I had Felicia sell me my first brand new 2024 car! She guided me through the whole thing! She knew what she was talking about and even came to check in during my signing process to make sure everything made sense. She got my paperwork sent in to be financed promptly which made the process go quick tonight.

Michael was a breath of fresh air. No one loves the car buying experience but he really made this process so much better. I came in after a grueling time at NuCar And was in a foul mood. He wasn t the typical car sales personality which is what I needed in the moment. Honestly was ready to leave Honda after 3 previous purchases but he made it all right and got me a good deal. He really listened to what I needed. Ryan sealed the deal and even remembered me and details of my life from a previous purchase. That says a lot about his character. He made this process almost fun. If You keep it up Planet Honda you may just be stuck with me for life!

BEST DEALERSHIP hands down!! I cannot believe how easy they made this car purchase! I had my own financing ahead of time so I expected a lot of push back from them on going through their lenders and expected a lot of haggling on the price of the vehicle. NONE of that occurred. Gabe was so incredibly nice and easy to work with. There was a headrest missing when I went to take the vehicle and he ordered another one as a courtesy. Just beyond great experience there. I ve recommended them to family, friends and co-workers and will absolutely buy future cars here. Everyone I ve interacted with there is just beyond helpful and nice!

Went to Planet Honda tonight with my mom. Gabe was a fantastic sales representative. He didn t push her into anything she didn t want, answered all her questions, made jokes (which kept it fun), and my mom left with the exact car we stopped there for. The finance manager we worked we (Ryan H?) was just as fabulous. Highly recommend.

Michael in sales was fantastic! He was laid back and made us comfortable with purchasing the car. Didn't try to push. Absolutely love the car, the whole dealership was great. Shawn in finance explained everything and again, made us feel comfortable with everything!

I won't bore everyone with the details of a prior visit to Planet Honda that was less then helpful or productive...so fast forward to Friday March 1st, my fiance and I went to Planet Honda to buy the vehicle of my dreams, even after feeling like we never wanted to do business there ever, and was completely surprised by the level of expertise and professionalism Mike Frasier and the team at Planet Honda showed. These guys and gals were all on point with every detail of our transaction from the first hand shake to the last. Financing our new vehicle through Ryan Hamilton was so easy and pleasant it was almost fun. The team at Planet Honda is extremely professional and I would highly recommend them so if you're in the market for a New or used vehicle please go see Mike Fraiser, Ryan and the whole team at Planet Honda and tell them Garth and Cindy sent you!

I had such a great experience buying my car from Planet Honda. I was introduced to Gabe, the sales rep. who I would highly recommend! He went over and above what I was expecting. There was absolutely no pressure. I had a figure in mind what I was willing to pay for the car. To my surprise, he came back to me with that amount. The sale was quick and easy. He explained the process of purchasing the car step by step. He introduced me to the Finance Agent, Ryan. Ryan also took the time to answer all of my questions. I never once felt pressured. It was the most pleasant experience I have had when buying a car.After buying the car, the next day, I had several questions about the settings for the phone and several other options. Gabe was more than happy to walk me through everything. Also, a big thank you to Hose for his help.Thank you Planet Honda!

Thanks to Tony for setting us up with Michael on the sales floor, and to Ryan in finance. Everyone gave incredible advice and I m driving off the lot with an hour to spare in a new to me Jeep! I enjoyed an excellent experience buying my 2024 CR-V. My son came with me and did the negotiations with Michael and Ara. They were professional, polite and easy to work with. We walked out VERY happy with a GREAT DEAL! I look forward to returning for service, to maintain my car, knowing they will take good care of me.I won't hesitate to recommend Planet Honda to all my friends!

Planet Honda far surpassed my expectations in the vehicle buying process.Danny was exceptionally accommodating in making things work for me. He was patient and knowledgeable, someone who I felt I could trust to give me the best advice in the process.Ryan was a huge help in making the deal work for me after I finally made the decision on the vehicle I wanted. I couldn't be more greatful for the work and creativity he showed us with this purchase.I highly recommend Planet Honda for the best selection in vehicles, quality service and friendly staff. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Gabe Saad was so helpful. He was the best car salesman I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The facility is clean and the perfect amount of fancy. The lights and decor were not overstimulating, which is common at many of the big dealerships. As someone who is sensitive to light, this dealership was almost as good as being home. My only complaint was the music, which was a tad too loud. The car I went home with was great, and I will definitely recommend Planet Honda, and Gabe Saad, to anyone who is looking for a great place to find a vehicle.

Planet Honda WOW!My Wife and I like to thank David for all his amazing hard work. What a nonstop machine.Never met someone who enjoys there job as much as David. We pulled into the park lot, we where greeted outside in our car before we evening step out from our vehicle. Danny was amazing , I highly recommend going straight to him if you re thinking of buying a car. He took his time, he was not pushy, and he was very thorough. I work until 5 so he did a lot of work for me during the day while I was at work. I couldn t get approved for much but he didn t give up until I got a good car. He is much different than other salesman I have met, he is very easy to talk to and will go that extra mile for you.

The entire team at Planet Honda in Tilton was amazing! My salesman Marques was a complete pleasure to deal with. This is now the 2nd car I have purchased from him. I really feel like he did everything he could do make sure I got what I wanted. If anyone is looking for a new Honda I would highly suggest seeing Marques! Also John in the finance department was great to work with!

This was the best car buying expierence I have had in decades! I found the truck in car fax and put sent an email. I had a responce from Alisha and the ball got rolling. We were 2 hours away so we did all the paperwork before I went down to make sure it wasn t a wasted trip. When I got there Gabe took over and was great! They gave me 2k more for my trade than any of the other dealership I d been to during this long process. They lowered my interest rate from my previous loan! Ryan did everything possible to get me as close to my same payment as possible! They were so welcoming kept me in the loop every step of the way. They stayed open hours later than the norm so I wouldn t have to make a second trip! I highly reccomed the dealership! Please go Check them out!

Mike was excellent to work with. He advocated for me, explained everything thoroughly, and got me the deal I needed! However this was after the initial sales person was rude and sexist, and gave me completely different pricing online and the service department are horrible. I went in for an inspection sticker today after purchasing a car last week and when walking in someone said wow you look like you just woke up what a lovely way to be greeted. Proceeded to wait 45 minutes for an inspection sticker on a brand new vehicle and no one told me it was ready until I approached the counter. Truly disappointing and disturbing experience, I regret purchasing my car here.

As soon as I walked in I was greeting by a product specialist named Luis. He was very pleasant and assisted me with what I was looking for. They accommodated me with my schedule and treated me with nothing but respect. Steve and Tim were great at making the numbers work for me. The dealership was very clean, everyone was professional, they had a playroom for kids which was very helpful and they were well organized. I m now a proud owner of a 2024 Honda CRV thanks to Luis, Steve,Tim and Finance Ryan!

The only reason we bought a vehicle here is because of our salesperson, Kedwin - he was awesome! He listened, worked with us, friendly and helped us select the vehicle we wanted. One of the best salespeople we have ever dealt with.The Management there was less than desirable and the overall management of this place is less than stellar.The Sales Manager Steve was hard to deal with, rude and played games with the car's numbers that were far from ideal, to the point where we felt insulted that he thought we were not smart enough to catch on to his dancing figures for the car. When we questioned the numbers and asked for an explanation, his response was not from a position of Customer Service, but of aggressiveness and "what do you want me to do?" When he walked away from us, he was shaking his head and mumbling to himself, not very professional. He did come back with a good deal and did meet what we were asking, but could have been handled much better.Then we needed to sign the paperwork with the Business Manager, Shawn. A nice guy, but seemed to not know what he was doing. From the time he introduced himself to us, to the time we finally completed the paperwork it was over two and half hours. At one point we excused ourselves to allow him to get all the paperwork together, and to allow us to meet with the salesperson to take delivery of the vehicle and transfer our personal belongings to the new vehicle. We returned to the Business Manager 30 mins later, and still no paperwork -- and we waited another 45 mins......the longest, improperly managed "signing" we have ever been part of, very painful.Another point that I feel is wrong is the automictic add of dealer "add-ons" of, Nitrogen in the tires, the comfort and protection package and maintenance package -- and automatic $2,500 added to the car. These should be optional, not automatic add-ons. Seem like a money grab by the dealership, not something I have seen in other cars I bought.Lastly, a minor one, but important one, the overall snow removal was horrendous. All the walkways were icy, the handicapped ramps were icy and snow covered. It has been days since the last snow storm -- a further example of poor management here.In the end we really should have walked out and went elsewhere. But Kedwin was awesome and the ONLY reason we bought a car here. He worked really hard for us and we really wanted to buy a car from him, although the dealership made it incredibly hard to do so. If Planet Honda does not revisit their management style, they will lose great employees like Kedwin and customers will realize this is not a great dealership and customers like us will go elsewhere.

Bought my first Honda. Love it!! The buying experience was very easy. Chris Branch was very thorough worked with my needs and got me the car I wanted with a great deal. Chris even arranged a loaner car for me while the finishing touches were done to my 2023 HR-V. So he gets an A++ from me.

As everyone knows, it's hard to find a reliable car with low mileage with affordable payments these days. I was needing a newer car for some time and had looked and been to different automotive sales businesses and I was stressed and disappointed. I stopped in at Planet Honda in Tiltonto check out what their pre-owned vehicle inventory was. Danny greeted me at the door and showed me 3 vehicles. The one that I thought I couldn't afford was the one Danny my salesman and Shawn in the finance department worked for many hours to get me approved with the banks to get me a very surprising low interest rate and payments. Thank you both for all your work, kindness and attentiveness you were both a pleasure to deal with!

I was able to purchase the vehicle i wanted .. it was in stock and on the lot. I live in Vermont and no dealers in Vermont had anything in stock and I couldn t wait until sometime in March or April for the car I wanted. Salesperson Danny was excellent, he came in on his day off to assist me with the vehicle delivery. Only fly in the ointment was I did not receive all the paperwork required to register in Vermont from the finance person Shawn but Rebecca Clark in the Title Department arranged to have a dealer rep meet me at the DMV in Vermont with the correct paperwork. A minor inconvenience. I ve had the new car since 6th. It is now 17th. I guess I was expecting someone from dealer to reach out to see if everything was OK. Haven t heard from anyone. Oh well..
