Just throw your money in the trash if you choose to go here. Kept bringing our car here for routine maintenance and larger jobs, just to find out from another shop that Aaron's never cleaned the battery terminals after replacing the battery, missed several routine maintenance items like belts that were about to fail, suspension issues we asked them about only to have them charge us for things that never fixed the original issue, tried charging us for parts that were under warranty ect. Extremely disappointed in their service is an understatement. Go elsewhere.

Called looking for help while traveling. The center was booked and could not help but they are wonderful folks and referred me to another location the had us on the road in under an hour!

On a weekend away we an unexpected issue with our car. Showed up this morning a little after they opened and they took care of us right away with a minimal charge. Thank you so much you saved our weekend getaway!

Blessed to have stopped by to try to get an oil change that was desperately needed as my car was having performance reduced warning and reduced speed below 30 mph right as we got 20 mins from our destination after a 4 hour drive. I was on a vacation with my partner and we would have been stuck without driving until mid next week as the other shop said no availability until next Thursday and at first they also were booked until next week but as I explained our situation he made an exception and they took care of us an hour later! Definitely appreciated by us and even gave us a discount because of her smile Highly recommended this shop!

Our car broke down about 12 minutes from our weekend hotel destination. Immediately, two local guys pulled over to see if we were okay. They both highly recommended Aaron's Repair Center. Aaron's sent a tow truck right out to us. They quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. (This was all on a late Friday just before closing up for the weekend.) They even graciously gave us a ride to our hotel. The tow truck driver, Chris, volunteered to come in on Saturday to repair it, knowing we were from out of town and just in the area for a weekend wedding event. The car was fixed the next day. Although we were in a bad situation with the car breaking down, we can't express how refreshing it was to receive such excellent service! Mark and his team were clearly about helping the customer and getting the job done. They went the extra mile for us (no pun intended) and we couldn't have been more pleased! We highly recommend Aaron's Repair Center for all around excellence!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fantastic shop with knowledgeable and expert staff. I personally have used Aaron and his team for 10+ years and know that my vehicle will be fixed appropriately and in a timely manner. Excellent service! We were visiting for the 4th of July and one of our car windows suddenly wouldn t roll up. Nobody in the area could get the part before our trip back home, but with thunderstorms coming and small children, we needed a quick fix. We called and were able to drop the car off within 2 hours, and received a call that it was ready 3 hours later. They were able to get the window up so we can at least drive home before having it repaired fully. And at a more than reasonable price. We are so grateful and relieved!

Aaron was a tremendous help navigating through insurance complications with a recent collision on my car. He was tremendously helpful and at the end of the day he did not get any work out of the event. He present options and informed on areas to look out for. Great experience. A fair price with honest, timely service, even for a person just passing through town.I was staying at the hotel nearby as the first stop on my honeymoon where we planned to drive over 1,000 miles north. Unfortunately, my battery light came on, my front right brake started to get stuck, and I felt like we were doomed before we even began. I called Aaron when I woke up, explained I was passing through, and he told me he could see me anytime after 1PM that day. When I told him my dilemma, explained the car trouble I was having, and that we had a hotel reservation for that night in Quebec City (a lot to throw at a mechanic!) I was told by a confident voice that I could bring the car in after 1PM and we'd be on our way in time to get to Quebec City by sunset. He was right. They replaced my drive belt and alternator, fixed my front brake and the price was much less than I expected and we were treated very hospitably in the waiting room. Thanks gents!

Excellent service. Really nice folks. We could thank them enough for how much they helped us when our car literally died i the mountains. If you need automotive services, this is the place to go. Thank you my newly found friends. You cannot imagine how much we appreciate everything you did for us. Might see you in July as we are taking another trip in the area.

Last year my car failed inspection, not surprisingly it was not the first time. We mentioned that we were just going to replace it. Mark offered to get us in touch with his guy at Berlin city and offered to auction the car which we agreed. Covid hit so with the lock downs the car was not dropped off until June 17th after confirming Mark was still willing to auction it and that he would bring it to auction the following week. Next week rolls around and the next week. Call him to see what's up. He delayed to "put hubcaps on" checked car did not have hub caps but whatever. Then there was a issue with the auction they go to which again I get it. Called monthly for updates until September when I was told to stop calling and he would reach out when it sells. Fine whatever, it is now the end of march, my car is no longer at arrons. Pretty sure I saw it a dollar general recently but couldn't stop to confirm.2nd issue. Also have a 2015 jeep patriot currently has 86k miles. Have paid aarons to replace the brake pads and rotors twice since 60k miles. Yesterday being fed up I took a road trip to my dad's mechanic 2 hours away because the jeep needs brakes again. After seeing the rotors that were removed from my jeep there is no way they were ever replaced by aarons which explains why it was eating pads. Jeep now drives like new and I am looking for a new mechanic.

All of my neighbors recommended Aarons when my family and I moved to Whitefield. They are honest, accomodating and do great work. It is obvious they care about their community and the families in it.

They have been super helpful diagnosing issues and even picking up my car as I am a stay at home mom and didn't have a way to drop my car off for service. I gladly recommend them.

Absolutely first class business. Friendly, knowledgeable, fair, skilled, and able to work on BMWs, which isn't a given around here. I'm thrilled to be lucky enough to have them so close to where I live.

7|16 6 pm. just driving behind one of your drivers and he decided to empty his garbage out of one of your flatbed trucks onto the road. THERE'S A $500 FINE FOR LITTERING DUDE WHOEVER YOU WERE NOT COOL unprofessional
