I have been taking my car to Rob at Gills Tires for many years. It is the best place. I always get help quickly and excellent and trustworthy advice, and I know my car is in good hands.

The folks at Point S are a pleasure to deal with. The service writers are friendly and attentive, the technicians are knowledgeable and experienced. I have used them on 3 separate occasions and I feel like they genuinely care about good quality service! Hard to find in today s society! I ve taken my son s BMW and bought new studded winter tires. They reset my other son s TPM monitor on his Honda. I had them repair a tire on our company van and they reset the TPM. Thanks Point S for outstanding customer service !

Front tire of my Kubota L3301 tractor came off its rim. Called 12 auto and tire shops that said they couldn t remount it for me. Gills point S said they would give it a try. Had it done for me in a matter of minutes as a walk in, and didn t even charge me for it. Really saved me in a pinch! Thank you!

Very pleased. My cars tend to be optioned with large wheels so tire replacements are always a stressful experience for me as many shops and dealerships damage part of the wheel s face in the process. I communicated this concern to Rob, and he took extreme care in handling my car. The alignment Jeff did on my car is second to none. It has never driven so well.

Due to the weather and some cancellations I was able to walk in and get an appointment on the same day with no wait! Rob, Cheryl and the mechanics are very honest and efficient.

Fast, friendly service and at a reasonable price. We have our snow tires installed here every year and they store the tires over the summer.

The service was terrible! They did the wrong oil change and then got angry at me when i wouldnt just "go with it" I made my appointment for a synthetic oil change but they decided to put in regular oil. I also heard the receptionist Shyrl tell 3 different people they needed a whole new set of tires when they, in fact, did not. If i could leave less than 1 star, I would.

This place is terrible stay as far away as you can. Shryl tells everyone who drives in they need a new set of tires whether they do or not. Then when they messed up my oil change she got aggressive and angry when i wanted it fixed. Worst customer service ever! If i could give less than 1 star i would.

Gills Point S Tire & Auto in West Lebanon, NH has the best alignment technician in the Upper Valley. I state this as a retired auto mechanic who used to do alignments as part of my job..I have tried many local businesses that offer automotive wheel alignment service, with mixed or poor results. The tech at Gills Point is head and shoulders above the rest. I ve also had great service from Gills Point for tire repair, tire balancing and tire purchasing.

This shop has the best reputation and price when it comes to alignments. Jeff, the alignment technician, is experienced, accommodating, and a good communicator. You tell him your problems, he listens carefully, then he addresses your alignment issue right. Ask around; they ll recommend you go here. Did I also mention that it s also reasonably priced?

Always willing to help out! I bought tires from them and a tire had a slow leak. I brought it in to get the warranty repair. They hold me that I didn't buy the extended warranty so it might not be covered, but they checked out all my tires anyway, and added air. In addition, they took out the damaged one, showed me that both the rim and tire got damaged from a road hazard (would not have been covered by warranty anyway). As it's an old car, I didn't want to get that fixed with new parts. They told me no problem, gave me info on salvage yard and info I needed to get a replacement, put my car together again. NO CHARGE! I've had such a great experience with this company for the past few years. They are honest, trustworthy, and had my interests at heart. Thank you!

My father's been doing business with Rob and his team for years, so when I needed to get some of my new wheels and tires mounted and balanced, plus an inspection, they were able to schedule an appointment and get me in fairly quickly. The team members were very friendly and had me in and out within an hour. Impressive work.

Excellent honest service. Highly Recommend.After having a terrible experience at Tire Warehouse (didn t balance tires correctly, stripped 2 lug nuts, and over charged) I came here and they fixed everything on a walk-in.If your looking for a Tire shop in west Leb, this is it.

Went in this morning @0900 with my wife for a flat tire , they took care of us right away without an appointment, they fixed the issue in under an hour. The tire is now patched and our car is good to go before our move out of state, we are going to miss this place a lot ! the staff is very approachable, friendly and understanding, price was superb, can't go wrong with this place. Thank you so much guys !

This place is now Vianor tire and they are excellent. For two years I ve lived in Hanover and been going to the Co Op service station. I can t believe it took me two years to find this place, highly highly recommended. Dana and Roy and the rest are honest and I think Vianor has the best prices in town anyway. Easy choice, would go here every time.

Better pricing than Wilson, but forgot to take off old weights on one rim and when we went back to have them fix it, after they told us to bring it back anytime, we had to schedule an appointment in another day, which they don't do? This is costing use time and gas coming from Lyme. I wish you better luck. Thank you for reading.

Went to have snow tires put on. Service was excellent, but it's 1st come 1st serve. I got there at 6:45 a.m., they open at 7:30, and I was already 9th in line. By 8:30 they were full for the day. So services good, prices reasonable, but get there early

Always timely (no reservations needed). Always gives detailed information on what is issue and suggested fix. Never tries to do more than necessary. Direct and clear when safety issue involved. I always recommend these guys. Old staff and new owners are great.

Do not go here !!!!! My fiancee took her car here for aliment and tires to be put one , they had it on the rack for two minutes and told her that she needed more work . This work was "some bar in the front end suspension and it was a bar that keep the front tire straight , that the tire moved back and forth a 3/4 of a inch and it would be 150 bucks just for the part and needed to be done because it was dangerous " and this is how they explaned it.so she paid for her tires and left to take it to our regular guy that has been doing our car work for 10 years . So we take it there and after 3 people looking at it there is nothing wrong with it !!!!!!! Called them and guess what they have no idea what we r talking bout it like she was never there , well we have the receipt from the tires and still we r nuts ????? Rip offs !!!!!!!!!!
