I made an appt. Picked out my tires that they had in stock. Show up. They proceed to tell me they only had 2. So I asked what are my options? They suggested a brand. I suggested they check stock. They had nothing in my size. I would have given zero stars but the staff was super nice.

I have not had to much experience here but my mother did get new tires here and all worked out. Cheapest around too

They refused to change my driverside tire, that was showing Threads! Unless I changed all four tires, because the others had less than 2/32" tread.I didn't have the money to do that.I had to drive 12 miles to Tire Warehouse in Laconia, who just had me sign a waver. No hassel, Or lack of concern for my safety, or anyone else on the road with their families....

We are walmart+ subscribers mind you:I had set up a tire changeover appointment online, as well as purchasing new summer tires. I received an email confirmation for a pick up on my tires. So I waited and went in during my APPOINTED time on a Saturday, only to find out that my appointment was canceled without any notification fir me because their computer triple booked their "tech". AND, only 3 of my tires were in. Huh?? Ok, so the guy behind the counter told me to come in the next day. I did, and they refused to do my tires, even though my 4th tire had arrived. I will admit that the man behind the counter "looked" like he went to speak to the manager, but im sure it was just a potty break. Lol Again, he said he was trying, but, whatever, right?! He said that appointments are made in the mornings, but we work an hour away and begin work before the sun rises. They will not make appointments after 12 I think, it's walk in only. But their only open until 3????!!!!! Most people get out of work at that time. Moving along, we were told to come in the next day at 2pm and they will do my tires. So, we went in today and saw a different person and yet, again they're booked until may 6th. They're liars, and they will say anything to get you to leave and come back to be someone else's problem. On top of that, there was a woman behind us with VERY similar problems waiting to tell the manager. They have good priced on tires, but I highly recommend going elsewhere for service.

Was actually sent to this location by the Plymouth crew, and boy was I impressed! Plymouth never answers the department phone, only had 3 tires in the brand I was looking for, and is horribly understaffed. I showed up at the Tilton Walmart auto center to replace 4 tires (without an appointment) at about noon last Thursday and staff was friendly, efficient and had my car up on the lift with the quickness! 5 Stars across the board from me for sure! Thanks !!

Prompt service, good communication BUT:DO NOT TRUST THEIR TIRE BALANCING. Not calibrated correctly- causes a lot of problems and will have to be redone at a true auto mechanic.

I picked up a piece of metal in the side of my tire on my way to NH from MA. It was an hour before closing. Katherine, Chris and another assistant took amazing care of me. So happy to have such great care.

Paul and crew did a great job of removing the old tires and putting on new tires on to my 24' Boat Trailer. Prices were very reasonable and far less than I would have paid elsewhere.

Had an issue with the tires i purchased from Walmart. Also got the road hazard warranty. Well a few months later tires were so loud could not usr the bluetooth so went back and Walmart changed to another brand with very little out of pocket money. Andy was fantastic and I will continue to buy my tires from Walmart. Great price, exceptional service.

This place is a joke. They always claim to be busy but they have barely any people working and they re not exactly hustling. I ve given up trying to get any work done here. You ll wait forever if you do, not to mention they have a ton of rules of what they can and can t do. Go to Valvoline if you want something done or the Quicklube at your local dealer. Walmart isn t worth the money, even if they are the cheapest in town.

I would like to start off with this review is in regards to the people that work behind the desk. The one actually performing the work are decent. The people behind the front desk literally don't know thier *** from thier elbow. The most incompetent people I have experienced.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went there for an oil change, told me it would be about an hour to an hour and twenty minutes, which alright I get it, they're busy no big deal, so I stay and wait. I never left the waiting area to go shopping or anything, and I sat in plain view. An hour and a half goes by so I head over to the "line" with three other people in it to see what the status of my car was. I stood in line for over half an hour as the one attendant ran back and forth (taking his time, of course). I finally get to him, my car has been ready for AN HOUR AND A HALF. Then he proceeded to tell me there was a small leak of oil. That was all the info he gave me so I asked him what I should do about it. He went back into the garage for another five minutes and came back with a mechanic who said find somewhere to fix it, so okay I get it, it's not his job to tell me where I can go or even explain to me what needs to be done, whatever no big deal. Then he goes on to tell me "there were two plugs in something when theres only supposed to be one" and said it like whoever did that was an idiot. They were the last ones to touch that. I was so angry. No offer to speak with the manager. No asking if there was anything else I needed. I will never go here again, nor will i ever reccomend it to anyone else. Absolutely terrible service. I paid for them to vaccuum, they didn't. 100% reccomend anywhere else.

In all reality if you are working on cars you should know a thing or two about them... they told me my dealer have me the wrong tires on my car... they said you can go synthetic and then back to regular and they always put on my paperwork they ask me if I'd like work such as they notice I have a light out and put I declined hmm... I dunno being a light out could get me pulled over and it cost less then ten bucks think I'd get the freaking light! They should ask you the questions the claim a customer declines...

The level of incompetence is maddening....I'm sure they have some decent and knowledgeable workers, however, the ones we dealt with were below a flys IQ....the process it took to return a BAD battery under warranty was RIDICULOUS. It took OVER an hour to finally get a refund and even then...it was a CIRCUS ACT. They even told my wife at the end, that she would have to buy another battery to redue the process because they didnt want to give me the $12 core charge back.GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER Management!MR WALTON would be ASHAMED .....

I had recently gone here due to my step father being the one to pay for my snow tires to get mounted and balanced ontoy 2010 kia optima. paid over 100.00 total in charges, the mechanics had broken a few of the caps to my tires and replaced them which was fine,it was free of charge. it hasnt even been 3 full weeks and im having to get my brakes replaced only to find that all 4 of my tires are loose on my car....how??!! no idea,but clearly thats not safe and very unacceptable...never taking my car to walmart to get any work/ repairs done what so ever again! thanks for that,glad my brother in law noticed this issue before it was too late

My husband called and made an appointment with them. When I arrived they said they "could not read the chicken scratch" and had no idea what I wanted. I waited to over half an hour just for someone to BEGIN to start to get my info and I was the first one in line. Unprofessional. At that point I left because if they were this unorgianized and unsure of things at the counter I dont want to know what would have been done to my car.

Eta for oil change was 1-1&1/2 hours so went up the street to 10 minute oil change instead. Staff was very friendly and honest about wait times

So my girlfriend just went in to get an oil change and was told thereporters was a hour wait and directed to the Plymouth, NH where there was also a 3 hour wait. So she came back to the Tilton Walmart and was told they can't do it today and it's 3pm in the afternoon. I will never be bringing my car there again! What's the point of having a lube service if at 3pm in the afternoon you can't get one?

Customer service was ok, they didnt have my size tire in stock, was an emergency (i ran over something and got a flat) and couldn't get the tires until late in the afternoon, i went elsewhere in meantime, walmart refused to plug my tire.
