I have been a customer here for 4 plus years an have had few issues but I purchased a product recently that did not work an when I tried to return it the manager gave me such a hard time an made me feel like I was a complete idiot. After telling him I have used this product for years a never had an issue that it was probably a bad batch he still continued to disagree with me. I was in there 35 min before he gave me a refund. Everyone else is helpful an knowledgeable. Him not so much.

Decent parts store. The manager needs to take a chill pill. Jumps down your throat as soon as u walk in.

Disappointing to say the least. Drove 20+ miles to get a part, and the counter gentleman wasn't sure how to look it up. Said he needed to call someone in "tech support" and he said he would call us back first thing Monday morning. There was no reason to call in tech support. I had the exact size if the pulley needed, even the Doorman # to help and he wasn't sure "the name of the pulley". Well, it's Wednesday and still no calls regarding the part.Lost our business and faith.

NAPA is a great auto parts store for whatever your needs may be for your vehicle from oil to a light bulb to hub assemblys to all your cars needs. Prices are a bit more than other chain auto retail stores, however NAPA employees have great knowledge on parts and service over other stores. I would recommend NAPA if you don't mind paying a little extra for better knowledgeable employee and advice.
