If I could leave no stars I would. These folks were extremely rude and dismissive to my partner. They quoted us a 9k job, but didn't seem to want to take a few moments to discuss the details of said repairs. Extremely overpriced for the work to be done.

Excellent and reliable service, always goes above and beyond. My car broke down and I had to get it towed to Marc Phillips for repair. They were completely booked and it s the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Said they likely wouldn t get to it until mid next week. It turned out they were able to resolve at the end of the day. I am beyond pleased!!! I now have my car in time for the holiday weekend!! ;) They never disappoint and remember my AAA discount. Thank you Jason for all you do!

We did not end up using this garage, but I must say that the level of service that we got offered over the phone was outstanding. Our RV wouldn't start, and this was one of the mechanics that Good Sam would okay a tow to. The problem was that the shop could not confirm that they could service the 20-year-old Class A without seeing it. They called me back after checking with the owner and were actually willing to drive to the campground to look at it on site. If I ever needed car repair, I would look this place up first.

Really excellent business. Great team, very accommodating, and I have never felt that they have charged unfairly or recommended service that wasn't wise to do.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. They stand behind their work and I have found always gone above and beyond. They will only recommend service that is needed and not scam you. They are a quality shop with many years of knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest and fair mechanic.

I ve been taking all my vehicles to Marc Phillips for almost 20 years. I have always trusted him and Brian to diagnose the issues correctly, and they will spend time making sure they get to the root of the problem. I even sent my mom there when she got raked over by a dealership. Jason has been awesome! He communicates with me to ensure I understand what they have diagnosed and what my options are. I drive an hour to make sure I get the best, most trustworthy service! I purchased a vehicle here for my daughter, and it was one of the smoothest transactions I've ever had. Working with Jason was a joy. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer the many questions I had to my great satisfaction. All this he did with enthusiasm, an easy going manner, and a great sense of humor! I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Brian when I had a question about a mechanical concern. He took the time to not only explain things, but to show me and thoroughly answer my question. I am a meticulous automobile purchaser. I like to know exactly what I'm buying. There's nothing better than the feeling you get when you purchase a vehicle and you understand EXACTLY what you're getting. The price I paid was fair, I love the vehicle, and so does my daughter. Thanks guys, great working with you, we'll be back!

Very pleased with Marc Phillips! They got us appointments right away. Fixed the issue with my SUV promptly and on short notice. Overall, very nice people, clean waiting area and excellent service. Highly recommend.

This shop is amazing! I have an 06 F-350 diesel that broke down and AAA recommended a shop in concord that diagnosed it and then said they could not perform the repairs... I then found this shop, also through AAA but was further away from me but I decided to try them. They did their own diagnoses and found a different, cheaper, issue and it was the RIGHT issue. Truck runs amazing now!! They saved me $1500 and their CORRECT Diagnoses was cheaper than the other place, which did charge me for basically doing nothing... this is my shop now, I would recommend them to everyone. The service was fast, affordable and friendly. I won t be going anywhere else but here

Marc Phillips Automotive provide the best service for the best price. Marc and the team have helped me with every vehicle I have owned walking me through anything my vehicle needs at time of service and what is upcoming, never trying to upsell work. I've been going here for years and highly recommend Marc Phillips Automotive to my friends, family, and Co-workers.

I used to love going to this establishment. I will probably force myself to go back, the work performed by Marc and the mechanics is honest and top notch. The prices are reasonible for what you get as well. I used to bring multiple vehicles here and as I said I may again. I found at times that the staff working the reception area (who are also the ones that obtain pricing for work to be done) were at times a bit rude and seemed like they couldn't be bothered, but perhaps that was an off day for them? I think Marc and the majority of staff is top grade, however when you are paying good money for honest repair I feel those accepting the money should be happy to earn your buissnes.

Every time I have service done here I'm a satisfied customer. Hard to find a place you can trust. Very honest business . I would recommend anyone to get there car serviced here. Quality work and honesty how can you go wrong.

I broke down in Weare this week and limped my truck into Marc Philips Auto, they were busy but found the time to perform an emergency repair on my truck and got me on my way. They were professional, did great work and performed the work at a excellent rate.

I bought an Audi and asked around and Marc was mentioned and I gave him a shot. I had a check engine light on and more than one code wrong. He was 100% honest and was told what was already done by the previous owner and what needed to be done currently. He could of charged for things i would not of known which many places will do. So he will get all my future business. Take your car here.
