A Masterclass in Disappointment and InefficiencyI'm utterly dismayed by my experience with this RV repair shop. It's been a complete nightmare from start to finish, and I'm still stuck in this frustrating limbo. Let me walk you through this agonizing journey:Delayed Service Scheduling: I had to book the service three months in advance. That's a quarter of a year, just waiting to get my camper looked at!Two Months of Radio Silence: After finally dropping off my camper, it s been two excruciating months without a single update or estimate on the repairs. This lack of communication is unacceptable.Non-Responsive and Unhelpful: I've called them at least ten times, and they've only had the courtesy to answer twice. Despite leaving voicemails each time, there's been no effort from their side to keep me informed.Unprofessional Handling: When they finally did communicate, they told me the initial maintenance person didn t take proper notes, causing further delays. It's been a week since they said they d reassess, and yet, here I am, still waiting for a mere update.Lack of Accountability: This entire process reeks of negligence and a complete disregard for customer service. It feels like they're just holding onto my RV until the service contract expires to avoid dealing with the issues.In summary, I'm beyond disappointed. Their service is a dismal failure in terms of communication, professionalism, and accountability. If there were any other viable options, I would have abandoned this shop months ago. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this place at all costs.

We are full time RVers and we move around a lot. I had to have a storage compartment door replaced after a run in with a palm tree in Florida. I made an appointment for 11:00 on a Tuesday. They were ready for me when I got there and had the door expertly replaced in less than an hour!

My Wolf Pup needed warranty repair work done on a broken slide out unit---only 2 days old. AMAZING Customer Service from PRO RV (unit was purchased elsewhere), immediate diagnosis and OUTSTANDING Customer contact & updates. The work done by Bri to expedite parts from the manufacturer and subcontractor was incredible and she kept us updated during the many days the unit was in the shop.We cannot say enough about the responsive, can-do attitude at PRO RV. As first time customers, we will be using them for all our future service needs.

Dropped off our motorhome for some preventive maintenance services. Very surprised they got it done that day.These folks are professionals who do top quality work. And their customer service is superb.Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. However, they don't or don't want to service older RVs. We're happy to recommend another service provider but since I am 1&1/2 hours away I don't want to drive my motorhome over there for a looks see.

I have been going here for several years for my RVs. They provide amazing service and repairs. They also complete the job in a timely manner

Set up an appt on 14 April, their first available was 7 July. Took a trip over and dropped off my leveling jack. On 20 June, they contacted me to say they could not find a repair (seal kit) or even a replacement jack. On 5 July I called the jack company and got info on both the repair seal kit and also the part number for a replacement jack. Obviously this company, PRO RV, has no interest in doing any repairs on my 2017 motorhome. Save yourself the aggravation and stick with someone reputable.

The dealer definitely did right by us when Forest River won't. They did an excellent job repairing our RPOD. Bri and Matt were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very customer oriented. They really want your business and it shows. I was kept in the loop for all my repairs and maintenance. They walked me through what they did and demonstrated how I can perform some of the maintenance myself. They service many makes of RVs, even if they're not purchased from them, as is mine. Highly recommended.

Girls in the service shop were very nice. Had water damage to the back end of a SMALL 15' travel trailer. Thought I could get out of the project by myself for about $800 (fairly accurate) with new rubber roof and fixing the back rear wall and sidewall. After their "assessment" I was quoted for over $ 8, 000! 6,000+ was for LABOR! So, they are claiming that it would take 48 hours of LABOR to finish this small camper. Seems highly ridiculous. I will post pictures of before and after including the the time it took just me to finish the job....

Thank goodness we found Pro RV Service. Lippert Industries and the efficient staff of Pro really took very good care of us and had us back on the road in a week! Thank you to the Management for training your staff so well and for running a highly effective facility.

Brie is awesome. We were here last summer, 2019, and she took care of us. This summer she amazed us again. It's worth us driving 1 hour and 40 minutes for her service.

I would rate 0 stars if I could! I brought my RV in for a quote, they gave me an outrageous price, and I declined the work. Then they told me 2 months later that I owe them $150 for "Diagnostic Charges" which I never agreed to! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THAT THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO QUOTES! YOU ARE COMMITED TO THE REPAIRS OR "DIAGNOSTIC CHARGES" BEFORE YOU GET THE QUOTE OR KNOW HOW MUCH THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! RUN AWAY!

Service staff are good and the management are even better. Had an issue with a quote and the manager personally cleared up the issues. No concern about returning whenever I need.
