Excellent dealership, purchased a new skidoo expedition called on a Monday gave a deposit they had the machine in stock but still in crate asked if i could pick up Wednesday they had the snowmobile put together everything was perfect i had not one complaint and this is quite unusual for me not to have any complaints. My salesman Jared was very professional and knowledgeable. I was referred to this dealership from friends of mine that had great service on there purchases from there. Jared took the time to go over the machine and explain everything i asked about it. I would defiantly purchase from here again and recommend to others. It is a 2 1/2 hour ride for me but worth it.

Picked up my new 2024 Ski-Doo Renegade 900 Turbo R today. Upon arrival sled was in immaculate condition with all accessories installed to a T. Dealership was spotless and full of inventory, accessories, and apparel(nice stuff too)Thanks to Joe, Greg, Jarod, Jason and and the rest of the staff for a very enjoyable experience.

Needed my riding mower fixed and serviced. They were so easy to deal with. Fast, friendly service and the price was much lower than I was anticipating. Plus, my mower has never run this good!

I spoke to over 20 dealers in the region as I went through the process of trying to find a new ATV. Scott Brown at Troy was the only one who had exactly what I wanted and gave me a red carpet treatment from the get-go. They are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and highly competitive on the pricing side. When my quad came in, he opened early to suit my schedule, gave me an expert walk-through on the machine, and made sure I understood every line of every page of paperwork that required my signature. Meeting the service crew was great too! I look forward to being a long lasting and loyal customer at Troy Powersports. Thank you!

Very pleased with Troy Powersports, and their relationship with Cub Cadet. They set up and delivered a new lawn tractor for us and it's worked flawlessly since day one. They have good store hours and reasonable prices. We would highly recommend purchasing almost anything in the Cub Cadet line from Troy Powersports.

I have been a long time customer of Troy Powersports. Snowmobiles, trailer, and my Cub Cadet mower. Their service department has always been fast with reasonable pricing. I have found the parts Department well stocked and if they don t have the part I needed, they get it fast. Their sales staff are friendly and the pricing is fair. I love their 4 legged greeter. If you like dogs you must be good people !

I am very happy with my UTV purchase from Troy, right from the start they have had great communication and transparent policy. I've been especially happy with Jason in service when adding extras to my side by side. Keep up the good work!

What an awesome experience buying an ATV and accessories here. I already had a good idea of what I wanted to buy and how much it would cost. When we were greeted, I told them what I was looking for and what my budget for it was. They immediately began running numbers to make sure it made sense, then took me out to their storage area to show me the machine. There was no up selling or trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. They spent more time listening than any other place I've been.They keep a pretty big inventory there, and I'm wowed by how awesome the staff is. I got everything I needed and then some for a reasonable price, and I was only there for less than an hour.I can't say enough good things about this place! From what I saw while inside, their labor rates are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.

100% recommend & will 100% be back! We came from 3 hours away, they stayed open a little later knowing we were on our way, took the time to walk us through the whole wheeler, made sure we got everything strapped down well. On our way out, told us places close by that we could grab something for dinner. Extremely accommodating, friendly & professional!

I had a great experience purchasing my new Polaris sportsman from Mike and Troy Powersports. I appreciated that they put the price on each unit and answered my questions quickly and honestly. They were very helpful and had my new sportsman set up, added the winch, washed it, and got me out the door with it within a couple of hours.

Drove two hours from Connecticut to get my quad fixed with a few issues it was having, called ahead for an appointment! Well worth the trip so they would have what it needed. Great service, great staff, great price!!! Thanks guys!!!

Not professional lacking customer service skills.This past weekend, I was under the impression that I secured a 2021 arctic cat riot. The sled was available, the sales person and I aligned on a price and I provided my credit card information for an immediate deposit to secure it. I found out this morning, via email, that the sled was sold by their GM later that day. The rep I was working with did not have the decency to share this info with me on Saturday, when he learned the riot was sold. He chose to wait until Monday and send me an email rather than call me live. The worst part is he responded via email "this is not the first time this has happened" and chalked it up to high demand. When I called he went on making excuses and lacked any accountability for this mishap. The worst part is there is a domino effect....I had my zr7000 sold shortly after to another gentlemen. I then had to break the news to my son....not cool.I would stay away from this dealer and give your business to Naults, freedom cycle, Hk etc.

I bought a side by side down here went back to buy a snowmobile it was one of the worst experiences of my life walking in the door I had to beg to get someone s attention they then offered my 3000 dollars less then hk power offered me for my trade needless to say I will not be going back here after thinking they were so helpful with buying my side by side they would work with me on the snowmobile I will not return to this place for any reason

I drove over three hours to purchase a used snowmobile that was not as described online. It started very hard, and had other mechanical issues. Clearly was not serviced or gone through. Sales was not willing to negotiate on price and was also not going to replace what was broken. Mind you, this was not a cheap used sled. It was warranteed, unless price was dropped. For their asking price, the sled should have been up to snuff and fully functional. It should not have been my responsibility to fix it at "their cost." Also received different stories on the sled by different employees. Less than impressed, found another sled half cost and half the miles. My friend and I had both felt uncomfortable by their unfriendly and unwelcoming employees.

Troy Powersports is a great dealership that sells the top brands like Ski Doo / Can-Am, Arctic Cat, and Polaris. I ve been using them to maintain my Arctic Cat sled and Can-Am ATV for about 2 years since my friend turned me on to them. Their prices are very competitive and their service is great as well. Many times we need the units back with short lead times and they have never failed to deliver. While I haven t purchased a brand new machine there yet, I know someone who has and they don t charge set up and destination fees, like many other local dealerships. On top of that, they still have good prices on new units. I had a problem with a service once (out of many services like 6 or so) and they made it right no questions asked. They will continue to keep all my powersports business for years to come.

Just purchased a RZR 4 900 from them and couldn't be happier. Extremely helpful, even had to search surrounding areas to find the machine I was looking for. Went over machine from top to bottom to make sure I was familiar with everything and answered any questions I had. Very neat and organized place of business, they take pride in their shop. Definitely would recommend Troy Powers Sports to anyone and will continue to shop there myself.

Called the dealer on Mon-Tues, that Saturday I drove 5 hrs to pick up a 2020 RZR Pro Ultimate. Jared was my salesman who made the experience very easy, no pressure. What a great place from the owner to the finance guy, this is first class dealer.

I left my polaris 900 ace xc to be tuned, oiled, and greased as well as checked out for any other problems because I was goingto West Virginia for 10 days to ride the Hatfield and Mccoy trails. Well, the second day I looked at my front end because it sounded like a tin can rattling around-my front a-arm bushings were gone completely and my sway bar bushings were gone. Needless to say, my ride on my vacation was cut short. I paid top dollar for this service and it was not quality work.I will not bring my machine back again.Gary Amiro

I recently purchased a Polaris Ranger from Troy Powersports. Mike did a great job explaining the benefits of each model and put them into perspective of real time use. The utv I bought is just what I needed. The price was very competitive and there was no high pressure sales talk. R St. Pierre

Absolutely fantastic until you take the delivery and sign your papers then they are like every other dealer I've ever dealt with they move on to the next customer and you're on the back burner to their convenience only.

Im really happy with my experience at Troy Powersports. I purchased a 2018 skidoo renegade sport. I called on a Monday, they had it assembled out of the crate the next day and I picked it up. My first 200 mile trip was flawless and the sled performed perfectly. The sled started instantly in -15 degree temperatures. Mike went over the entire sled with me front to back and answered all my questions.

After having no luck purchasing a Can Am Defender UTV at my local dealership here in northwest Vermont, I contacted Troy Powersports in Troy NH. The buying experience was straight up honest and smooth. Greg was able make the process easy despite the challenges of the Covid 19 virus and physical distance. I was given the best price possible with no hidden fees or surprises when we came to pick up our brand new HD8. Our neighbors asked why we traveled 3 hours to buy when we have a Can Am dealership 1/2 hour away. I told them that I would do it again in a heartbeat for that kind of service and price. They didn t put 6 Clips in and didn t have everything from my accident covered under warranty I called him out on it there s nothing I can do Hung up on me the atv I had before my new one they stripped three Lugnuts put them on and never said anything they rush it back together
