I absolutely love Winnisquam Dental! They are kind, friendly, helpful and very compassionate. They have a way of easing people s minds when they are nervous about going to the dentist. I would consider them most caring and professional dental practice, I have ever been too. I highly recommend them!

I have been going here for years as well as my husband and now daughter. The front desk staff are kind and accommodating. The hygienists are attentive, gentle, and kind. Dr Kris Blackwelder and Dr Derek Blackwelder are both absolutely wonderful. They are also attentive, gentle, and kind and very knowledgeable. I completely trust the employees at Winnisquam Dental and feel myself and family are safe and receiving the best care. Cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing experience. I know a lot of people don't mind going to the dentist but I'm not one of them! At least I WASN'T one of them until I became a patient at Winnisquam Dental. Very good experience!

From the reception team, the hygienists all the way up to the Blackwelders everyone at Winnisquam Dental are truly amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate every patients needs. Winnisquam dental is truly the best in the lakes region.

First off This pains me to write this review as for the last 30 years or so I've been a dental customer for this office first in Lincoln with Dr Bartlet then I fallowed him down to Winnisquam dental. He eventually sold the practice to Dr Blackwelder and I had no issues I always paid in full never missed appointments. To be fair I would like to say the hygienist are wonderful people and I found the Dentist himself professional . In the past Mike who ran the front office for years was just outstanding and so friendly I enjoyed my interactions with him each and every time . Witch brings me to as of late . I recently had some procedures done and had question about the bill after and that's when I started to have issues. The bill was considerably more than a recent procedure that I had done that was much more complex and it rang in my head why am I paying hundreds more for a 20 min filling and a crown done at the same time than a month or so before having a root canal and a crown .So I asked and The front end staff billing person who was evasive with any detailed answers and turns out was very wrong according to delta dental for the billing total and absolutely should know all this. she acted like she didn't appreciate being questioned and stated you'll get no answer today .She couldn't explain the reason so I asked for an itemized bill and I could tell it startled her and she said no I'll send it to you but It never came after two weeks I called back and asked about it and was told we are short staffed . Still no answers or fallow up as to why I had paid $224.00 more than delta dental told me I was supposed to be charged I waited further days and I called the office again and asked to speak to the dentist himself he did get on the phone I tried to explain my points to him he didn't seem to want to listen to me and just kept cutting me off I felt like I was at fault for questioning his staff on the bill. I Dont know what was said to him?by his staff. He stated he was doing me a favor for submitting the bill to the insurance co. I've never heard that reasoning before from a doctors office. I was disappointed in him and his approach to me as it seemed he was taking some hidden frustration out on a longtime good customer with a legitimate concern, I can truly say I conducted myself throughout with integrity never raising my voice or the like just asking questions as I was overcharged. In the end a few weeks later I received a full refund of the money I was owed with no explanation of why it all happened in the first place and a certified letter in the mail stating myself and my family was no longer wanted as patience, after 30 years of being a customer with no explanation at all. What did we do?overpay? It's just a sad end to a long time patient doctor relationship I have no idea why any of this took place from questioning a bill? I'm left to ask What has happened to my former friendly trusted family oriented dental office?

I recently transferred myself and my family to Winnisquam dental and I am nothing but pleased with the doctors and hygienists and their skills they have so far offered. I am also very impressed with the communication and over all friendliness in the office along with the ease of scheduling appointments. Overall I would highly recommend Winnisquam Dental.

Wonderful dental practice! The doctors are amazing! Dr. B is thoughtful and attentive. Dr Kris is amazing with the kiddos. My children have always seen Dr Kris. When my, then, 8 year old needed restorative work, Dr Kris was kind, patient and caring. The front desk staff are cheerful and friendly as are the hygienists.

We have been with Winnisquam Dental since 2004 and have been very pleased with the practice. We have always been warmly welcomed in a clean environment. We ve seen many of the dental hygienists and have recommended them to others. We ve had great experiences with both Dr. Kris and Dr. Blackwelder, they have worked together with us to come up with treatment plans. Communication has been top notch!

Winnisquam Dental is the best! Their professionalism, knowledge and courtesy makes them who they are. The doctors, hygienists and staff make you feel like family the moment you walk thru the door. Dr. Kris and Dr. Derek are a great team. They both make sure all your questions and concerns are answered and you have a good understanding about what is going on. Their office is very clean and they follow all the protocols to make sure you are in good hands.

My husband & I have been going to Winnisquam Dental since forever.We are greated by Mike, and Jolene our dental hygienist is sogentle and sweet & thorough. Dr Derek is soft spoken and caring. The experience is so great that our visits are always enjoyable. Bet you haven't ever heard anyone say going to the dentist was enjoyable! We can't imaging going to any other people to have our teeth, mouths * consequently our health taken care of.

I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking to change. I go every six months for my cleaning and Joline is just great. She is always very professional, gentle and thorough. The office and equipment has up-to-date technically and very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Derek is always friendly and professional. Relaxing atmosphere.

They are the BEST!! Been taking my son there for a while now and he loves it...he had a small procedure done there not too long ago and she was Amazing with stating everything she was going to do slowly and clearly right down to how it was going to feel to him which help his anxiety tremendously...Keep up the good work Winnisquam Dental we love your work! Great place for Children or Anyone!

The folks at Winnisquam Dental are so friendly, professional, and dedicated to what they do! Kate has been cleaning our teeth for years & we just adore her! Both of the Dr.'s have taken care of all of us at one time or another, and they are always wonderful, keeping the experience as pain free & speedy as possible. Mike, at the front desk, is so helpful & kind, and always has a smile on his face! We are lifetime patients for sure!

What an amazing family dentistry! I could not be any more impressed with the service and treatment for both my children and myself. The kindness and dedication to their patients is what any family would hope for in a dentist office .This office makes us feel so comfortable and welcomed everytime we go. Best dental experience we've ever had!

I had my first appointment today and Anni was such a friendly and funny hygienist. She was so easy to talk to and I look forward to my next appointment in May! It was very homey in their practice and Kristine was such a welcoming dentist!

My family and I got dismissed from winnisquam dental. I missed an appointment that I didn t even remember I had because they schedule six months ahead of time and I had a lot going on then my husband missed an appointment because of a surgery he got and didn t reschedule he was new there and didn t know they charge you 80$ for missing an appointment. So then they said I owed over 200$ and we can t go there until paid. My husband then got upset and said he wasn t paying it. Today I called to see if they do payment plans and they said we were dismissed because of attendance. They didn t even bother to tell me we got dismissed or try to work something out with me to try and get the balance paid. This is the worst experience and I would not recommend anyone to go there. Seriously 80$ for not going to an appointment I have never had that anywhere we have went ever. We are not rich and I have two children ages 1 and 3. Your seriously going to kick two children out who did nothing wrong that s outrageous. I can t believe they would do that to two innocent children. Find a different dentist!

Pleasant, friendly, competent staff all around, from the time you arrive to the time you leave.Winnisquam Dental does not try to up sell whitenings, cosmetic work, etc as many or most dental practices seem to do today. I appreciate their professionalism.Pretty place, too, with several of the rooms overlooking wetlands and gardens.I highly recommend this practice to friends and family.

We love Winnisquam Dental! Our kids have been since they were babies and they look forward to their checkups. My husband and I both get our dental care there too and we both really enjoy the philosophy of the practice promoting overall good dental health as opposed to pushing patients to re-doing work, or a focus on aesthetics. We all look forward to our 6 month cleanings and it really does feel like family at Winnisquam Dental.

My front tooth was broken for about 14 years. The doctor fixed it so you would never have known anything was wrong with it to begin with! Excellent service, affordable prices and Winnisquam Dental has amazing customer service! I always enjoy talking with Kate while I'm there! Thank you, Winnisquam Dental!

Quality dental care done without any pain! The entire staff is very warm and friendly. My husband and I have been patients of Winnisquam Dental since 2007. We highly recommend them. If you need crowns Dr. Blackwelder fabricates them the very same day, no need to return a few weeks later for permanents. The crown work is outstanding with absolutely no pain.Suzanne Ingram
