Went into the store for some hardware and had planned to order about $500 worth of parts for my project car and was completely ignored by the staff. I won't darken their door again.

It had been awhile since I had visited an O'Reillys...not since the other side of the Mississippi.But, now, temporarily, located in New Hampshire, I needed a parts place. It was nice to see that O'Reillys on this side have a garage as well.The staff was very helpful at the Tilton O'Reillys...ordering parts so that I could find the best match. I ended up taking care of a couple other issues while there. They were full of good information and suggestions.O'Reillys is my new parts store!Best Regards,David S. R. Clark

Store manager Carol was impressively patient and polite with us as my son was having a very difficult day trying to fix this vehicle and Carol was so kind and helped us through the entire process all while he was being grumpy and rude towards her. I cannot say enough kind words about Carol! If every store manager, or even associate was as wonderfully amazing as Carol, this world would be a better place! THANK YOU CAROL

Brought my truck in for a rubbing noise after getting tires rotated at Valvoline up the street. Valvoline bent both rear break shields to the point where OReilly had to take off all the new brakes that the had put on just days before to fix the problem. They were amazing! They kept me posted the whole time and fixed it free of charge! They got me back on the road and all wrongs were made right. They have my business now. Thank you O'Reilly!

Randall was an extreme helpful when I went in to try to get my broken license plate fixed. With minor cost he was able to screw in two screws. Beyond that the cost was very minor the customer service was five stars. I would highly suggest going with any issue you may have. The other person working there also was very helpful. I will be a repeat customer to the place.

This place always surprises me of what they have in stocks for the needs of the public up northern area's such as spark plugs for Snowmobiles to much needed lights to be seen at night !

My wife's low oil level light came on, on her way to Plymouth from southern NH. She stopped here, they checked the oil level, helped pick the correct oil and top off her oil which fixed the warning light. She said they were great and informative. Thank you!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have the part You need they locate it at another store or warehouse and have it shipped or picked up.
