We have had a bad run purchasing used vehicles. We ve been through 3 cars in the past year. After visiting many dealerships, we were feeling very discouraged. Then we saw an add on Marketplace. Patrick made the process so simple and was so easy to work with. He walked us through every step but never made us feel pressured. Before we drove the car off the lot, Patrick had our car fully serviced at the garage. We are more than pleased with the 2018 Ford Focus we brought home. I d recommend Route 77 Motors to anyone! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your integrity is refreshing and so very appreciated.

I have nothing but good things to said about this dealer and auto repair shop. I bought my car from them back in June and the owner said if you ever have any problems just bring in the truck. So i did and they took care of it for me . They are honest people . I will recommend them without a doubt to any of my friends and family.

Lou is a great guy!!!We love our jeep, it's in mint condition! Feels & looks brand new for a used car.Lou is very accommodating and friendly. His knowledge of the business, understanding of what customers like and dislike about car shopping along with his honesty is highly reputable in my opinion. If I were to buy another used vehicle I will definitely go to him without any reservations!

Weird, I thought I posted this several years ago but just found it on my phone in "draft" status. An update-they just found me my next vehicle, a Honda Element. I hope to pick it up from them this week.Excellent service! I have been doing business with Route 77 Motors for several years. I have had all of my cars in for service - Honda Civic, Honda CR-V, Audi TT, Volvo S70.I bought the 1998 Volvo S70 from them 18 months ago. Great price and the car has held up really well considering its age.Regular state inspections, tire replacement, brake replacement, exhaust system, gas tank, fuel lines, etc. I have nothing but excellent service from them.

I was in a bind, almost out of gas and knew that I wouldn't make it to the gas station. They were so gracious and gave me more than enough gas to get me to the gas station, but not only that they refused to take any money. I was so grateful!Their lot was full of great looking vehicles, everything was clean and orderly. The owner and staff were very professional and helpful!Thank you so much Route 77 Motors, you sure did save my day!

Just bought my second vehicle from them. We absolutely LOVE IT! I will not go anywhere else! They work with you and are the most honest auto shop/ sales I've ever encountered. I ve recently purchased my second vehicle from Rt77 and couldn t be happier with the whole experience! From the first interaction I ve been treated with courtesy and respect (always felt like more of a friend then just a customer). I appreciate the honesty and trustworthiness I ve found in the whole team at RT77 Motors , I won t do business anywhere else ! Thanks for 9 years of terrific service..... I have had nothing but great experiences with Route 77 Motors. My wife and I moved to Weare back in 2015, and made a quick note of this place, saying we might not have to drive all the way into Manchester to get our cars worked on. We finally decided to bring our cars in for work after a year or two, and were thrilled with the quality of the work that these folks perform. They're usually very quick and punctual about their work, they let you know exactly what's going on, and what they're going to do to fix your issue. Most recently, I had my car towed to their lot due to a busted drive shaft, among other issues that I had been hoping would magically disappear. Route 77 Motors ordered up all the parts needed, called me to keep me in the loop about what was going on, and got it done. I drove my car home and it felt like the day I first bought it.I can't really say much on price, as I don't go anywhere else, but I personally feel like I'm not being charged an arm and a leg for services. Even if they're a bit more expensive than going to a dealer, I'd rather pay the extra money to have Route 77 work on my vehicles. You get what you pay for, and considering all the great work they've done for me, I would say it's worth it to spend your money with these guys.UPDATE 06/28/2023The car I've had for the past seven years or so has finally given up the ghost. For the record, it was a Lincoln MKZ that, at last count, had well over 183,000 miles on it. Normally those cars are good for 150,000, MAYBE 160,000 if you're lucky. Route 77 Motors have been servicing it for the past four or five years or so, and I believe are a major reason as to why it has lasted so long. I have recently purchased a truck at a dealership I didn't know much about. The first thing I did after taking it on a test drive was call up Route 77 Motors. I talked to Mike about the truck, and about the condition it looked to be in. After purchasing it, I scheduled an inspection with Route 77 Motors, who looked over everything for me, told me what to expect for upcoming service, but overall assured me that I made a good purchase. I truly believe that Route 77 Motors goes WELL above and beyond for their customers. I've always been treated so well here, and cannot imagine going anywhere else for service. These guys seriously rule.

We were in a pinch on time so we went to this place which we weren't familiar with because the better places were all booked out. This place had the most expensive oil change I have ever paid for by far and my husband got a dishonest inspection and insanely high repair cost estimates. When my husband declined the repairs, they threatened to not let him take our own vehicle home because our 1.5 year old rotors were apparently too old to drive on (LOL!)Also they never called to tell us we could get our vehicle like they said they would and we waited the entire day. They were actually about to close without even letting us know our car was done. Not good business practices and priced higher than others in the area.

Route 77 Motors is a breath of fresh air in the car buying experience. I was treated with the utmost respect. The sales people are knowledgeable, sincere and transparent. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a quality used vehicle to visit 77 Motors first.

Brian is a great guy and he's a great mechanic knows what he's doing!! And he won't RIP you off !! Route 77 motors has honest and fare prices!! You need anything done to your vehicle they can be trusted to do it. I wouldn't recommend any other garage or mechanic period!!! Oh and can't forget his wife was very pleasant and efficient very nice lady!!.

Recently bought a used vehicle from Route 77 Motors and was very pleased with the service I got from them. Extremely pleasant staff willing to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. They worked directly with my financial institution to make the buying process as easy as possible. When picking up the vehicle they even stayed late on a Friday night to allow me to pick it up. Great business!

I drove over 2 hours from Chicopee, Mass. to look at and eventually purchase a very clean 2014 Ford Explorer. Lou the sales person sent me many pics of the suv prior to my visit, He even sent a video of the suv so there would be no surprises, and there was not. They were very fair with my trade in as well, no high pressure and no BS at all. The Owner was there as well to greet me and make sure the deal went smoothly. Best dealership I have ever dealt with, it was well worth the trip. Thank you very much to everyone at Rt. 77 Motors.

Dropped off vehicle for inspection and to blead my break lines real quick. Mike didn t have to stay after they closed but he made sure to stay late so he could get pressure back to my brakes and get the vehicle inspected. I know when I m done at work for the day I don t care what happens, I m gone. So for him to stay late just for me as a first time customer means more than you can imagine. Mike is an honest, knowledgeable, hard working dude.Prices are fair and these guys won t push you to fix things hat don t need repair. I knew of two issues I have to fix and it just so happens those were the only two things Mike found wrong but didn t push me at all to fix them. He simply made me aware of them.The shop is extremely clean and well equipped to boot.

I was having a coolant leak in my car. Went by and asked them for some things so I could fix it, and they were very nice and willing to help me out. Much respect for the employees/owners here. Very respectful and Generous.

Im a working man who values his money .I have been a customer for 10 years . I find them to be honest and very skilled . I have never felt taken advantage of. I also find Rt 77 motors to be fairly priced .Jim D

Didn t call when it was done like asked. Hours later I call and they say oh yup it s done come grab it. Also changed the service without calling and ended up costing me more money. When you have to change the service and/or do labor that requires the customer to spend more, it s proper customer service to call the customer to ask/inform about the situation. Would absolutely never bring a vehicle there again.Service: Oil change

I brought my truck in for an inspection, Mike found a problem with the hub that could have resulted in the loss of a wheel. He fixed it that day for a great price and it has been working great!
