Do NOT reccomend. I went here because all my male friends suggested it. Said they would take good care of me. When I got there for a tire change I was greeted by 3 other woman waiting In the lobby. There's only 2 chairs to sit and they were all senior ladies. There was one lady ahead of me in line. After waiting for about 15 minutes another older man walked in and waited in line behind the two of us. The owner came out several of minutes later . When he looked up he asked the man behind the two of us what he could do for me him. The man told him he needed his tires changed. A few moments later in a different tone (snappy) he asked what I needed. I have gave him the info. I waited there for another hour. Watched the man who came behind meget his truck taken back before mine so I left. The worst experience. A few days later I found VIP in Clarmeont. Not only did they treat me like a human but the service was friendly and the waiting area was clean. I know we all have bad days and it's busy season for tire places but neither of those things excuse this kind of customer service I will never be back here.

Actually less than a star. Was trying to explain why I needed to buy tires 2 at a time .the Price was $122 per tire $488 total .with being retired and heating fuel prices I need to do 2 at a time. He got snotty nasty saying well can you afford your car breaking down when you have different tires. No help like making a payment plan. To pay 244 evey other week.

They don t take appointments or give time estimates, and they don t even take your name or number when you drop off your car so you have to call them to find out if your car s done (and half the time they don t answer the phone). No waiting room to speak of. I dropped my car off to have the winter tires put on, and when I picked it up they d put the summer tires back in the car without cleaning or bagging them - salt and sand all over the tires and my car seats. Yes they re cheap, but it s not worth the hassle. I won t be going back.

I've gone to this place twice a year, once to get snow tires put on and another to get them swapped off in the spring. I've had very mixed experiences with them. The fact that they don't take appointments can be a good and a bad thing depending on how busy they are and other factors. Sometimes they're quite fast and sometimes even a basic tire swap takes forever (it took about 2 hours today).But the reason that this will probably be my last year I go there is because I've just never really felt welcome there. Even when they're not busy the guy that works the counter (it's always the same guy) acts like you being there is an inconvenience. I get that he's busy and sometimes I get the feeling that he's working alone back there, but you know what? I'm busy at my job too and I still manage to be pleasant to my customers and not act like I wish they weren't there. Looking through the other reviews here, it looks like I'm not the only one that has had this experience.

This place was recommended to me, so I went there one afternoon in November to see about getting snow tires put on. They were quite busy, so I asked the guy, is there a better time to come in? He snapped at me, yeah a month ago! So I went elsewhere. I went back again today, April 3rd about 9 AM to see about getting some work done. There was not a single other customer. There are signs saying "we're shorthanded, please wait at the counter, we'll be with you soon." So I waited at the counter about 5 minutes. I could see a guy in the back working on a tire. He never came out or acknowledgedmy presence. So I left and I will not go back ever. Two instances of unnecessary rudeness and no service. Forget it! Go elsewhere!

Great ol fashioned tire shop! No frills but honest tire service at incredible prices. First come first serve so plan accordingly. Glen and his guys work very hard.

I have been going to Glen's shop since he got it from Victor. It's a difficult business with a lot of competition but I choose to go to Walpole Valley tire. For good reasons. Excellent prices, VERY quick to get in (even during the winter rush), and good caring technicians. My forged rims and low car have never been scratched as they take extra care with them. Zero complaints.His shop is busy for a reason, that speaks for itself.

I got my winter tires there last winter during a bad snowstorm. They took me right away and had my tires on in no time, at a reasonable price. Then just a few months ago, I got a flat...andthey fixed it pronto for only 10 bucks. The people who work there are really great.

I went there for a slow leak in a tire. They were fast and very reasonably priced! Very satisfied with the service provided.
