Had a great experience at TFT in West Lebanon. Cole was polite, attentive, and patient, despite the mounting complexity of my tire situation! They got me squared away with a pair of new tires and alignment at a fair price. Brandon was a big help, too. Thanks guys!

Shane is quite the guy over at Town Fair tire in West Lebanon. We called him and within minutes he has pulled up back personally power washing out each of our tires because we had a wobble and were worried it could be a missing wheel weight. He's not afraid to get his hands dirty and work alongside his crew that's the way every business should be ran. He was efficient and worked with a smile he had us in and out of there in less than 10 minutes now that is great service. If more people worked with the professionalism that he does and handled every customer with the attentivenes, haste and importance the way he doeswith the there would be ZERO complaints...and that is a Satisfaction Guarantee!! Even the worst of customers I'm sure Shane handles not only with pleasure but also a smile and no doubt the leave undoubtedly Happier then they arrived. He greets everyone with a smile and compassion. he is more than willing to go the extra mile for each and every person that walks through those doors. Make sure to go see him and his crew if you want the most suburb service around. Blown away Guys!! Great Job. 1 gentlemen even stopped while on his break just to check up on us just to make sure we were taken care of as efficiently as possible. THIS IS THE TIRE PLACE TO GO TOO FOLKS. A FAMILY FEEL TO THIS ENVIRONMENT. VERY REFRESHING AND EXACTLY WHAT THE UPPOER VALLEY NEEDS MORE OF, WAY TO SET THAT BAR TOO NOTCH. CAN'T COMPETE WITH THIS SERVICE PS - he even washed our car for us. I can't name any other tire dealership that would do that for a customer. Name of above & beyond so everyone is guaranteed to leave Happy and Satisfied 100 percent of the time

I ve used them twice this winter, once when my tire popped after work hours and they handled everything perfectly. Was able to just tow my car to their lot, call Shane in the morning and let him know what happened, and within 24 hours I was back on the road with no disruption in my work at the nearby hospital. Price was fair and service was great!

I came in to the west Lebanon NH location today with a nail in my tire. I had no idea how bad my tires were so I'm glad this happened. Billy helped me by showing me why my tires were no good and helped me get an amazing deal on 4 new tires. I'll never go anywhere else but this town fair tire. The entire sales team is so helpful and friendly. My car was out in 25 min. Thank you for your help

Slid off the road halfway through a 6 hour drive to Montreal. These guys made our 4 hour break in West Lebanon the best it could ve been. This was by far the best service I ve ever received at any type of establishment, and at all places, it was a Town Fair Tire. Micah did an excellent job helping get the car fixed up, and was extremely knowledgeable about tires. Shane was absolutely hilarious and very clearly knew how to manage a stressful environment such as a repair shop, where people often come upset. For the type of place that it was, it was so refreshing to look around and see that everyone had a smile on their face. At one point, Shane came out on a unicycle! This Town Fair Tire is a remarkably special place. Keep it up boys!

Shane at town fair was amazing! Polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He is an asset to the business, and deserves a big raise. Five stars two thumbs up , 100% A++ Awesome! I will be back when I need tire service.

The price seemed Fair. The service was poor. I arrived on time for my appointment. An hour later my car went into the bay. One and a half hours later the work was partially completed. The tire pressure was not correct on all of the tires and the warning light came on for the pressure being incorrect. The next day I went back to have the pressure topped off and the computer reset so that it learned to provide the pressure warning correctly. That was when I learned that the pressure must not have been correct the day before. In summary, if you value your time more highly than saving money, go somewhere else! I'm pretty patient, actually, I just thought other potential customers should know.Several days later, I realized the spare wasn't put back in place properly! It should not be sticking out like this. I had a screw removed from my tire and the hole patched and an alignment all in probably only 30 minutes. Alex was SO nice and helpful! Definitely going back here the next time I need something done! Thank you!

This location far exceeds all the surrounding Town Fair Tire locations. Their customer service, knowledge and professionalism is in no comparison to the other stores. We specifically drove 2 hours to this location when our local Rutland VT store is 1 mile away. We will gladly drive the 2 hour round trip to get the treatment and service Zack provided. The other shops better start paying attention and taking notes!

Zack, who works at the Town Fair Tire location in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, deserves the five stars and more. The attention to customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend you move all your tire needs to his store. You will not be disappointed.

I had an urgent dashboard notification about a rear tire and called Town Fair Tire. Despite the fact that they were closing, Billy chose to stay late and take care of my tire. Thank you Town Fair Tire and Billy. You are awesome and saved the day. I would have been stranded calling a tow truck without you.

Great service. Shane was more than helpful. They didn t have the tires I wanted in stock so he gave me the next priced for the price of the ones they didn t have. Staff were pleasant. I was in and out in an hour and a half.

They performed a second alignment free of charge. The right rear toe was seized so that they could not align it when I had my tires replaced. Came back after freeing up the rear toe. Happy with their work.

Was attracted by high score of google review. After visiting them for a few times, They replaced my good tire with a bald one and told me that I need a set of new tires. SHAME!Then I looked through the reviews very carefully. It is obvious that there are hundreds of paid or fake reviews here. Who remembers the name of their technicians? I sure don't, but more than half in the reviews does apparently. Seen it is part of the KPI that each of their employees contribute something to the Google review.Any one who goes here please pay attention to such things. Dishonest business deserve nothing but bankruptcy. Upper valley does not tolerate dishonesty, it is a BIG shame to our society.

This place is amazing! Took a rental car in there that had a slow leak in a tire. They got me in ASAP. Found a screw in the tire. Fixed it. No charge. Patient and courteous staff, clean store, great service. Use this business form your tire needs!

Shane deserves SIX STARS!!! He and the friendly, knowledgeable salespeople at Town Fair Tire in West Lebanon got my car in immediately to repair my flat for FREE!! I barely had time to finish the fresh, complimentary hot coffee before I was back on the road. If you need tires go see Shane. He s got you covered.

I came in with a leak in my tire today and Billy was such a big help. This staff is always so helpful, and the techs are knowledgeable and always willing to help. I came in 10 min before they closed and they got me in and out in 30 min. Thanks west Leb town fair tire

Shane and the whole crew at Town Fair Tire are excellent. I was in and out in no time! Shane is very knowledgeable about their inventory, availability, and specific tire needs based on individual driving habits.If you want a personal, professional, and efficient experience I would definitely recommend Shane and Town Fair Tire in West Leb.

This place is awful. They held onto our car for from 7:30 AM - 8 PM for a simple tire switch. We tried to call for updates or information on where the car was at in terms of progress but the people manning the phones gave us no information and were incredibly unhelpful. My poor husband scheduled a taxi to be taken to Town Fair to try and get the car for work tomorrow morning and pick up dinner afterwards. He got there around 5 only to then be told he was going to have to wait until 8, which would've be nice to know when we tried calling for this before. So he was stuck there for 3 hours all because this place can't communicate, can't handle their customers making appointments, and they clearly don't value their customers or their customers' time.Looking at other reviews, it seems like this place can only provide decent service to people driving through the area in emergency situations. Maybe that's why they suck otherwise because they're prioritizing these kind of customers, which is foolish and inconsiderate. But for those who are looking for tire switches, I've seen a lot of similar experiences to ours. We will certainly never be bringing our business here again and I highly recommend no one else should. In these times, everyone has little money and little time and Town Fair wants to squander every bit of it you have left so they can fill their grubby, greedy pockets. Let this review serve as a warning to anyone who thinks twice about wasting their money and sanity with this joke of a business.

Brandon diagnosed my tire and related issues after hitting a pothole. Needed a new wheel but given the cost of the OE wheel I ended replacing all the wheels for nearly the same price. Brandon picked them out and they look great. Car noise is now much lower.

Managed to damage 3 of my 4 tire sensors and backed my vehicle into a plow stake scraping my rear quarter panel. When I brought this to their attention no remediation was taken. Will never have my vehicle serviced here again and you shouldn't either!!

Nice guys up front that are working hard. Otherwise I have only had poor experiences with the work. Poor quality work and long waits. I had winter tires changed over last week. They were not properly balanced, actually it turns out not balanced at all!! (they charged me for a balancing!). I couldn't get a hold of anyone via phone so had to go back. Despite the issue being their fault, they would do a quick balance and I had to get an appointment for the following day. I came for my appointment just to wait 80 minutes for more poor quality work. The tech confirmed that the tires were not balance and I was assured this was fixed. I just drove home and the car no longer feels like it is going to shake every screw loose at highway speeds, but it is still shaky. Better, but common!! Consistent poor experience. When I had my tires switched over last year, they replaced my lug nuts with someones damaged lugnuts!!. Not going back!! gonna pay more and not waste my time and money at this place. !!
