Having recently moved to the area, we received a recommendation to Walker Automotive. Both of our vehicles in our household have now been serviced by this company and both times we experienced professional and friendly service. We called to arrange an appointment for our brakes to be checked. 24 hours later we had completely new front brakes. This was right in the middle of holiday season! This is why we have used Walker Automotive since they began!

Walker Automotive was quick to respond to my appointment request and let us bring our car to them the day before the appointment so they could get to it first thing in the morning. They texted when the work was completed. They thoroughly explained what was done and noted a "check engine" alert that had occurred. Very professional and friendly staff.

It's always good to leave Walker Automotive after a service visit knowing that they've checked things thoroughly. I was worried about low pressure in one tire this time; they checked not only that tire but all of them, including the stem and the bead and the tire itself. Thank you, Walker Automotive!

This is the second time I ve had service done, had snow tires mounted. Very fast mounting of four tires; under a hour! Friendly communication, work done in a timely fashion, overall high level of satisfaction. Thanks!!!

Thorough! Brought in car for tire rotation & they found a nail in one of the tires. I had been having a very inconsistent slow leak so this was awesome to find a cause (and fix it!)

Chris and the team were fantastic. They diagnosed my car s issue quickly and were able to turn it around same day. They were also patient whilst I worked on getting prompt payment. The Walker Auto team is the best - Nathan, Mark, Chris and the team in the shop ALWAYS provide the best all around service (customer, auto repair and maintenance). Recommend Walker's 100 percent!!Update /18 Sept 23 by Paul AmbroseRecently the Walker team thoroughly evaluated my son's second car. The estimate for a 15 year old Subaru wagon = $2900 to repair. They recommended no repairs. The car has excessive rust underneath including the frame and very likely would not pass a next inspection due to excessive body frame rust. We agreed and Walker arranged for the tow to a salvage yard at no cost to us and $300 to us from the salvage yard. The Walker team have integrity and provide excellent advice as well as excellent repairs when needed. Plus their car loaners is also an excellent service.Service: Oil change

I have been using Walker Automotive services since moving to the area a few years ago. They are always considerate, professional, and reasonably priced. They have worked with my schedule and I have never had a bad experience. Apart from regular friendly service of our modern vehicles, they agreeably assist in the care of my 1996 Ford F150, a project of affection for me, but a challenge to the tech team. Management and staff have been nothing but supportive and have not turned away from challenges. High marks all around!

I had two other garages look at my 17 year olds truck but they provided little details and what they said needed to be done didn t make sense. I did research online and came across Walker Automotive. They are 60 minutes from my house but we ll worth the drive. They looked at the truck, provided honest details and completed the work timely. My wife picked up the truck with my son and commented on how clean the business was. Very happy I found Walker Automotive and appreciate the quality work and communication. I had an urgent issue, and they were able to get me in quickly! They even had a loaner that allowed me to continue with my day while they worked on my car. New to the area and wanted to try a new garage in the area. Their shop is clean and looks organized from the outside, this caught my eye when looking for a new place to go. The service team and customer support team is excellent. They ran some diagnostics for me and fixed a few other minor issues. Price is fair for an excellent service. I will be using Walker Auto as my new garage.

I had a really great experience at Walker s. The establishment is so professional and clean, I felt very comfortable in the reception area. Each employee I interacted with was very kind, friendly, and funny! I don t know much about cars, and they explained everything simply without making me feel ignorant. They updated me on the progress of my car and they finished it very quickly. It was a bit of an emergency, and they helped me when I needed it most.
