Very responsive and professional.Our car had broken down the evening following the eclipse and was towed to Midas during the night. They had parts the following morning by 8 AM and the car repaired by 10 am!We were very impressed.

My husband took our truck to Midas this week. He said Dave and his service team are a great team to deal with! They were honest, fair and had great prices. We will definitely take it to them again.

I came in for a new air filter. I had just had the oil changed at a discount oil change place, and they did not have an air filter for me. While at Midas, I heard another customer talk about that oil change place and the plug on their oil pan getting stripped and needing potentially to have their oil pan changed, so I asked Dan to check my car to ensure the same had not happened to me. They could have said yes, and charged me a lot of work, but they checked for free, assured me that all was well, and sent me on my way with the confidence that this is not the kind of place that charges for unnecessary work. I got chatting with the owner about how the business fared during Covid, and he told me that he kept the place open and kept all his staff, despite a massive drop in business. Good service, good values. I will return as needed, they earned my trust.

Received great service here! I called to make an appointment and they were able to work me in on the same day for an oil change and tire pressure check. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I would return here and highly recommend to anyone!

Great service and very nice people!! We were on a road trip when the muffler went. Dave and his team made a fair and honest assessment and fixed it in a little less than an hour. We were very grateful.

I can t speak highly enough on this place. I was having brake issues and had to drive a good distance in the coming days. They got me in very quickly and everyone who worked there was extremely kind and explained everything throughout the process. I now won t bring my cars anywhere else!

This review is far too late to the game, but I cannot praise Dave and his team at Midas enough. My girlfriend and I were visiting the beautiful town of West Lebanon when the powersteering on my truck blew out. What I thought would leave us stranded 400+ miles from home was fixed with ease by Stefan, and to this day has been top notch quality. We were also recommended fantastic places to visit, had a superb breakfast at "Taste" (also recommended by Dave) while we waited for the truck to be fixed, and overall our trip was made amazing thanks to our visit at Midas. Truly can't thank Dave and his team enough, cheers to you Dave!

Very nice mechanics. I was able to get my car in very quickly and they finished the job in less than the original estimate. They didn't mess anything up like VIP tires and Services. I will be coming back to MIDAS. :)

One of the most pleasant experiences I ve ever had with vehicle repair. The customer service was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at this location was so helpful and had a great attitude. Hands down the best Midas location I have ever been to or been serviced in. Well kept clean shop, no longer than an hour wait at the time that I was able to get my service completed.

They had a 2 week backlog when I contacted them.They made time in the schedule to diagnose my exhaust problem, and then, fixed my car at about 1/3 the cost at the dealer. I'm super happy and will be back.

Reply: yes, that is the work I'm upset about. You're right that the timing of my review is unusual. Do your records show what happened during my last visit? I let your manager upsell me premium brake rotors, and during the repair, the mechanic broke another important part, taking my car out of service for several days. You did your best to make up for that mistake, which is why I didn't leave a negative review at the time. But now, less than a year later, the premium rotors are in such poor condition that they need to be replaced (I will get a second opinion, but they fail the eye test and cause vibrations). Wear and tear is not your fault, but it's unacceptable for expensive "premium" brakes to have such a short life - my other 2 OEM rotors lasted 4 years. I'm living in a different area now, so I don't know how you could help. Car parts/repairs are typically much more expensive here than NH, but I can still get all 4 brakes replaced for about as much as those 2 from your shop.

I made an appointment to have a part replaced. At my appointment, they hadn't ordered the part yet, and even if they had, they would have closed before they could have finished the work. So I made another appointment, but my car died on the road two days later because of the part they didn't replace. Then after I had it towed to Midas, they included unauthorized charges on my final bill for ridiculous things, like more than $10 for cleaning the battery terminals. The initial quote was lower than other places, but they nickel and dimed me enough that it was almost as much as the dealership, on top of wasting my time by doing nothing at my appointment and making my car break down. At least the other guys are up front about how much of a rip-off they are.Service: Electrical repair

The West Lebanon, NH Midas provides the best service around! I have been coming for years and have always received top notch service. I've been late for appointments and the owner and staff are so gracious, kind and accommodating. They are personable and create a wonderful environment for waiting customers, which is rare in this day and age. I highly recommend the West Lebanon Midas!

I've used this business for two of my vehicles. One is a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, and the other is a 2016 Ram 3500 Diesel. I brought the Jeep for an SVC 4WD, oil change, and check engine light. The 4WD issue ended up being a recall issue (so they say), and they just cleared the check engine light instead of fixing it, as when I got in to leave, it popped right back up so, $300 for basically just an oil change. Next, I brought my truck in for an oil change and to fix the heat since winter is coming. $250 for the oil change, which is on the higher end. $650 to "fix" the heat even though it still doesn't even work...So, in total, I paid over $1000 for 2 oil changes. I've never felt so ripped off.Edit: I took the Jeep to the dealership and confirmed there is no recall, so that was just a lie. However, we did have warranty coverage, and so far, the total repair would've been over $4,000.

Dave's Midas in West Lebanon is wonderful. No games, fair prices, friendly atmosphere, and if you finish your book you brought with you to pass the time, they always have documentaries running on the TV!

We ve been coming to Midas for years. Not only are the guys who work here honest, knowledgeable, and all round awesome but they also stopped my sons meltdown after his beloved balloon from home popped by giving us some new balloons! Midas for the win, always. We re lucky to have a great car shop in the Upper Valley!

Their staff is professional and communicative. If there is a need for a repair, they provide different options to meet the costumer's needs and the mechanic is honest regarding the urgency of the repair. They are available to explain auto-systems function and answer any questions you may have. They have previously accommodated a tight work-schedule to get the car in the shop asap.Services requested: replacement of steering rack, oil change, air filter change, brake pad replacement, replacement of motor transmission and motor arm, cylinder misfire diagnosis and repair

I had to reschedule and they were nice about it. Careful attention to detail was greatly appreciated. They asked me what air pressure l typically use in my tires. I told them l always have to look it up in my car's manual. At my request, they retrieved my manual from glove compartment and looked up the recommended pressure for me. I found this very impressive. Dave and the team at this location are amazing. My daughter was stuck and they managed to accommodate her - analysed the issue and resolved it quickly. My daughter had shown it to someone else and they were trying to rip her off by recommending all sorts of things that were completely unnecessary. Here they did exactly what was needed at a fair price and the car is running great. Customer service was great and what was most impressive was all of staff seemed to enjoy working here from the front desk to the mechanics. All were friendly and happy. New front brakes on my Jeep - intend to return here later when I need to replace the rear brakes. Great service. First time coming here. We got a synthetic oil change. Wow definitely will be back! Dave at the front desk is absolutely amazing! Plus everyone in the actual garage was smiling and genuinely enjoying working there. It was very nice see. Most shops around here treat their employees like dirt so it s nice to see one that doesn t.
