My boyfriend and I just returned from a 7-night stay at the Patio Court and it did not disappoint. The owners were such inviting wonderful people, very accommodating for any needs, always pleasant and friendly. The property was very peaceful and clean, the area was lovely and not far from all the amazing, beautiful sites NH has to offer. The cabin cozy, clean and had all the necessities. The front porch large enough to relax and enjoy. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a more private feel stay and hope I get the opportunity to stay here again!

I went here for vacation with my mother it was very cozy and clean. The sink handle kept falling off, but everything else was amazing. I loved the owners they are always so kind and will help you with anything. I just wish we had a better mountain view, Over all I loved Patio Motor Court.Nearby activities: They is a pool, corn hole and bikes, but the Suna and Jacuzzi was shut down. I loved all the activities they had though!

Really liked this place a lot. We have stayed at well over 10 other hotels and cabins in the area and this one was great. We were able to cook our own dinners using the kitchenette after coming off the mountain. And the table was perfect for the 2 of us. We stay in that area of NH a lot and now we will always be looking for this place when we book. Very private spot. Was nice and quiet while we were there. Very comfortable and home-like feel. Will definitely be back. The porch was a great addition to the cabin. And the car port as well. And the shower was the most pressure we have ever had at any lodgings while we travel. 100% satisfied and can't wait to come back. Thanks so much for an excellent place to relax while we were at the cabin. And for being a beautiful short drive from everything fun and awesome in the White Mountains. Love the rustic feel.

Patio motor court is an old school hidden gem!! Me and my family stayed there late June for 8 nights, pool was cleanest I've seen and I have stayed at many hotels/motels. The cabins are spotless! They come equipped with stove top burners, refrigerator, microwave, a.c. and a big screen porch. They have a playground for the kids with a basketball hoop, it's quiet and very convenient to local attractions,like Santa's village, mount Washington,etc. The owners live on property and are super friendly, and always there for you with any questions or needs. There is a local gas station/ convenient store half mile down the street for all your needs, beer, pizza, coffee, etc. I can't say enough about the patio motor court, I will be making a call shortly to visit again!

These rustic cabins are very nice! We stayed in 11 and this is our second time. This cabin is one of three that is not attached to another cabin and has 1 bedroom with another bed and pull out couch in the living room area. The other cabins that are attached are very nice as well but with no separate bedroom. The people that own this place are very nice and helpful. The place is very private and no one bothered us at all (but the people who own it are very kind and helpful if you need anything) which we enjoy. The pool is very nice. The rooms are clean and there is a stove top and a small fridge and glasses and cookware with a grill outside. I would definitely stay again. Thank you guys!! We had a wonderful time.

My family and I stayed at the Patio Motor Court this past weekend and absolutely loved it. The cabins are very clean and comfortable. The grounds are nice. There is a playground for the smaller kids, and an outdoor seasonal pool. The location is great. We hike Mt. Washington and it was a quick 17 minute drive. The area is quiet and very clean. The owners are very responsive and eager to make your stay everything you want it to be. I highly recommend it. We will be back next year!

While attending a Red Cross weekend boot camp myself and another volunteer for the American Red Cross had the opportunity to stay in a little cabin at the patio motor court.The cabin we had was #6 and it was absolutely beautiful. When you arrive and pull up you see this little cottage hiding behind the trees. Once inside the warm and inviting feel of the cabin and the rustic atmosphere was like stepping back in time with a few modern features. Once inside and relaxing it felt as though you were a little cottage in the forest... It came with a fully functional kitchen with fully stalked cooking and eating utensils, pots,pans, and dinner ware. The owners are absolutely the sweetest folks ever.I highly recommend renting at the patio motor court and possibly requesting cabin # 6!! You won't regret it. Definitely going back for other than work. Maybe a family vacation.

Great little place. The grounds are quaint and inviting. We stayed in cabin 2 and were very pleased. Kitchenette was clean and in working order. Tiny but new TV worked with no fuzzy channels. Oversized AC took the humidity out of the cabin no prob. Your own carport and porch. You can't go wrong.

We took a group of 10 to New Hampshire. We called about a month or so ahead of time to book 3 cabins. We rented Cabin 1, 2 & 4. I personally slept in Cabin number 1 with my husband, children and mother. Our experience at Patio Motor Court was awesome and we cannot wait to go back. The cabins were all extremely clean. They come equipped with all the right stuff. We met the owner who is a very lovely man. We spent lots of time relaxing on the porch and enjoying the playground and pool. They have bikes for the kids to ride and return when done using, also a modest game room that was just right for our family. We kept up cleaning in the 2 days we stayed so we tried to leave it as we found it. As we feel that is respectful when using something that doesn't belong to you.The price is just about unbeatable. If the owner of Patio Motor Court reads this Thank you again for all of your kindness and sharing your piece of happiness with us. Hope this will help you in your decision making. Namaste

I stayed the weekend of Columbus Day. The foliage was amazing in the north country. The patio is definitely one of my favorite places to stay! The cabins have everything you need. It s very quiet and peaceful. I need to visit during the summer and try out the pool.

Booked 3 nights (June 2020) and enjoyed it so much that I added a 4th.I found the cabin good sized, well maintained and absolutely, spotlessly clean. The cabins are far enough apart to offer privacy and quiet.Very good value. I hope to be back.

Vintage, well maintained and equiped cabins, very clean, quiet and cozy. Excellent quality for your money and near all the best hikes, we would definitly go back.

Not a bad place. Was very happy til the morning we had to check out! Found a cockroach in a candy bag i had on the desk between the beds. Other then that a nice place for kids. Got a outdoor pool that was very clean! Will be going back!

Lovely, quiet and off the beaten track. Old-school cabins were clean and well maintained, the pool was great, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful area. Cabins are comfortable and immaculate. Has a kitchenette with all the amenities and is pet friendly so my dog had a great time! Will go back!

Cabins are clean and stocked with kitchen essentials. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, grills, picnic tables, fridge, freezer, two burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, communal outdoor fireplace, pool, bikes, basketball hoop, volleyball net, playground, and the price can't be beat. Near Storyland, Santa's Village, and various State parks. We love this place and stay here every year.

Great place. Very affordable and located near so many hiking trails we didn't know where to begin. It was humid when we stayed- the ACs worked great. We'll be back next summer.

Stayed in cabin 3. Cabin was clean they were kid friendly, good service, liked the 4 season porch. 20 minutes from Santa's Village. I would stay here again any season.

We went here for the first time last summer since our usual place we stay had their pool closed due to Covid. We never really intended to stay here a 2nd time ,but it was so nice we changed our mind about our usual place and stayed here again! Cabins are the perfect size for our family of 4, have a nice porch on the front, grills and picnic table outside. Car ports are nice as well when you get a crazy NH thunder storm with hail. They have a small game room that my kids frequented, bikes the kids can use , pool of course, and lots of room for kids to run around and play. My only complaint, and we can live with it, is there's no actual freezer since there's only mini fridges in the cabins. I like to keep ice cream on hand, otherwise it wouldn't be a problem since the mini fridges work very well. The owners are a very nice couple that have kept up with the cabins over the years. Water pressure is great too unlike some other cabins we've been to. AC also works very well and cools the cabin in minutes. Both years we stayed the cabin was very clean, they clearly take pride in their business. If we go to NH again next year we'll definitely be back!

Very clean and cozy cabin. Heat and hot water worked very well. Loved the porch and the owners are very nice.
