helpful and knew alot about the products and gave me some sound advice about the item that I was buying . This young man deserves a raise and a promotion! He is very good for the company and he loves what he does Kudos Matt!

James did an excellent job helping me out finding the right tail light I needed for my car. He even went above and beyond by installing it for me. He was very polite and extremely helpful. That was the best experience I ve ever had in autozone EVER

I am so clueless about cars, and of course my car needed some specific code that I had no idea about in order to determine what kind of break pads I needed. Dawn and James were so helpful in helping me figure it out. They both went above and beyond and it was very appreciated!

Dropped by for a battery change and wipers. James was my salesperson and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was polite, professional and quick. I asked if he could install the items on my vehicle and he complied with a smile. Will go back whenever I need an automotive item. Good job people!

Jack Gerbehy from store #4785 is amazing!! I needed my headlight changed and Jack came out to my car and changed it for me! He was so nice and professional and so sweet to my daughter. As a single mother it means so much to know I can come to this store and Jack will be there to help me! Thank you again Jack!!

I typically dread going to Auto Parts stores because of previous experiences but when arrived at this Autozone I can truly say I was pleasantly surprised with how attentive and helpful the staff was at this location! They went above and beyond to help not just me but the other customers who were there. I wish I had gotten his name but the employee who helped me actually took the time and installed the wipers I had Just purchased for me. This experience went above and beyond all my expectations. Highly recommend this location and will personally be shopping here whenever i need to buy parts for my car!

I went in just to get a lightbulb but since I don t know much about car parts I picked out the wrong bulb and one of the employees, Frank, and only went out to my car to make sure I had taken the right bulb out but showed me where my error was help me get the right part and even put it in for me. Along with being very courteous as well as nice. The last few times I ve needed some thing and I ve gone there the staff has been exemplary.

I needed to get my car battery changed and seeing as how I've never changed one before I was hoping for a little guidance. I came to AutoZone and within minutes I had an associate (David) point me in the right direction and he kindly changed the battery while explaining the process so I could do it myself in the future if I ever need to. Quick and efficient service and I'd return again without question.

James Davis was an absolute professional sales person. He was patient, soft spoken, and very kind. He went beyond what he normally does to help customers. I needed extra help, given my disability, and James was forthcoming fastidious. Because of him, I will certainly go back to the Absecon Auto Zone store. Thank you James!
