Always convenient appointments, friendly, and fast. Added bonus is Dunkin' or Triangle Dairy Bar across the street, so I go over there to grab a snack while I wait. Thanks again :)

I discovered a nail in my tire at 7:30pm. I walked across to them because I saw someone was there and the guy called a kid in to fix it - In twenty minutes!! $15, not crooks. On behalf of myself, and my young children(we were far from home), Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

I had to go out of town at the last minute. They were able to check my tires and fluids on the spot. All of my tires needed air. I was so grateful.They can usually get you in within a couple days for an oil change. That is so nice when you have to go out of town.Service: Tires

We are on vacation and all of a sudden my brakes became a problem. We had gone to another town but they had no one. On a whim I had my husband pull in. They took us right away and we re done in an Hour and a half. They saved us a lot of grief. They were awesome and did a great job!!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

On our way to Santa's Village with my family. Car flashed warning when we were accross the street at Dunkin's. Took the car accross the street. They told us it was the battery. Proceeded to drive us to Santa's Village and called when the car was ready.Mike and Mark ( I think I remember their names) went above and beyond to help us that day. Said they'd fix my truck and would come get it with there tow truck after three weeks I went there to ask if there going to pick it up ..Mike stated that the boss wouldn't give the ok to even do the job which they've done a number of times before on Ford trucks .. so I had to find another repair shop now late in the game .. time lost now looking for another shop..after being told they have time at the end of next week .from the beginning.. Just beware they might lead you on only to say sorry ..we can't fix you truck and to go away ..

I don't think they are good mechanics. If you have a part you need installed, they might be able to do it. They increased their rates in the middle of the work they were doing on my truck last summer. They changed my rare brake twice and still did it wrong. They charge you for their mistakes. I just had a real mechanic fix my rare brakes and it seems they didn't see a leak in the brand new caliper the installed. The best way I can sum up my experience with them, failure at expensive price. Do not go here if you want your vehicle fixed probably.

Took my chevy here and they did everything perfect! Had to get so much done with it and they charged me half the price that everyone else charges! Labor was amazing and very quick! My vehicle went from a old clunking chevy to a beautiful sounding chevy! I will recommend them to anyone! And I will be going threw them only for future work on all my vehicles!

We were on vacation and our brake line went. We were desperate to get our SUV repaired and were at the mercy of whomever would take the job. Not only did Lufkin's exceed out expectations, they hand picked the parts from the supplier to make sure that we were back on the road the same day and they charged us a very reasonable fee. If we lived in the area, Lufkin's would be our first choice for a service station.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. First off the office is a pig stye no organization. You have to wait in the parking lot for someone to acknowledge you. The owner and all the employees are very rude I said how are you to one of the employees and he ignored me. The shop is also very disorganized. I m new to the state and was looking for a nearby shop. They left a terrible first impression. I would never go there again.

I took my BMW X5 in to diagnose a noise coming from rear of the car that I couldn't pinpoint. They found the issue, and at first I was going to try the repair myself, but change my mind and had them do it after realizing it would be too difficult and I needed it done quickly. They got it done within a day or so, it resolved the issue completely, and the cost was very fair. I'll definitely go back for any future repair needs. They seem like good, honest guys, and they seem to have lots of experience.

Dirty and not helpful. Made appointment that they failed to be there for, and failed to tell me they were on a tow. Then we re rude toward me.

Crooked and dishonest, dont leave your car there for more than 24 hrs, mechanic will drive around town in it with his family.

30 years no problems, use to be a full serv gas service station but a tractor trailer took out the pumps after running off the road and splashing into the river. It seem the only neg comments here are from masshole tourists coming though town that forget to pre trip their own car before a long trip.Service: Auto engine tuningService: Auto engine tuning

Great job and they inpect my cars wonderful and do a wonderful job to...Helpful and no long waits..Local is important for me and anything to keep the northern nh in job and exspecailly in our town of Whitefield
