Can t recommend! Took our vehicle to him for a new windshield, he took all the surrounding metal trim off and sent us a pic of what the replacement entailed. A few days after getting the vehicle back the trim blew off our vehicle on the highway hitting a car behind us. When we contacted My Guy he said he never removed the windshield trim. We told him you sent us pics of you removing it. He called my wife a liar and hung up. It cost us almost $2000 to repair the damage to our vehicle due to his incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs.

I d leave negative stars if I could. He certainly doesn t deserve the one I had to leave! Unbelievably incompetent, apparently unable to take any responsibility for his unacceptably BAD (and dangerous) hack jobs. I ve never been spoken to with such disrespect .and after he created a total nightmare for me. Lies? Oh yeah, I got plenty of those as he attempted to backpedal his way out of his huge screwup. He was so rude and nasty it was almost impressive. If you re looking for a cheap glass replacement hack job, he s your guy. Otherwise, I d run. Fast and far!

Paid him to switch glass on my el camino he never did over several weeks i tried to get my money back never did in contact with my lawyer now he is still refusing to answer text i also contacted attorney General all over 100 bucks i told my lawyer i would drop charges if he simply gives me my money back

Highly, highly recommended. He works quickly but carefully. Really genuine guy, friendly and loves what he does. It shows in your work when you enjoy what you're doing. He charged about $150 less than 2 other quotes I got, met me locally and got it done fast. Did a great job too, I'm very appreciative of his good attitude and customer service. Whether it's repair or replacement, call him it's worth it!

We were very pleased with the service we received. Matt was polite and professional. It s a small shop but don t let the size fool you. His work was first class. Knows what he s doing and we have been pleased with the cost and the windshield is perfect. Better price than I could find anywhere and no skimping in quality.Thank you matt Dunn. I called to get an estimate for a new windshield on my son's car. The voicemail message prompts you to text then an auto text is almost immediately sent to your cell (if that's what you called from). That seems like a great feature if you can get anyone to contact you back. I called once and sent 2 texts. If they're too busy to take new projects they should at least let you know that.

Jay, owner of My Guy auto glass was recommended to me by a friend, Mikey King. I had my windshield installed today in my 07 Sierra pickup and I couldn't be happier. There was a comfy couch in the waiting section snd very "laid back'. He had my windshield zipped up in under an hour, was on time and I didn't have to wait at all. It was pleasant to see his smile wasn't plugged up with a face diaper, and I could actually comprehend what he was saying, so that was nice. Lowest price within 50 miles of Hillsboro NH, over near Keene. I was able to give him a tip because he wasn't a ripoff like many equivalent businesses. I enjoyed that he was professional, personable, and efficient. My windshield looks amazing and he was sure to advise me of the safety tips to follow for the first 24 hours after installation. Someone from this company completed the repair of a windshield for a vehicle at a local company. When entering the building to drop off the invoice, the repair guy was politely asked to put on a mask on, as all the signs outside the building also do. He literally swore at the front desk clerk, adding "send a check ASAP". Then he proceeded to storm out the building and peel away out of the driveway in his van.This is probably the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. If it was a worker, he should be fired. The installation might have been ok but I would not ever recommend them.Service: Auto windshield repair

I ve been here twice for a windshield replacement and each time the quality of service was 10/10 awesome. The prices are always way lower than big name auto glass shops and I definitely recommend this guy to anyone in need of auto glass services!

It was impeccable customer service and super quick , high-quality work - that you can watch I might add !
