Gerald was very helpful when I arrived right at closing time. I was just going to use the envelope to drop off my keys but Gerald had me come inside (which was nice as it was cold outside). He helped me do what I needed & gave me the card of the person that would help me the next day. Brendan called me the following day & was very nice. I picked up my car & met Brendan. Very professional.

Arrived at dealership late close to closing time. The guys stayed well after dealership closed to help me out., especially my salesman. Took a day or two to find what I was looking for. Came in and signed paperwork and was super happy with my purchase and salesman. This is my second vehicle from this dealership. Will return in the future and will refer people to them.

I just purchased a car last week and it was a breeze from start to finish! The process was quick! My salesman, Mike Zaccheo was extremely knowledgeable and professional! We stopped in to check out the new Nissan Frontier - after a brief wait we met with salesperson Eric Binder - very friendly - knowledgeable - found a vehicle we liked and after looking it over decided to purchase depending on our trade in value. I received what I thought was a fair value and I now own a new Nissan. Very pleased with results!

My biggest problem is when I called to ask about a Trans service and a recall I was told an hour and a half, and the price was 115. Then we got there and was told it was an all day thing which normally would have been fine. But it wasn't what we were expecting. And then the price was talked about it. The first price given was 199 and then it changed again to 299. Which wasn't something we could do at the time because the initial phone call told us something totally different. My review is more towards the customer service rather than the work done. The recall was done great, and we are happy with that.

They said they tried to duplicate all those issues, and could not - which they were told these issues happen intermittently . They told us the car was ready, and we were told that since "there is nothing wrong" they were charging us $180.00. After fighting with with as this is not right at all, Josh was able to get this fee waived. But we were told if the same thing happened in the future they would not waive the fee. This is ludicrous, as no one is standing behind a brand new vehicle that we bought. We are just supposed to accept that this vehicle is obviously defective, there is nothing they can do, and we are supposed to use it worrying that the electronics malfunctioning may cause us to get into an accident? Totally unacceptable.

I thought that I had made an appointment and when I arrived, it had turned out that I had not. However, they were still able to get me in and perform some maintenance on my vehicle and it was a very pleasant experience. Typically, my experiences at Nucar Nissan of Tilton are pleasant.

Our salesperson, Nathan, was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and catered to our needs throughout the sales purchase. We shopped around quite a bit before going to Tilton Nucar. We were very pleased with the amount and variety of vehicles as well as the prices. We love our new truck! Thank you!

Lisa was great. I walked in thinking I was just looking and drove out that day with a new car. I am not so crazy about the fact that I was forced into a warranty type situation for a lease. Normal wear and tear should be a given. You shouldn't jack up the monthly price by making the customer pay up front for that. If there was an option not to purchase....I wasn't given one.

Great experience dealing with Nucar Tilton, specifically Michael Huckins, for my latest lease (my '22 Frontier is gorgeous). Easy to deal with, upfront pricing, honest sales team and MH worked hard to get me just what I wanted. Will look to them again in the future and am happy to recommend Nucar.

I had a Nissan Armada specific issue with my vehicle false starting periodically. This is a known Nissan issue, but Nucar didn t do anything unique to resolve the issue and I just ended up with $169 less in my pocket. I supposedly paid for an hour of a mechanics time, but there is no way it took more than 10 minutes to do what they did. It would be one thing if my issue was resolved but all I got was shrugged shoulders and a good luck. In this instance Nucar did not bring any Nissan expertise to the table. They didn t have any knowledge of my issue which I subsequently found on the internet with a few clicks. No reason for me to go out of my way to use Nucar any more.

We broke down in Tilton. Our car was towed to Nucar Nissan. They were wonderful. Ron followed us through every step as we were from out of town. Excellent customer service and repair service. We will definitely be back!

Dan who sold us the vehicle was fantastic!Travis which has worked on our other Vehicle(Volkswagen) previously twice, was so fantastic that is why I decided purchase a new vehicle at Nucar Nissan of Tilton!Mike who hooked us up with payment and warranty addition was also very very nice!

Very good people there Andrew took care of me he was awesome I like him and when my catr comes beck there I would like him to take care of me... but when it comes to auto body very dissatisfied with them... my paint is chipping and the guy I spoke to said it from people putting stuff on my bumper well I have it chipping on right side behind back window... I know my paint jobs my father owns his own business for 30 plus yrs D&A aouto body north in ossipee and it is chip and it should not be chipping for 2019... IAM disappointing and I picked that out in the package I got... I will not recommend them for auto body to get that package but your service department deserve a bonus for working in these hard times that is how people feel appreciated...

My car is jumping over 50 mph and when I brought it to the garage they rotated tires thinking this would solve the issue but then also said that that is how it s shifts to 9th gear by jumping from gear 7-9. Lastly, they said they washed it but it has the same hand prints on it it has for the last month.

Nucar have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here all the times I've received service, my service advisor, Geremey Annis, is always exceptional, explains pricing and my time wait. I recommend Nucar for all my service needs.

my service advisor Travis Boucher was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the time my car was being worked on, he was an A+++ for me and the service manager when I picked up the car went over all the details of the work done another very nice professional nice person made feel at ease bringing my Nissan to nucar of Tilton

Branden Daly was my assistant and informed me that the oil change and tire rotation it would take 90 minutes to be completed. Well, it was done in 1 hour and 10 minutes. This made me very happy. I always wait for my car and want to get in and out as quickly as possible. So, I thank you for that.

I purchased a new Nissan Rogue in Jan of 22. A big selling point was "complimentary lifetime oil change, inspections and tire rotations." Unfortunately we did not get this in writing as we believed it to be a policy common to all new car sales. Not the case. After scheduling the said complimentary service and driving 40 miles to receive it, I was told there was nothing in my sales agreement that reflected the complimentary service and they would honor nothing except the free state inspections. Buyer Beware: get everything in writing.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Is all I have to say Sales person Jeremy reached out to me after my online inquiry and since i already knew what I wanted as I tested drove multiple ROGUES at my local dealership I told him that the price was the only thing that I was interested in we agreed on a payment and WOW it was smooth sailing from their on! They home delivered my vehicle I didn t have to step foot not even once at the dealership! Highly recommend reaching out to Jeremy awesome and honest person from what I could tell.Thank you so much ! This definitely cured my horror of going into dealerships and feeling taken advantage on from my last experience. Thanks again for everythingJeremy ROCKS!
