I am extremely impressed with exclusive auto sales. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and the whole experience easy and pleasant. When I went to look at the vehicle there was absolutely no pressure from them to purchase and they negotiated fairly and honestly when discussing the purchase price. After taking the vehicle home there was a small issue with one of the tires ( through no fault of theirs) when I told them about it they immediately ordered a new tire and has it replaced the next day.while I was waiting for the tire to be replaced I could tell through their interaction with each other and their repair customers that they are an honest and fair shop which sometimes can be hard to find in this business I would like to thank Sam and Tim for a professional, honest and pleasant experience and I highly recommend them .

The team at Exclusive has taken care of numerous issues on my now old and troublesome Jeep. Including a rear differential replacement and a difficult oil pan gasket replacement (due to having to drop the transmission to get it out).They have handled each and every issue with professionalism and courtesy that is greatly appreciated. Everything from a state inspection to major part replacements has been about as painless as they can be, thanks both to Tim at the desk and his helpful insight and transparency with pricing and time, and the crew in the shop for quickly diagnosing and repairing my issues.The team there is something special and it's going to keep me coming back and recommending your shop to anyone who asks. Maybe close the shop early once in a while and have a cookout and a few beers with them all. They do great work and deserve it.

Very pleasant and respectful staff, the work was done timely. After the repair my car runs like new ant the cost was very reasonable. I am so very happy and sold . I highly recommend this service center.

We brought our minivan to Exclusive for an electrical system issue, and found that the alternator needed to be replaced. While the van was there, we also had them investigate knocking noises from the front end. We needed a new axle. The team was able to do all of this in one shot, which worked out well for us. Exclusive is honest and up-front, and their prices are very fair. I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs.

Sam and team are amazing. I have been taking my cars to them for 5 years now, and they have never let me down. I recommend them to everyone when talk turns to solid mechanics.They are extremely accommodating for oil changes (quick in and out every time; I usually don't need to schedule an appointment) or troubleshooting issues with the three vehicles my family owns.Their prices are very reasonable, and they have proven their trustworthiness on numerous occasions.They also go the extra mile as well: in the past they have let me borrow their personal car (!) or driven me back and forth to home while they worked on my car.I am really really impressed with these guys. My experience with Exclusive has been so positive. I hardly ever write a review, but this place is outstanding. Every person working there is kind and positive, and the prices are so good, I can't wait to have them do more stuff for me! The waiting area is stocked with free snacks and drinks, HDTV. It has a clean bathroom. They are flexible and accommodating in every possible way. The state inspection is $20-$30. They do tire mounting and balancing inexpensively. The owner Sam, will personally explain everything to you. I recommend them to all my friends. I can't recommend them enough. For the first time in decades, I'm not annoyed getting cars inspected! Thank you Sam, and the whole staff there :)

My husband stopped in as soon as they opened and Sam was so helpful in getting us into the vehicle he had his eyes on. He also helped us troubleshoot an issue we were having with one of our other vehicles. Super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

My family was looking for a new car guy because of several sketchy work and estimates on three of our vehicles from another local shop. A community Facebook recommendation led us to Exclusive Auto and we have had been SO CONFIDENT in the work, and SO SURPRISINGLY satisfied with the customer service! Let s face it - these days consumers are getting USED to being subjected to shoddy and rude customer service, inflated estimates and time projections. This place is HONEST and ACCURATE and get this -the customer is actually respected! Notice the one star reviews with no content - and how the owner responds. Class act - beginning to end. Sam is a good guy. My wife was his first customer when he was in Hudson. I bought a car from him shortly after and almost 3 years later still runs like a champ. We get all our work done at Exclusive. Fair price and honest.

They always have time to take me in when I need service done to my car. His prices are very reasonable. Everyone is friendly. They have a reception area, where you can watch tv, have a cup of coffee or just a bottle of water.They always do a great job on my vehicle whether if it s an oil change or the forbidden check engine light. My daughter bought a used car from these people and 2 days after the warrenty expired she had a gas leak. She brought the car back and they fixed it but still charged her for the job. Less then a week after having it fixed she has another gas leak. This place is a joke.

These guys are great! I ve taken three cars there so far. Twice, I had gotten quotes from other places before going to Exclusive, and both times Exclusive was much lower than the other quotes. They re friendly, honest, and reliable. They ve become out family s go-to mechanic.

This place is honest and fair. Bought a 2010 F150 and the owner said he would fix all issues and put in new tires for the truck. I purchased it as is and another issue arose shortly after, without question he said he would fix it and did. They do not push you to buy like other places would, pretty smooth transaction.

ABSOLUTE BEST for customer service, quality of service, fairness in price, and expertise! I have a mercedes e350, and a lot of places do not have the mechanics who specialize in German auto, or they do not have the right computers for the job. This is why having this type of car can be pricy, but at Exclusive auto, they have mechanics who are well versed in most every car make. They treat every make and model equally and with OUTSTANDING care! The customer service is top notch. You can tell they want to build relationships with their clients. They have my business for good!!!Thanks for always being the most professional and best priced! 10/10!

I got a sticker here the other day and I was pleasantly surprised that the sticker was only 39.99..I had priced only a couple places and they both were $10+ more money.When you get an oil change they usually give you free tire rotation, they were doing this before covid I'm not sure if they still offer that but it don't hurt to ask..So overall it's pretty fair pricing and they won't do anything they don't think you need even if you ask they will tell you that you can wait longer ir its not nessasary ect..so very honest which to me is most important besides prices .Check it out!!

I brought my Toyota 4Runner for full service, brakes, rotors and pads. They were excellent with my service. The staff was very professional and explained everything they were going to do. They also made great recommendations for my vehicle.I highly recommend this business.

I found the people at Exclusive Auto S & S to be very honest and reliable.I would recommend this business to anyone. Especially a woman, single or not, since many mechanics have no problem ripping off women on car repairs. They quoted my wife a price for a transmission removal, repair and replacement that was very reasonable and stuck very close to the initial estimate. They also found related problems that were caused by the leaking transmission and informed me of them before they did any of the work. Another transmission place, in North Chelmsford, Mass, would have cost four times as much and immediately told my wife that she needed another transmission when the initial problem was only the seals and not the whole transmission.
