Honest business. Was a long way from home and radio / navigation fuse blew in the family SUV. Stopped in, they had the fuse. I also needed needle nose pliers and instead of charging me for an expensive pair, the man behind the counter let me use his personal pliers for the repair. Many thanks! Made the trip home a lot easier.

Do you need something for your car? I did. They went there. They had it. I bought it. every time I needed something sent, I've gone there and they've had it. I bought it. Each time. Because, IT'S A LOCAL SHOP WITH LOCAL EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW EVERYTHING!I have to admit, as a recent transplant to the area, I assumed that it was going to have a couple parts and maybe we have to order anything else that didn't fit in the little storefront. But this place has everything and the people working there and exactly what you need and how to find it. I was pleasantly surprised and I probably won't go anywhere else until I leave the area. Thanks guys you're awesome.

Napa has great parts great customer service and greet prices I am so happy that they are still here and not pushed out by the larger stores that only sell Chinese parts and has the worst customer service. Napa is my number one go to parts store.
