2 stars because this is partially AAA'S fault. I had been dealing with AAA since 5 pm the day before, long story short J&J called at 1030pm stating they had got the call. Speaking with the driver, and having done the job personally, instead of bringing a vehicle to the closed shop at night in the rain, we agreed to a 630am pick up so it could be in first thing as agreed upon between myself and the shop. 630-700am rolls around...no truck. I call the driver back and his phone is off. I call J&J, the woman who answered was very helpful, the truck arrived around 730am. When he left, and before I could get his attention, I noticed my truck secured with 2 straps very loose on the flat bed deck. Not impressed, or pleased with my experiance at all!

J and J auto were called 3 times this week twice for me and once for my daughter with AAA calls. A great group of people from customer service to trouble shooting! Each time we were met with smiling happy humans which left us smiling happy humans. They just made the turmoil of car trouble a bit easier. Thanks guys and gal in the office.

I end up needing them to tow or pull a vehicle or tractor out of a ditch or field around once a year. They are always the best price and customer oriented. If the weather is bad, they are out helping people out and super busy

They were dispatched by Geico for roadside assistance, overall everyone but the tow driver were amazing. The tow driver was not very customer orientated and was rude/ignorant while on the phone as well as in person as he was assisting me with my vehicle, which is the reason why they are only receiving 3 stars from me. Understandably they were busy due to the weather conditions so the wait time was about 1 hour and 45 minutes which is good considering the conditions the roads were in.

Might be good for tow services, had no luck getting basic maintenance. My first experience here, I made an appointment a week ahead of time for an oil change, but when I arrived I was told their mechanic was not in today. If they had called to let me know earlier in the day it would have saved me a trip. They said I could come back the next day, but to be sure to call ahead. The office seemed hectic and disorganized. Maybe I caught them on an off day.

If I could give a negative star, I would!!!This company towed my mother's truck and when I contacted them and explained the situation (she is mentally Ill and currently hospitalized) ... not only were they EXTREMELY rude. But they would not let me search her truck for her medications. Nevermind any thing of sentimental value that she had in there. :/This company is not kind or compassionate. I DO NOT RECCOMEND.

The driver was prompt, professional and kind. He wasn't familiar with the area bridges and appreciated some townie directions. Arrived a bit earlier than expected and was safe and efficient. Followed all protocol.
