Extremely rude, no basic social skills let alone any customer service, no consideration or even thought of basic handling of someone else s property what so ever. I would rather total one of my vehicles over letting this company even look at any of my rigs again. Couldn t even get my vehicle onto the flat bed! Not to mention the highway robbery of a tow bill when your only towing it 5 friggen miles and it was only 3 miles from their store front. Then to add the icing on the cake, my vehicle looked like it had been ran sacked by a couple of wild dogs who lost a bone. Really wish you could do negative stars on these. Because they would have a negative 100. I ve never had to deal with such lack of human decency or the absence of basic social skills in my entire life. The very fact that they are even still an open business is absolutely mind blowing! They should honestly be locked up for literally price gouging and taking advantage of people for no reason. PS: Hopefully they dont like what you have for a vehicle, because if they do, they will do everything in their power to make it just about impossible to get your vehicle outta there! I honestly have no idea how they are even still in business.

They are a AAA towing company, but I would recommend asking for a different tow company if AAA tells you this is who will be towing you. We were lucky we broke down just a few miles from home, and were able to get a ride home instead of waiting for hours with the car. AAA told us it would be 30-45 min, which is very reasonable and a bit surprising as this was just after the storm and on Halloween. Over an hour later we called AAA and asked where the car was, and as it turns out, Rusty's driver had cleared it, saying he had already picked up and dropped off the car when in fact he had cleared it and gone to tow a different car before actually getting to ours. They are dishonest with their towing, so I wouldn't trust their honesty with their used cars or repairs.

bought a car from them didn t even last me a year. i dumped 10k into a 3k car to keep it running for 6 months after being told it was in good condition.

They are AAA a provider the driver know how to toe be carful were they take you.
