I had an excellent experience from scheduling to getting the work done. The mobile installer communicated very well, completed the work in a timely manner, and provided all the necessary information I needed. Highly recommended.

Scheduled for a windshield replacement but just calling to confirm the appointment was met with TRYING to talk to someone by phone but they were distracted, busy doing something else while taking a call. Repeatedly provided basic information but after the third time asking my name, I decided to bail. If they can't even have a respectable dialogue with customer, how can they do quality work.Trust/confidence broken under the weight of basic custom service skills severely lacking.

I was in and out of there in under 1 hour for a replacement windshield on my F-150. Staff was courteous and kind. Wifi, restroom, and snacks available while you wait. There was even a Keurig for coffee. They did great work - the entire process was simple. I highly recommend going here.

Driving on I95 I noticed a stone slip from the wheel of a dusty, 10 wheel dump truck. Striking the surface of the road as it fell, it skipped over the top of the suv I was tailing and kissed my windshield. Soon that chip blossomed into a full web. Safelite came to my place of business and effortlessly restored clear vision of the roads yet to be traveled. I look on for malicious dump bodies that prey on virgin glass. The end.

After a month, they finally got the glass right and installed, after 2 visits to store they sent tech out with right glass and installed onsite at home at no additional charge. Rated at 4 due to excellent customer service and fair resolution. Otherwise it would be a 1 star visit.

I was frustrated with Portland Glass when I found Safelite near me. They got me in quickly, sent me friendly reminders. Once I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted and expected. While waiting, I was offered free water, coffee, snacks.But most impressive was the employee on the phone confirming the details of upcoming appointments, always ending with "we want to make sure werewe're connecting with right vehicle so we can give you the best service."Frankly, I was stunned!! This extra step provided superior customer service, some I rarely see any more.At this point, i wont take my car anywhere else. :>)

I don't understand companies that just use artificial intelligence to answer the phone and will not let you speak to a representative. I tried 10 different ways to get to an actual human and they kept trying to funnel me to the website. I drive for work and I can't go online and do things on my phone and the only time I have to take care of personal matters is when I'm on the road and it's much easier for me to talk to a human. Safelight just lost my business because they won't allow me to talk to a person and I don't have time for your website nonsense.

One of their "Professionals" came to my place to fix a Windshield crack that was a tiny little spot and made a two feet crack. This was arranged by Geico insurance. Any so called professional should know not to use a large Vacuum pump for such a tiny crack on a hot day. Long story short, they ruined my windshield and offered to fix it at discounted price which the insurance will not cover.The owner also said it is safe to keep driving since the glass will not shatter due to the crack. I can assure you that it is NOT safe for a large crack will disperse sunlight in a very blinding pattern.After talking to the owner (Typical Mr.Boomer response "We've been doing this for 20 years") and reading about Safelite's poor quality and workmanship online on various forums, I decided to take my repair to a different shop.Service: Auto windshield repair

The appointment was easily made by my insurance company. When I arrived I was quickly and pleasantly greeted by Drew at the desk. He explained everything very well.The repair was done quickly and I was on my way. I would recommend this location to anyone who needed a windshield repair.

Replaced glass quickly however forgot to put an inspection sticker back on and was pulled over twice. Can never get ahold of a human to talk to and can t leave a message. I d rather go to windshield dr because of this. So good repair. Prompt. Just careless mistake leading to other issues. Annoying at best.

These folks are terrific! They squeezed me in to the last appointment on a Saturday! I had a massive crack from a rock hitting my windshield. They were so friendly--even called to see if I wanted to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment!!! And they did a terrific job. My new windshield is better than the one that came with the car!!!

Great service had windshield replaced they had to ship in 4 windshields for my tesla MYP 22 and they made it happen same wk even after delays they made it same day with personal delivery of the factory tesla glass and calibrated everything

Fast, clean, professional. 2018 subaru crosstrek. 1.3 hours. Not bad. I would recommend them for sure. I will definitely go there again if need be. Also they are pet friendly.

My first experience with Safelite repairing my cracked windshield was wonderful with Drew and his team. However, when I had to return for a broken rear window, they dropped the ball in a big way. They incorrectly ordered the wrong window 3 times, taking almost 5 months to try to complete. I made multiple trips to the shop. There was little to no communication with me during this time. I kept waiting to hear from them. They blamed the pandemic for the delay. After the last dibocal, I gave up and went through the dealership. They were able to replace the window, no problem.I would think that as a Glass company, Safelite would have gotten it right the first tiime!I won't ever do business there again because of this experience!!!!

After having to reschedule a few times due to weather. Safelite handled everything extremely professional. When arriving to the Tilton location I was treated kindly and in a timely fashion. Calvin working in the back did a great job cleaning and disinfecting my vehicle ( that was above and beyond what I expected . I have a card for a manager Drew Samson who kept me informed the whole time and was very helpful . Working for numerous years in the auto industry. I am tremendously pleased with this experience. Safelite was awesome. I filled out the form through my insurance company on Sunday and Safelite called me the next day and scheduled an appointment at my house for Wednesday. The called when they said they would, arrived when they were supposed to, all went very smooth. The vacuumed out my front and back seats to remove any glass and it looked great when it was done. That was a couple months ago now and I've had no problems whatsoever with the windshield.

This did not go as planned. When I completed the online form, it asked if I have heated/cooled seats. I have heated, NOT cooled. I checked yes, but made sure to call and follow up. I was assured that the right part had been ordered. Spoiler alert: it wasn't the right part. I spoke with the same woman both times I called. She was extremely apologetic and very professional. Still, the repair was delayed by almost a week, which meant I wouldn't be around for the repair. A capable family member oversaw the repair. What was supposed to have taken 1.5 hours took 3. The tech left some trash in my car AND had incorrect information about how to replace my inspection sticker (which he mangled). On the upside, the new windshield has been in for almost two weeks. We've had more than our share of heavy rain and I haven't had any problems with leakage. If Safelite went by VIN number, they could have ordered the correct part the first time.

Spent 10 minutes on the phone with a robot. I want to speak to a real person. You lost my business because I couldn t get through to a real person. The robot hangs up on you if it can t figure it out.Answer to reply: Chatting on the website is still not speaking to a person on the phone.

I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced. I had a technician come to my house to replace it. The technician Carlos, was very professional and kept me up to date on the whole process. I am very happy with the whole experience and service provided by Safelite. Made an appointment they asked when I made it if I had a garage in case of bad weather to which I responded the vehicle is in a heated garage. They pull a no call no show on appointment day. I call them to find out what happened seeing how I took the day off from work for this repair, they say they rescheduled me to a week later because of cold weather, REALLY? no one called me... terrible customer service, I called another company and it was fixed the next day.

I had my windshield replaced Saturday 9/26. The men working were very nice. They got me in early and were very quick.What made me write this was...They went out of their way to put the stickies from my E-ZPass back on my E-ZPass. I literally just ordered new ones last week before my windshield got broken. I just realized it, so thanks guys!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had my windshield replaced today & I had a very pleasant experience. My appointment was originally for 2:30pm, however Drew called me to come in earlier since they had availability. From the phone call, to the very welcoming greeting when I arrived, I will definitely recommend Safelite in Tilton. Austin was friendly & did an awesome job with not only my windshield, but he also did a great job vacuuming & cleaning my windows! A big thanks to Drew for waving the disposal fee! I am beyond greatful, thanks again guys!

The replacement windshield went well, at a reasonable price, the people at the repair center were focused and quick.but the national call center I had to go through to get there was a bit of a pain, they kept asking unnecessary questions and trying to upsell other products, set an appointment date, etc, when all I wanted at that point was a price quote.

I was very impressed with the service that was offered to me at the Safelite location in Tilton, NH. The gentleman introduced himself to me, inspected my vehicle before he began work on it, and set expectations up front. The cost was also around half of what other local shops were charging, and the service took an hour less than other local shops estimated. They also cleaned all of my mirrors and windows and vacuumed my car to ensure that there were no glass pieces anywhere. I would definitely return to Safelite (should I ever have the need), and plan to recommend them to all my friends and family in need.

On a trip up to Laconia for some R&R and naturally a rock bounces off the highway into my windshield. It s 4:25 and I m 15 minutes from the Tilton location. Pulled in and they came right out, sized up the damage and said Yes, we can fix it . Had me back on the road by 5 with a free bottle of water and a low cost to repairing my Lexus windshield to the point where you can t see the crack unless you look for it. Try pulling up to any business in NY after 4:30, they will laugh at you and tell you to come back tomorrow. 20 minutes, in and out, high end work by a friendly staff. I recommend this branch of Safelite. Thanks, guys!Service: Auto windshield repair

I advise people to look around if they have to pay out of pocket. I found somewhere cheaper but when I called Safelite to cancel they gave me a better price the second time. The other two people who were also waiting got different prices than myself, one was the quote I was originally given. One was slightly cheaper but not as good as what I got. I went here because they're closest to my home. But was happy that once I said I found better prices they worked with me.
