This is the fourth car my household has purchased from Nucar. Unfortunately, after a total loss accident, I found myself shopping for another new car. I called Michael Huckins as I ve worked with him before and set an appointment to come in. I had done my homework and had decided I wanted a manual transmission VW Jetta, This was apparently a tall order as Manual Jetta s are hard to come by in the New England area. I don t know why VW doesn t build more manual transmission cars? Anyway, Mike found me a 40th anniversary GLI on the lot of a sister dealership in MA. He had the car transferred to Tilton and I purchased it. The sales transaction went very smoothly (no haggle negotiation process). The whole buying experience was superb and I really love my new Jetta. It s quite a sporty ride and priced fantastically for what you get in my opinion. I m really enjoying my new daily driver!

I came in with a warning light issue and Travis got my car right in for a tech to look at it with no appointment. I was in and out in 45 minutes and he let me know it was covered by the warranty. So no charge for me! Overall it was a very positive experience.

Installed a new headliner due to a water leak. Picked the car up over the weekend and the new headliner had multiple black grease marks on it. They cleaned it which has now left pilling of the headliner and water marks through out it. Communication on fixing the issue has been very poor and they are pushing to clean it again which won't fix the issue.

Travis, our service advisor, is great. He helped my wife when she brought the car in. You're lucky you have him. Your mechanic Andrew is great too. He has taken care of my wife's Tiguan since we bought it in 2018. Travis and Andrew are the reason we come to Nucar to get the car serviced. Please let Travis and Andrew know how happy we are with them.

Working with Nick was a lot of fun. He greeted us at the door, and immediately ready to help us find the car we were looking for. He was polite, sincere, reassuring, and ambitious in a pleasant way. When we had questions Nick either had the answer or found it to our satisfaction. The test drive was a breeze, with Nick sitting with us to answer questions. Kate in finance was equally helpful and friendly. I was impressed that there were 2 cars in the lot of the model I wanted! And I bought one of them, driving it home the same day. I am very happy with my new car!

Michael Huckins!!! He goes above and beyond!! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from him and he made what can be an excruciating process so easy for us! He went out of his way to make sure we looked at all our options and did not pressure us in any way!! He s the best!

I got my car in for a major repair within only a few business days, it was quickly and thoroughly diagnosed, then I was informed without delay, in person. Nucar covered 2d rental. Brendan was outstanding throughout the entire experience - he was easy to contact, kept me well updated, was understanding of my situation, and clearly explained everything I needed to know through the week. I purchased my car in 2016 and have always had it serviced at Nucar: highly recommended! -JimN

Very helpful staff, had a detached radiator hose and Travis helped reconnect the hose and set up an appointment to have my radiator flushed. Very timely and precise service.

I live an hour away. Took Jetta for 80m mile service on 8/31. Had a broken spring in rear. Replaced broken spring. After I got home a metallic rattle developed in rear of car, sounded like something was loose. Called Friday 9/1 at noon to speak to service. Receptionist said someone would call me back. Nobody called me back. I am away from home for 3-4 weeks starting Sept 4. My wife and I dropped the car off with a note on Sept 2. (we believe service is closed until 0/5) We need to get the car fixed and Nucar will have to drop the car off at our home as I will not be around. Looked at buying our third VW from Nucar in 2021 but salesperson did not follow-up on our questions/requests. We wound up buying a Toyota Rav 4 instead of a Tiguan. AutoServe was great. Not impressed with Nucar.

I will say that the service department does not have the greatest reputation and I've only lived in the area 4 years. This is one reason this is the first time I am using the service department of Nucar. If it wasn't a warranty problem, I would have had my regular mechanic address the problem. For now, Travis B. did an excellent job and was very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I will consider using Nucar Service Department in the future.

Car service was fine, but the new tires put on the car were not aired to the same pressure (diagonal tires were 4lbs less than the opposite diagonal) and the car shook until we corrected it right after leaving the shop. Also, our spare donut tire wasn t put back! It was brand new, only 15 miles on it to get the car to the shop. I have called and left a message regarding this; we ll see what the shop does about it next week.

I arrived on time and was greeted right away. In just a couple of minutes a service advisor introduced himself, gathered my information and inspected the condition of my car. He explained my service work to be done and the cost to do it, said it would be about 90 minutes. After about an hour he gave me an update, and shortly after he came and explained all the service done and presented the invoice. I picked up my car which was washed and vacuumed. Great service and and very professional friendly advisor.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ron Clark. I was in a bit of a jamb with an Eos. Explained my situation and Ron generously was able to take care of me same day. Really appreciate him and his technicians help. Will be back because of him. Thank you Ron.

First was told part was covered under warranty then when I drove the car there it wasn t after it was confirmed with the dealership vw rep. Then it was back for the fourth time to fix a fuel leak that they caused and I was forced to sign a good will agreement. Then I found that my painted door handle cover was not put back on and when I called out it I was lied to and told they never took it off. They cracked the backing when they took it off and never returned my second email when they replied that the crack down the middle was normal which it is but the one in the lower corner is not and it lines up where my handle cover is missing paint. I could go on but l think that s enough

Had always taken our gti to Lebanon, but 2 months for an appointment so we tried Nucor. Very expensive repair but felt we were treated fairly our advisor was great, good experience. Nice to know the second option for Vw service is a vast improvement from our former provider.

My experience with NuCar service dept has been great. My 2022 Taos has had its share of recalls but the service dept has been wonderful. I have worked with Josh in the service dept and he is great. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. He is a definite asset to NuCar and should be recognized as such.

Geramy & his team were wonderful!! A++ service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Shuttle driver was off that day (holiday), but he found another team member to give us a shuttle ride to & from the outlets. Everyone was so nice & willing to help.

Art Bernier was quite helpful and able to get a recall taken care of I thought I would have to make another appointment for. I was consulted before additional work was done. My only complaint was: I was not told how much balancing my tires would cost and was actually under the impression that it was just an automatic part of tire rotation and INCLUDED. Art gave me a small discount as a result. I would not have opted for that service had I known the cost when I scheduled the appointment.

My service advisor, Stephanie recommended the DSG transmission service for my car. I am so glad that decided to have this done. I feel my cars performance has improved tremendously, specifically upon acceleration from a stop.

Bad customer service as we had to call several times and leave messages to simply get feedback on upcoming parts to be delivered.. All for nothing as we were misled about options to ship parts to another state as car was moved to PA as part of start of college semester

We trust Mike Huckins 100%, and we had such a great experience with him for our first purchase, we of course went back to him right away this time. As always, Mike was helpful and kind, and we are grateful for him.

too long a wait and no car wash again. I would appreciate a free cup of coffee or tea. The issue on my new vehicle should not even exist. Since I live an hour away at least a free cup of coffee would been nice. I can not eat anything in the cafe 1 I have food allergies they can not accommodate. 2. the smell is awful. 3 I was told the repair would be very fast but it was Not! Iwas there a few hours and was starving.

Brendan was great - I trust him and therefore Nucar. Glad to see Dennis Gaudet and John Labonte are still associated are still associated. I trusted them as well - therefore Nu car. Gentleman that greeted me first was very nice!
