A lot of oil change places have made me think "I could have done a better job myself". Not this place, though. Quick, easy, and worth the money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for a long time and never had any issues until today. Went in for an oil change and 10 minutes after leaving my car started blowing white smoke all over the highway. I called valvoline and told them what was happening and that my car was perfectly fine before hand, only has 33k miles and was told to try to drive it back. I tried to drive back and physically couldnt in the condition my car was in. They sent someone to come look at it and was told that it had nothing to do with the oil change and that everything looked fine. Was told to have it towed and if it was due to their oil change to call them well you put double the amount of oil my car should take and now i have to pay out of pocket to have it fixed and have to loose time from work due to not having a car. I will be expecting compensation for this and will be calling tomorrow. I dont understand after checking my oil twice you couldnt just tell me you overfilled it. Just because I am a girl doesn t mean I am stupid. I checked myself after you guys left and beyond angry.

Brought it in for a state inspection. They passed the inspection with faulty brake lines, one of which sprung a leak before leaving their garage, and claim no fault. Will not reimburse me for fix.

While waiting for my inspection I watched the technician on the car next to me take the skid plate off of an Acura and slam it against the bay door to make the other kids working laugh. Just a bunch of disrespectful kids working here.

Terrible service. This place looks for reasons to fail your vehicle. Brought a vehicle here that didn't require any foreseeable work. Yet the female working there started banging on my rear hubs and took the rear hub off. She measured it at a fraction of a decimal under the 2/32 required for brake pads. I did the same measurements after leaving and came up with 2/32 which is the actual legal limit to pass for brakes. But this place literally went through the vehicle with a fine toothed comb hoping to fail me. Now I've got to reinspectthere after I have my brakes unnecessarily redone just to ameliorate a defect that isn't actually a defect! Totally unacceptable steer clear of these"mechanics"!Inspection should be done according to the state statute which indicates 2/32 is the minimum acceptable thickness of the pad material. I've checked the thickness myself and it is within the state mandated 2/32. The technician utilized a measurement that was not indicative of the pad thickness. In fact, I had to measure at least 4 locations on the pad to even find one point that hit the threshold. The rest of the pad was well above the limits. The state statute clearly states anything below 2/32 is non passing. However that implicitly means that 2/32 should pass. Unfortunately, I feel the technician involved doesn't understand the statute or blatantly misinterpreted it. In any event, all signs suggest and support my information. I will be redoing the rear brake shoes because they are very near to the limit. but prior to replacing them I intend to record my findings on video providing evidence to the oversight regulators for NHDOT that the accuracy of this inspection station is not appropriate.

Seems like this could be kind of hard to mess up. Been doing it for years though I used to sometimes change my own oil but seems like I never have time anymore and this seems like a time saver. It would take me longer and going here just gets it done.

Got the oil changed in my wife's car and was so impressed with the speed and efficiency that I brought my truck in the same day for an oil change. So much more convenient than setting up an appointment with a dealer and then having to sit in a waiting room while they changed the oil.

Turned me down for a state inspection an hour before they closed because "it was too late". Just because they are open does not mean they will work

Always go here for oil change. This trip was state inspection. Failed for good reason free re inspection.

Excellent service all around great team work by all associates. Went in for a vehicle inspection. Sandra noticed oil under vehicle while being inspected. Dakota and Alexander confirmed oil leak was coming from the oil filter which had been improperly installed by another company. In addition to annual inspection after noticing leak they performed and oil change . Staff are very polite and professional they are thorough and work well together as a team.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Fantastic Staff!!! I needed to get two cars inspected immediately after forgetting to get it done. I called 15 different places and no one could get it done that day. I called the Valvoline in Tilton, and they were more than accommodating. Process was quick and seamless, and the staff was amazing! Thank you so much Valvoline Team you have a new customer for life.

I've been looking to get an oil change for 3 weeks. Here. You don't need an appointment. You just pull up and wait for them to be ready. You don't have to get out of your car and you can do phone calls and paperwork. Quick and easy!

Techs where good. But I feel I was taken advantage of. I was told my car needed this special synthetic oil. Which cost $103. When I got home and looked it up my vehicle takes normal 5 30 oil

Always super fast and never had a problem with either of my cars after a job. Walmart Tire+Lube is down the street, but avoid it like the plague, spend the extra money here. The service quality is better, the work is better, and you won't spend more than 20 minutes or so for a simple oil change.

I went in for an oil change and had a great and pleasantly quick experience! I was served immediately upon arrival and got to sit in the comfort of my car as Brook and Mike changed my oil while KC asked me a few questions. They were very friendly when explaining the options and not at all pushy. I have used them a couple of times now and will continue to be a happy customer!

Are you kidding me? Oil change in less than 15 minutes and I never have to get out of my car! You pay extra for that convenience but you can get coupons. I saved $25 on this trip.

It s a little expensive, but definitely worth it for your oil, wipers filters, battery and lights. They are extremely quick and sagacious with what these guys are doing. I ll take 15-20 minutes maximum out of my day to get oil and possibly other accessories I need for safe and good driving.
